I was able to find a great price for a two night stay at this location visiting family so really I can’t complain.
The property/room was clean but could use a refresh ie carpets, bed covers - or at least have them professionally cleaned. I’m also quite sure that the building is entirely wooden construction so you hear everything which can be disturbing - so bring earplugs if you like quiet, even on the top floor 😊
The included breakfast is a nice touch but very basic.
Check in/out was quick and easy, staff were welcoming/nice and the location is perfect for everything including a short walk to the go train.
I’d stay again.

Was not able to stay in the room i reserved. Was provided a small discount for my inconvenience. But the room no longer met the needs of my family. The room was in poor repair. Pull out, mattress was very old and had a poor quality mattress. Furniture was damaged. Hotel staff was not able to bring additional towels to my room. I had to retrieve them on my own. Hot water did not last and long enough for a shower. Would not recommend or ever bring my family back.

Horrible experience i would never recomend anyone staying at this property. Hookers hotel .... i felt so uncomfortable having my daughter there . Dirty bed sheets dried blood on wall ... horrible staff. Was supposed to be a smoke free hotel both rooms smelt like a legit ash tray .

The breakfast was fine. However, the TV system with Rogers Nextbox worked poorly, despite several reboot attempts (couldn't get one TV to work at all). We experienced a similar problem with their TVs at our 1st stay there in Sept 2024 and had left a complaint about it then.

We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Manager on Duty Raj, switched our rooms. New room had no closet, no where to hang jackets/clothes, window was broken, glass had a crack from one end to the other. Floor was first and sticky, and bottle of shampoo was empty. Terrible all around. And the price was way too much for the condition of the property. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend to any of my clients.

Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part

I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that they assigned me! We all go downstairs and they said it was thier fault and they did not vhange it in the system that they gave me another room so to them the second room they gave me was available like what if i was sleeping or even didnt get back in time to catch them before they entered.. whos to say they wouldnt go through my stuff.. anyways thats something that should NEVER happen again !

The room was overall clean, however the bed sheets and pillow cases had some ingrained stains on them and the AC and heating unit was a bit old. The manager on duty Raj was super helpful when I checked-in. The breakfast was very average - cold boiled eggs, very basic bread and bagel and I didn't really appreciate the old indian man who was taking care of the breakfast area constantly monitoring and going in and out instead of leaving everyone in peace. Seemed a bit excessive.

Second visit in 2 weeks - pool still good, breakfast still carb heavy, but loved that there was a breakfast at all. Check in was easy and room still fine for a nights sleep - however - as I was trying to get my kid to bed at 9:30pm she pointed out that smeared on the wall were several boogers. It looked as though a previous occupant was laying in bed and just picked their nose and wiped it on the wall. So gross, but we had to get up very early for a dance competition so we just went to bed. I informed the front desk about this, but yeah....basically I was told that we should have asked for another room that night.....at 9:30pm with us having to get up very early.....not super impressed with that one.

The rooms seriously need renovation. The bathroom was renovated but it has serious water logging issues with water marks all the way to the room’s main door. Bathroom door gets struck on the toilet seat. The mattress was caved in on side. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was served fresh.

The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was incredibly inconvenient and there was water always all over the floor requiring cleaning up. Very weird layout. We also felt there needed to be more selection for the breakfast. We didn’t even eat there on day two.

Hotel is clean enough. Bed is quite firm and pool is great for the kids. The rooms are rundown (the inside of our bathroom door looked like it had been through a war). The rooms have an overly floral smell - like a deodorizer spray - I can see this bothering anyone with scent issue as it was VERY strong. The breakfast is okay - lots of carbs such as pastries and cereals, there is a waffle maker but no cup or oil spray so what comes out is tasty but messy. The only protein is boiled eggs - but they don't have that weird hotel boiled egg taste so thumbs up on that. We were staying for 1 night as just a place to sleep and swim and for that it was worth the cheaper price - in fact, we are booked again here for our next competition in this area.

Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly to make the stay more welcoming. Also unlicensed vehicles in the back parking lot taking up parking spaces that could be used for patrons.
Do the cost of the room, it was a decent room. Bedroom separated from the living room which is nice and bed was comfy.

This hotel is used as a halfway house. I am empathetic to people’s individual situations but putting kids into a high risky situation without making families aware is unacceptable. The cleanliness is absolutely not up to standards. The property had visible damage in most rooms, room doors that were kicked in, smoking was allowed and and furniture and cleanliness of linens were questionable at best.

Came with a hockey team, some left before staying due to condition of rooms. My room the shower glass door was broken, they replaced with a short curtain that let the water run all over the floor. Room service knocked early, I only wanted clean towels; they didn’t have any (so not sure why knock if not ready) never brought them as promised. My son wore white socks and took shoes off in room, after 15 minutes they were almost black on bottoms. Staff were nice and friendly. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this hotel is one of the lowest on my experience. Wasn’t much cheaper than higher end ones, so it was a tough go. Will not be staying here again.

