Plenty of parking, the breakfast could definitely use some upgrades. But I always go to this hotel when I'm in the area. Easily accessible from the highway and close to everything. Staff are always helpful and friendly too.

Pool and hot tub that they advertise has been broken for years according to front desk. Property was clean, but was very dated and had a lot of burn holes and marks in the curtains and carpets, and the bed was way too soft. Better hotels in the area for only a few bucks more.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos do NOT match the actual. We actually left immediately and booked another hotel. It smelled so bad I actually had a gagging fit. We were on the first floor… the back door to the main level would not close properly and anyone could walk in. The patio door lock could have been opened by a toddlers strength. Felt very unsafe. There were brown stains in the tubs, there were stained cracks in the doors. The room was musty. The bedding I did not even want to touch. The smell of smoke was to the point my 10 year old had to run out. TERRIBLE. Will never trust a travelodge again.

Was wasnt very clean. Smelled like sirty carpet. Beds were ok. The bathroom needs work. And shower head barely sprayed and was full of calcium buildup. Walls need repair. Breakfast was gross. I even watched the worker microwave the eggs to warm them up then dump them right back into the serving dish. I wouldnt stay here again.

We called the day before check in to confirm if they had cribs or not and were told they did and that they would let housekeeping know that we needed one so we didn’t bring one with us. When I checked in I confirmed they had put a crib in the room and explained that we had called ahead and he said it should be. When we got to the room there was no crib so I called the front desk and he said he would get it taken care of. About 15 minutes later he called to advise they do not have cribs and he would give us a refund if we wanted to leave. It was late and my toddler needed to get to bed so leaving and finding another hotel wasn’t an option. We called Travelodge customer service and they confirmed the property and independently owned but that they should have cribs and even tried to get the managers phone number as we had been denied to speaking with a manager. The front desk agent didn’t give her much and there was nothing she could do. We ended up having to go stand at the front desk and say we’re not leaving until he provides a crib like we were promised. After awhile he admitted they did have them and he just didn’t know where they were or how to set up so we advise we would set it up but he had to find it and it wasn’t until than that he actually looked and provided one after being lied to several times. Horrible service and still have yet to hear from the manager who I advised I wanted to hear from asap. No apologies given at all. Do not recommend the is hotel at all.

When we came back later that night, all the spaces in the area where our room was located were taken. We drove around to find a spot. We had to park away from room. Then an hour later someone left. So we moved our truck to a closer spot to our room which made us feel it was safer.

Hotel had an information breach in advance of arrival and had no idea what to do about it. Difficult to get answers. Hotel was run down and shows its age. Temperature of room was terribly cold upon arrival then sweltering through the night. Convenient for Go station but wouldn’t stay again.

No gym, the pool has not had water in it in at least three years. The elevator was out of service for at least three days, the breakfast was a joke poor selection and tasteless.
the drapes were full of holes, the shower head leaked the parking life was full of ice, the maintenance guy was smoking at the back door and i smelled like smoke all day. the television had constant interference. i have stayed a few time over the last year and nothing has changed. Stay somewhere else!!

The room was tired, but clean and comfy! Biggest issue was there was a kids hockey team also staying in the same area of the hotel as us. They were cooking marshmallows on a hot plat in the hall, and running up and down hallway until 12:30 at night. I asked if we could be moved or if the hotel staff could ask them to keep it down, but nothing ever happened. I think the kids even managed to set off the fire alarm. In the future, I'll be calling to make sure teams aren't staying near me.

With a bad knee it was a painful stay.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It is in an egregious state of disrepair - stains on the carpet, scratches on furniture, everything is falling apart. The ‘breakfast’ was inedible, the pool was out of order. It’s absolutely shameful that they take people’s money for a stay at this hotel.

Our bathroom sink drain was very quick to back up and slow to drain. Our tv could turn on, but channels could not be changed. We had to unplug it to turn it off. The room was clean, but dated. No offensive odour.
Only bar soap provided. No shampoo or conditioner. Was good enough for a very brief stay.

Elevator out of order. Ice machine out of order. Pool down for maintance. I stayed here 4 years ago and the pool was out of order then. It feels like a hostle. Room was clean. Basic tv cable channels with no options to order movies. Or get online services. None of the doors in the building lock or are secured. So anyone can just walk into the hallways. I didnt check the reviews before staying. Next time i will. I would never stay here. I asked to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. They said sure. Then the guy looked at his manager, she just shook her head. Then all of a sudden there wasent any available. There were litterally 4 cars there. But theh still had me on the top floor. With no elevator. Saying no ground rooms were available. Carpets in room were dirty and old. With burn marks and coffee stains. I would stay at any other hotel over this one next time. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Whole place is run down and tired. Elevators not working. Continental “ breakfast” consisted of cold pale sausages, cold eggs. Watered down orange juice and terrible coffee.
Muffins and bread were put out almost on “ as needed” basis. A bunch of the little peanut butter packets had the seals broken on them. Looked like someone put a finger through them. Would not recommend.

Hotel staff very helpful - Faraz was an excellent ambassador fielding complaints about breakfast options.

Hotel very dated but clean and comfortable. Shower was very good.

Hotel does not accept cash or debit cards to pay hotel room.

Breakfast options were very sparse and poor quality. Those with dietary needs such as dairy free and gluten free are not catered to. Nut free muffins are available. No decaf coffee available.

The staff is always great - super friendly and accommodating. Especially this time when the key card system was down.

However this hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms are dated, anything metal is tarnished and looks like it has water damage. Everything has damage, is scratched up, and has a lot of wear and tear.

But the price you can't really is unbeatable so if you have low expectations and don't expect a lot of fancy stuff then it's fine.

But I want to be clear that the staff is fantastic.

I had a good stay overall. The hotel isn’t fancy, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, which is what I care about most. The rest of the staff were warm and helpful, and they even offered a noon checkout when I asked, which I appreciated.

The only real downside was the breakfast. The person overseeing it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Items were cleared away about 40 minutes before the end time, and it felt like we were being watched the whole time. The cream was curdled, and even after mentioning it, nothing was replaced.

That said, I’d stay here again for the rooms and the service from the main staff. I’d just skip the breakfast next time.

There was urine pooled at the bottom of the pedestal, the side closest to the tub.
Both of these were quite obvious from the doorway. I went to put a bar of soap on the shower soap dish and it was full of slimy soap residue. There was a long hair behind taps.
The heavy curtains would not meet to close, leaving a viewing gap to the outside. The remote was sticky , so we wiped it down. And the television was glitchy ( screen flickering etc ). The back entry was dirty, and i found it propped open at 430am, unattended. It doesnt cost a lot to be clean.

Very outdated hotel, one elevator at the front and rooms in the far back where you park. Back door not locked so anyone can enter. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting.
