We stayed at a few Marriott hotels in Ontario on our trip. This one was by far the nicest. Great gym, helpful staff and clean, well appointed rooms. If you are staying in Oshawa this is a great choice!

We stayed only for one night. Staff were great, rooms were clean.

It was my mistake not to buy some water before leaving to an event I was in a rush to get to but I just wished that for the price at least we had two bottles of water in each room.

I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.

No complaints about my stay! I went for a staycation for a night with my 4 year old son and it was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and clean with a really comfortable bed. Having access to a pool was great. I didn’t use it but the gym looked well equipped too. We went to the bistro for dinner and it had a good variety with tasty options. There was continental breakfast as well as breakfast at the bistro, with great options in both. They also had a pretty well stocked snack bar (for purchase) in the lobby which would have definitely come in useful for a longer stay. Overall great stay and I’ll definitely be back.

We traveled to this location in an EV and on check in, weren't told some specific information on getting the chargers working. When you check in, please ask the host for the specific issues faced by many. It would have been ALOT less stressful had that information been volunteered initially. US v Canadian App (Not clear online)

Pool area was nice but is in need of some ventilation as it was very humid and stunk of chlorine.

Also, if you book through Expedia, check to see if your stay includes breakfast. I assumed it did, then had to make other arrangements.

Breakfast was basic at best. I have had far better at other hiltons.
The bistro wasnt the amazing and there was no bar. It was an open space with a bistro bar counter. No the vibe expected when thinking hotel bar even it it is in a lobby. Cold, open and too bright to be a bar in my opinion.

The room was nice and clean, enough space for our needs. The staff here was great, from remembering me from a previous visit to engaging with my young grandson, I give them an A+, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the wifi kept cutting out on us during our stay which while not the biggest deal was annoying.

Luxury to his best

When it comes to luxury this hotel knows how to place it. Really nice and worth every dollars spent on it. So far my number one brand for hotel in everything. I can say it because I sleep in hotels a lots

This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home.

Room wasnt bad. Pillows were terrible and the bed had a massive indent in it which made it uncomfortable.

The front desk staff are always friendly and I love the speedy check in and check outs at the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend a room by the elevator on the first floor to much traffic and you can hear everything

The fact that only half the hotel is allowed the breakfast and it is not communicated. The 20 dollar credit card requirement was not stated also caused an issue. There was very poor amentities for the price of the room. We wont be going back

I was disappointed in the price and the breakfast. Although I paid 300/night breakfast was not included and the selections once I did pay extra was limited. Plastic cutlery and paper plates are wasteful and did not match the price point.

Checked in during the Ice Storm and Manager was helpful and attentive. Gave us 2 connecting rooms which was helpful as I was travelling with 2 kids. Comfy linens and bed. Would stay again for sure.

Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice sized bathroom and good lighting. Parking was easy and it was snowing heavily but was cleared quickly.