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing, primarily due to the condition of the rooms and the level of service provided.

The renovations throughout the hotel appear to have been done with very poor quality. The workmanship is noticeably subpar and gives the impression that everything was completed as cheaply as possible. This is immediately evident upon entering the rooms.

We were first assigned a room with a broken bed and had to move. The second room, while slightly better, still had issues, including a broken shower handle. These are basic maintenance items that should be addressed before any guest is checked in.

Service was also a major concern. I had requested a crib during my initial online check-in, yet it was not in the room upon arrival (around 8–9 PM). After waiting several hours, I went down to the front desk only to find that the request had been completely overlooked. I was told it would be brought up immediately, but it did not arrive until nearly midnight. At that point, it was entirely impractical, as an infant would already be asleep. If a crib is requested in advance, it should absolutely be placed in the room prior to arrival, especially when it is an additional charge.

Overall, the experience fell well below expectations due to poor room conditions, lack of basic maintenance, and failure to follow through on clearly requested accommodations.

At Super 8, yes its cheap, but be prepared for a toilet flushing non-stop the entire stay, freezing cold showers, and then when confronting the issues with the desk, they said we should've let them know so they could change our room, followed by when walking out: a conversation started to a coworker saying they were completely booked, so they couldn't help, even if they wanted to, and tried placing the blame on us. Maybe after we get out room keys, we should be told, "If there's anything we can do to help, please feel free to call the front desk" or something.

A basic 'no frills' standard highway motel consistent with other Super 8 motels. Located close to and with easy off and on access to Ontario Highway 401. Location is generally light industrial and adjacent road is quiet at night. Pool is indoors but relatively small. Included breakfast is 'basic continental'. DIY if you want toast or waffles. No eggs. Croissants and pastries are fresh but standard fare. Checkin was quick and efficient. Motel consists of four floors with rooms on each floor. If I'm in the area again and want a clean quiet bed for a night or two, I'd stay again. No issues.

The room we got, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was someone’s hair in the bottom of the shower floor. White out on the toilet set. Ink pen marks over the bathroom sink.

Not enough towels were we needed to ask for nore.

My 2 daughters and I stayed one night, it was the worst experience from the start.
After waiting 40 min to check in, we were giving room 101. Immediately upon entering we were hit with a smell of B.O. Every surface in that room was dusty, there were dead flies on the window sill, the bathroom shower had mildew, the mini fridge was dirty, and to top it off there was a metal rod sticking out from under one of the beds that was covered by the bed skirt, which my youngest daughter did not see (no one could) and walked into, cutting her shin. I immediately complained and we were switched rooms and refunded the cost of our stay, which I will say was a nice surprise. The second room, although it was much cleaner was still not what I would consider “clean”. I disinfected everything I could and after wiping down the bathroom counter the disinfectant wipe was black! Unfortunately it gets worse.
As my daughters and I were getting ready for bed, I’m undressing, one of my daughters is using the bathroom, a man walked into our room. The front desk had assigned him the same room we were in.
This was extremely upsetting and very unsettling, my eldest daughter cried because she felt so scared and uncomfortable being there. The front desk did the bare minimum to handle that situation, to be honest I don’t know what I was expecting because we had already been refunded the stay but there were some HUGE safety concerns here. I did not feel safe. Do not stay here!

I know this is a Super 8 and I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room.
Unfortunately, ours clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. The floors weren’t swept or vacuumed, there was a previous guest’s shirt left behind, dust on the phone and window ledges, bugs on the window sill, and the room smelled. The bathroom floor had small black hairs, and the nightstand had a questionable white/clear substance on it.
I’m giving two stars instead of one because housekeeping did come right away when we reported it and cleaned the room, which I appreciated. But basic cleanliness should really be the starting point.

Started with the signage not being lit so we missed it the first time. Then pulling into the parking lot there were multiple police cars and multiple officers in the hotel sitting in the hallways. Check in was easy. Friendly staff but when we got up to the room, key cards didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk.

Finally in the room. Clean but in need of repair. Beds comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure but an odd set up.

Kids were running around up and down the halls for hours. Then in the morning it started all over again. No sleep.

Will not return. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

The conditions of the room and the hotel overall were beyond unacceptable. What was shown in the online images was not reflected there. Couches were stained. Doors were marked up. The elevator barely ran. It is very very run down and the staff is not very kind.
I’ve been asking for a refund or resolution as we didn’t even stay five minutes in the hotel because we felt unsafe and I keep being put off by the manager Raj. I do not suggest anyone stay here for their own well being.
