The hotel was amazing! We had a corner suite and it was not only clean but it was very spacious and had everything you could need. The casino was packed with machines so there was never any waiting around. We had dinner in the food court and I have to say that the options were many making it difficult to decide but the food we did end up ordering was not only hot and fresh but actually quite delicious. We ordered from the Japanese restaurant and the pizza restaurant. They make the food fresh so there may be a bit of a wait but it is definitely worth it. The nice thing is that there is one restaurant/vendor that is open 24 hours offering what looked like delicious Chinese cuisine but we didn’t have a chance to try it. Finally, the staff is amazing! From the very helpful and personable doorman to the front desk staff. I’d recommend staying here for anyone who enjoys not only the casino but also an enjoyable hotel stay. The amenities are too numerous to mention.

Disappointed in the good area. They were out of a lot of ingredients to complete orders.

Loved our room, how quiet the hotel was and more than adequate parking. Would stay there again.

It was a great visit. It’s a nice hotel & we enjoyed the restaurant. They can improve by ensuring the room is stocked with necessities, as they only had 1 hand towel & 2 bath towels. We also ran out of Kleenex after a few uses. These are minor details, and of course I could call for more but it would be nice not to have to.

The parking lot/garage is huge, but no signs telling you which is closer to the hotel. And no marked hotel entrance. Prepare for a long walk, possibly through a shady parking lot g garage.
The room was fine, nothing special. They had a whole wall of curtains to make you think you have big windows, but when you open them, there is a comically small window at one end. The carpet was dirty, literal crumbs everywhere, obviously not vacuumed. Everything was so dusty, every surface felt like it needed to be wiped down. There were water marks (or something) on the top of the bedside table, obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got in the room. We called down and they tried to walk us through using the touch screen, then they finally saw that it was actually not working. They said they could fix it without coming to the room, and within 10 minutes we had a/c again.
The beds were comfortable. Nice having Starbucks in the lobby. We needed something from the convenience store, but it wasn’t open in the morning. And no hours posted. We didn’t get to use the pool, you have to book it an hour at a time, and then they have adults only hours.
Would not stay here again.

We enjoy our stay, it was fun going to the casino. The only thing for as was the access to water bottles. We stay for 2 nights and we got only one bottle of water each for the two days. And when asked the staff say is a policy, one day stay ok but two days? We should gotten one bottles of water ech for every day we stay

The staff are not the friendliest especially at the reservation desk almost rude but not actually rude to your face. They don’t tell all the guests who are staying about the parking situation and management really doesn’t care. Those things make the stay feel uncomfortable. Other than that it’s your basic casino but really lacks in the dining department. Overall 5 out of 10.

Very nice room. Staff were very helpful.
No access from parking garage other than main floor on the other side so down to 1st floor and walk around to garage elevators and proceed to the level u parked on.
We parked on 4 bc our room was 4th floor only to find out we had to go down rhe elevator to first floor and around to room elevators back up to 4.
Would have been helpful to know so we could have parked on 1st level.
Food is very pricey even at the fast food 24 hr

Large room, spacious bathroom, extremely quiet, we didn't hear doors banging shut, we didn't hear people in the hallway. The grounds were clean and the inside was clean. The check in was smooth and the woman at the very efficient and friendly. Friendly experience all around.
Long walk from parking the car to getting to the check in desk. All in all, we will probably stay again.

We chose the Pickering Casino Hotel again for its location near the GO Train and for its casino. We find the staff at both friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to a time when we can stay for more than one night.

Staff were less than accommodating regarding an error they had made in recognizing a promotion code I had for making a reservation. It's clear they only care about the bottom line. Also, their bar was closed throughout the stay.

The room was large, clean and well equipped. Because it is a casino hotel, there was considerable noise in the hallway as people came back to their rooms throughout the night, which disturbed my sleep. Parking was good but it was difficult for me to figure out where to check in.

My rating - 4/5
Stayed here with a toddler for 4 nights and the property is very well maintained. Staff are welcoming and the check-in/out process is very smooth. Plenty of parking, games and good option of restaurants. However, my only gripe is that there’s no microwave available in the rooms and it’s charged separately for using it. I believe something as basic as a microwave should be freely accessible other than that I enjoyed my stay here and would surely visit again.

There was power outage, no one called to let. There was no compensation for that. It was an inconvenience I couldn't make any coffee. I couldn't get showered and dressed. Overall, everything else were fine.

Checked in late evening . Parking lot was busy because of the casino. Not enough blankets /towels for my family, had to go downstairs to get it as I was told no room service in the evening. The room was spacious and well insulated. Bathroom was standard. The bathtub looked comfortable but the drain plug didn’t work. The beds were soft and bouncy, not our preference.
No time to checkout the pool.
It was nice to have Starbucks and other food options and not go through the casino for them.
The entrance to the Arena (entertainment area) is right across from the hotel’s desk. It could get crowded if there is an event.
There is nothing in the immediate vicinity except the Porsche dealership, lol.
Overall, a good stay.
