Started with the signage not being lit so we missed it the first time. Then pulling into the parking lot there were multiple police cars and multiple officers in the hotel sitting in the hallways. Check in was easy. Friendly staff but when we got up to the room, key cards didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk.

Finally in the room. Clean but in need of repair. Beds comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure but an odd set up.

Kids were running around up and down the halls for hours. Then in the morning it started all over again. No sleep.

Will not return. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

First room was a disaster,
So dirty, blood stains, shower leaked and flooded bathroom. Second room was a bit better however the front desk did not have records up to date and other guests walked into the room.

Also the environment is not great for children. Will NEVER return

I called the desk and told them people were yelling and that we couldn’t sleep at 11:30pm. At 3am we were still awake and people screaming, slamming doors and being very loud. I had a young child with me.

The conditions of the room and the hotel overall were beyond unacceptable. What was shown in the online images was not reflected there. Couches were stained. Doors were marked up. The elevator barely ran. It is very very run down and the staff is not very kind.
I’ve been asking for a refund or resolution as we didn’t even stay five minutes in the hotel because we felt unsafe and I keep being put off by the manager Raj. I do not suggest anyone stay here for their own well being.

This hotel is well worn. The room was missing its artwork, though the empty hooks remained. There was graffiti inside a lampshade, a used menstrual product under the bathroom vanity, and the furniture was noticeably damaged. While the sheets were clean, the bedspread was stained, and the windows showed black mold. The room was inexpensive for the Family Day long weekend, and we made the best of it given the circumstances, but unfortunately I would not stay there again. We did, however, appreciate its proximity to nearby amenities.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were kept up all night by kids and a grown man drinking in the hall making noise. I called the front desk multiple times with noise complaints and the noise went on from 11;30-3:00 am in the morning. The front desk did nothing to stop it.

Then we were woken up at 8:00am with a phone call from the front desk accusing us of parking in front of the garbage bin. They accused my husband of getting out of the car blocking the in but it wasn’t him. He didn’t apologize and made accusations based on a video, but had the wrong person.

We did not sleep at all and were woken up early. We’d like to be compensated or refunded for this horrible experience. We will not return to this hotel.

Bathroom door would not open over half way it hit the toilet. Bed had a big low spot in mattress very uncomtable. Shower leaked so bad we had to put 3 towels to soak up water on floor. No remote for tv when we arrived. Very run down. Room very small. Not even a hook or closet to put coats

We had a disability room which was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. While the room could use some renovations, the cleanliness was superior. Saff was very friendly, accomodating to our needs and went \"above and beyond.\"
The continental breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was preparing the pastries on site.
Would stay again.

Large group of teenagers were literally wrestling in their rooms until late at night above us and staff didn’t seem to care even after we told them that we were trying to sleep because we had to check out really early
Lack of communication between employees (was told we would be able to access breakfast a tad bit early yet come time we were told that wasn’t allowed)
Rooms were clean but pool was small and unkept

My whole experience start to finish was awful. I booked a room with 2 queen beds as I was travelling with my daughter. When I got to the hotel at 12:15am after our concert, I was informed they didn’t have our room and would give us a king bed room. I explained we needed 2 beds and he informed me there was a couch in the room. I explained how that isn’t acceptable and he argued with me, then after 5 minutes of going back and forth he would go clean the room (which had 2 queen beds in it) and it would take 15-25 minutes. We didn’t even get into the room until 1:05 am. Our check in time was 3pm the previous day.
I woke up the next morning and spoke with the desk manager who was dismissive and argumentative. Explained how my original room had a “leak” so that’s why they switched me. I was never once notified of this change until I was at the front desk at midnight. He refused to take any ownership of his staff or their actions, and passed all blame onto me, the customer. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as their room was dirty, and their customer service is non existent.

The pool had some kind of private swimming lessons going on, so therefor there was no seating and towels. People kept coming in and out for these lessons. Not hotel guests kids. Our room smelled of smoke. The front desk came and sprayed a spray. By bedtime it totally stunk again. We all woke with sore throats this morning. No compensation what so ever for this terrible stay.

