Room was very basic, pillows were lumpy. Door to the bathroom was broken. Motel is tired and needs some tlc definitely. Staff were great and you can walk to restaurants and all day breakfast.

Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were hard. Washroom door was broken would not latch when you close it. (Had to use a shoe to hold it closed) almost no hot water when showering. Worst sleep I have had in years.

Thenroom wasnt made up when we stayed. It seems like it is housing for homeless people. Which is fine but it would have been nice to know this so we could have made the choice as to wheather or not we wanted to stay. The motel in general looks very run down.

The staff was polite and got us checked in with out any issue but that’s where the good experience ended.
The hotel and room were dirty and in poor condition, smelled bad, and overall this was an uncomfortable stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Filthy, terrible smell in room. This is a hostel/shelter. This establishment is an embarrassment to Motel 6 amd Expedia for TD. I had to leave and stay at another hotel due to the extremely poor sanitary. This should not be an option on this web site or a disclaimer should be posted that this establishment is a shelter. I am very disappointed.

Room was not cleaned properly, the thermostat was not working right it was set at a normal temperature but it was 95 degrees in the room and the heat wouldn’t stop running unless we turned it off even when we set it to auto it wouldn’t turn off and on or stop running at the set temp. So we had to open all the windows. The towel rack in the washroom was broken and half hanging off the wall as well. We were only staying one night so we just made it work.

Bed was not comfortable. Needs to be replaced.
Found a woman’s long hair under my pillow first 10 minutes after I checked bedding. Noisy at all hours of the night by regulars in Motel. Satellite does not keep strong signal. It smells in Hallways. I’ve stayed here multiple times hoping it would be better, but only the rates are great. 2 stars is all I can recommend.

There was good and bad. The hotel is located in a great area (conveniently close to a 401 exit), has several restaurants nearby, a good rate, and clean and comfortable rooms. No problems with the staff. But there were some irritants, such as the hotel's refusal to accept cash or debit. If a customer does not have a credit card, he is screwed. They'll ask for your driver's licence upon checking-in and record its number, even though it is illegal to do that per the PIPEDA law. Also, the bathtub did not have any plug, the security latch on the door did not work, there was no remote for the TV when I arrived, and on the second night the room cards did not work. Had to waste time going back downstairs to get them fixed.

But locals say it's a hub for prostitution and Johns.
Would not recommend to anybody especially families with kids.

The first room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness, the second room did not smell like cigarettes but we had to accept a small double bed instead of the queen we booked and the floors were dirty. It was not even a cheap room. If the other rooms are the same, they should renovate or charge $69 a room so people know what they’re walking in to.

Nathan, at front desk was stellar! I was displaced from my apartment due to plumbing issues. I needed a place I could bring my dog. I phoned amd was instantly reassured that my dog was as welcome as I was! Nathan went the extra mile, granting my wish for a main floor room, and even checking it personally and leaving the light on for me. Check-in was smooth and effortless for me.
The room was clean, beds were comfy. Nathan even brought me a second chair so we didn’t have to sit on the beds to eat our dinner!

I’d suggest in-room coffee/tea, and a few more towels, as hotel towels tend to be small!

Everything was awful! Pretty sure the motel provides shelter for the unhoused. Guests in the adjoining room who we didn’t know were smoking pot and cigarettes. Other guests found bed bugs, pretty sure we had dead bugs in the beds, and mattresses were all stained. Expedia should remove this motel from your site! We left, got a full refund and had to find a different hotel at 10:30 at night. Terrible experience.

There were police officers, an ambulance rushing through the lobby. People (residents?) talking about an incident that happened in the morning. They were removing someone from their room on our floor. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, smoke, people were cooking. Very outdated, shower didn't work. Beds were not queens - more like doubles. We ended up leaving, didn't feel comfortable or safe.

Not someone to ever publicly complain about a resort but Dec 5th we had multiple rooms book for our cheer competition and multiple ppl found bed bugs in their rooms, on the comforter, in the sheets everywhere, also one mattress was put upside down on the bed to hide the cigarette burns in it. Front desk staff was so kind and refund all of us at 9pm at night but I would highly recommend avoiding this place as bed bugs are not easy to get rid of (also we were on the 2nd and 3rd floor) 211-215,213,206,220,217,309 and a few more rooms I can’t remember .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room at least ,if not the motel had issues with the hvac system. We could not seem to control temperature and room was very warm. We had to open the window to be able to sleep. The people on the front desk brought a fan to our room for us to use. We would stay here again but will ascertain that we have a room that has a hvac system that works correctly. We noticed a lot of other vistors had their windows open as well.

The poor young lady working Sunday morning looking for the owner of a small did the was left on outer door of the hotel that left feces and pee along the entry of the hotel . Im satisfied with my stay here.i didnt even understand some of the negative reviews when i checked before i booked in this motel..i was thinking lets give it a try and in the end is worth.ok the weird odor in the hallway is true especially evening/night but is only for a couple min till you go to your room.its not a new building but they keep it well maintained.the stuff are very friendly and very nice..everybody from the management reception housekeepers..my room no complaints comfortable and clean..i definitely i book this motel again..

This property needs updating and maintance, turned the AC off and it still blew, i froze, for the price it needs to go back to 89.99/night not worth the prices it is now, smells like wet dog and no food in the vending machines either.. water damage on the ceilings... the resturants around the are great though but thats all thats good about this hotel...

This place felt like a residential apartment building with people coming in and out at all hours of the night, with their dogs, barking, talking in hallway at 230am. Doors slamming with no concern to other guests.

There was a cockroach by the ice machine on the 2nd floor. The bathroom tub plug needs replacing, all cracked from years of use. The tv had limited cable. The reception didnt tell customers the wifi. Just poor all around. Thank goodness it was just 1 night. Never stay here again.

This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve ever had. The room smelled awful the moment I walked in, and there were cockroaches crawling around. The toilet and bathroom were filthy, and the entire property felt neglected and unclean. I had to leave early because it was just unbearable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Motel 6 to anyone.