Room was disgusting. Shower had mold growing in it. The toilet seat was fixed half ass and dirty. Parts of the wall were falling off. The door didn't shut tight to the room. Very noisy. There was hair and sludge in the sink of the room. Overall cleanliness was definitely missing. The staff were very pleasant which helped with our stay. Breakfast had a decent selection but the coffee wasn't great.

Although the halls are looking a little dated, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast had enough variety. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice. Building was clean and staff were friendly. Price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again. It is convenient being so close to the go station to go into downtown Toronto.

Bathroom door had the door skin peeling off. Black mold in the shower.
Proper cleaning of the room is suspect. I have pictures.
Staff at front desk at checkout basically ignored a couple in front of me as well as me. It’s like the guests are an inconvenience. His phone was more important.

Welp… I walked in and nobody was at the desk. Wait around… people coming in and out, nobody around. Frustrated, get back in the car and park it and grab our things. Back inside, still nobody… found the phone number and called the front desk, from the front desk. (At least have a bell or something)… the elevator was sketchy and painfully slow, so opted for the stairs. The room… Looked like someone got into a fist fight with the lamp shade, black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, and grout. My house isn’t perfect, but that shouldn’t be noticeable. They claim to be eco friendly, but it took more than one flush on the toilet to do its job. There was a 4foot by 4 foot picture missing… like this place was NOT busy at all, can’t you just take one from another room? Might as well slept on a sheet of cardboard, and that was lucky if you could fall asleep over the noise of the HVAC unit… sounded like tiny mice were operating a wheel on the inside. I took a video because I couldn’t believe it. I appreciated the text message letting me know if I needed to ask a question I could… so I did. What time is breakfast? 7-10 I was told. So at 9:30 when I went down to take a look, lo and behold they had packed it up ‘cause it finished at 9am.
I know, you get what you pay for…. But I read the reviews, the place sounded perfect… and with breakfast included. I didn’t like that ANYONE could walk in to the place. I typically travel solo, but had family with me this time. I wouldn’t recommend

Management was very rude and anytime you had a complaint. They tried to put it back on you, which was ridiculous. Like I said I’ve never seen anything like it and this is a big problem. I have enough videos to show how disgusting the rooms were. The cards never worked like I said I’m handicap. I had to keep walking around the building constantly because the cards wouldn’t work. It is one thing after another and the guy behind the desk was nothing but rude.

I had to change hotel rooms four times when I was there because there was disgustingness in every single room, including dirty, sinks, flooding sinks, flooding toilets, flooding tubs. I had my daughter with me on Tuesday night and the manager told me to just not use the washroom whatever I meant just to wait until the next day until you call a plumber.. for

Somebody that’s traveled a lot. I found it very rude and condescending. Most of the people that I dealt with were pretty good but the one manager was insanely rude to me in front of other customers. It just didn’t matter. He didn’t like that I complained and he made sure that he caused me all kinds of problems. I have a disability with my right leg and he would make sure that my card would not work at the back of the building so I would always have to walk around. It was just like the most ridiculous experience that I’ve ever had. unfortunately it was close to my daughter. It was close to my ex-wife and with the procedures that I was having it was financially the best place for me to stay, but it’s not like it’s an $80 hotel room you know what I mean so with the pictures that I have I will be filing some complaints with the health department. I have videos I had to go buy my own snake and Plumber and it’s really disgusting.

When I first arrived, I was told there would be an extra fee if I wanted to check in at that moment, so I said I preferred to wait. Minutes later, a white man arrived and there was no objection or extra charge for his check in. When the manager realized that I had noticed the difference, he suddenly offered to check me in without the fee. Racism? Sexism? Overall rude attitude. I am never coming back.

The 1st room was OK. The cover could do with some new ones. The sofa is dirty, need cleaning. The A/C was on and the heat could not come on I was told I had to wait until someone comes to check. Anyhow I was given another room instead . That was good. The phone in room 109 is disgustingly filthy. Service was fair. The front desk person was OK. Appreciate his help.
