The room is very clean. However, the breakfast is a bit too simple. I expect I can eat some ham, becon and sausage. Overall l, the trip was great. Thank you.

Déjeuner inclus, mais peu de choix. Pas d'ascenseur, pas de piscine, pas de produits comme de la lotion à main. Pas de congélateur dans le frigo. Prix trop élevé pour l'équipement.
Sujay
It’s no frills modern hotel that provides just enough comfort and amenities that one needs. Very clean, modern. Super-helpful staff too.

The hotel was exceptional, with my room were both pleasant and well-maintained.
However, there were some drawbacks: there was no elevator and the only dining option available was breakfast.

Amazing clean very comfortable bed
Laina
Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed at a more reasonable price point than most in area. Standard but decent breakfast included. Would love to see coffee maker in room, and conditioner in shower - shampoo only. Appears new in listing photos but is actually a renovated comfort inn/motel. Main floor rooms all drive-up with sliding doors. 2nd floor seems more secure. Easy access to Go Station for visits into T.O. without the price tag. Will stay again.
John
Excellent hotel very clean modern hotel great breakfast 10/10 all the way stayed here for business and will again

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Also, this location still gives complimentary breakfast which is rare (or extra) from hotels in the GTA.
Anne-Lise
Outside (exterior) looks sketchy, I was sceptic : I even asked the clerk to visit the rooms. I can say that it was fully renovated, the rooms were super clean, hallway all new carpets, dinning room vibrant. A+
Michael
We were not aware that if we needed our room made we had to call the front desk. First time I ever heard that.
Mireille
Very clean and friendly staff. Nice place, but a bit noisy on the highway side.

Short stay heading to Montreal. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great for on the go. Close to 401.
Angela
The Hotel and hotel room were very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly. The cost was a very good value as it also included a complimentary breakfast. The location is excellent for those attending events in Toronto and planning to use the GO Train to get downtown.
Susan
The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, the room was spacious. The breakfast was like most and grateful it was available.

Très bien situé près de la 401 pour un arrêt rapide.... petit déjeuner complet et apprécié

The rooms are a bit tired but the staff was very friendly and it had a solid breakfast buffet.
Michele

Didn't eat there.
Cynthia
It had everything you could want for a great price! Clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast! Would definitely go back. Thank you!
robert
The place is brand new inside. Great for the money.
Liam
Great stay clean close to everything. Only thing is that some guest felt the need to smoke there weed in the hotel and the main floor stunk like pot at night. But besides that I recommend for anyone needing to stay in Oshawa or close to Whitby and Ajax.
Catherine
The room was neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and looks after customers very well. Breakfast included in the room rate is a nice perk.
Laurie
When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor cleaned while we were out.
Sean
Toilet too close to vanity. Party in main room so loud daughter couldn’t sleep until they shut it down at 4am. Breakfast was not very good.
Dale
Love the upgrades on the rooms. Breakfast was fine and front desk was good.
Denyse
Clean room. Only complaint was only 2 paper cups in the room.
Kevin
For a last minute booking for a Saturday night we felt very grateful. The room was very clean and functional. Looks like it had been recently renovated.
Sara
Not at all the hotel issue, but there was a huge group of young athletes with their parents who basically took over the entire hotel. My stay was very unpleasant because of the volume and activity from 7am to 1am. I wish the parents were a little more considerate of other guests :(

It’s just a room. Nothing extra, nothing fancy.
Mike
Very nice and clean, recently remodeled Hotel. All of the furniture and facilities were new. Being able to open the door locks with your phone was very handy. We really appreciated the sliding patio door out to the parking lot, it helped with loading in and out the hockey equipment.
The complimentary breakfast is nice, although what they offered during the week is substantially better than what's available on the weekend.

Good place, near the GM plant . A little noisy due to the proximity to the 401 highway .

Upon arrival we found ants in our room, cleaning staff was quick to clean them up but Front Desk denied it was an issue.

Parking was easy and free and we could park right outside our room. Check-in and out were simple and stress-free. I was able to check in 2 hours early, which was amazing. Within walking distance of the GO Station, we had a great stay. super convenient for all my needs and clean and reliable for a good price.
Zachary
The room was clean, air conditioning was nice, and the staff was very friendly.
Guy
Great hotel with easy access to 401. I was there for a one night stay on my way to business meeting Plenty of parking. Good size room. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again
Ross
Absolutely clean room, very comfortable bed, and courteous staff. I just wish the breakfast included some hot protein items.
Lynda
Clean, spacious room. Desk staff were friendly and professional.
Andrew
Room was in good condition. A bit surprised that there was no glass of paper cup in the room to get a drink of water or brush my teeth. Also try eating cereal out of a small bowl with a wooden teaspoon. A couple of hot breakfast choices would be nice as well.
Staff were courteous.

Reception staff — Vidit, Abhishek, and Imran Khan — were great, and the room was clean. However, the AC/heater was extremely loud when it turned on and kept waking us up each time it started. The mattress was also very squeaky, so any time we moved or got in and out of bed, it made noise. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep because of this.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. For the continental breakfast - items should have been replenished regularly. Breakfast started at 6:00 am and was going until 10. When we arrived around 9:00, things were getting rather sparse in the food department - fresh fruit, breads, bagel choices, juices. There is a reason for the commercial “should have checked Trivago”. I should have because 299.00 plus taxes was way too much to pay for a place that had no pool, hot tub, or exercise space. But I had already booked it and could not cancel but TRIVAGO certainly had some much better deals.

Room was clean, and nicley updated. Breakfast was exactly what youd expect from a continental offering and the coffee was great! All the staff was kind and full of smiles. I wouldnt hesitate to book again

The hotel and room were clean. First time staying at a Spark branded hotel.
The challenge with the room was the air leak around the a/c / heat unit. The floor was uncomfortably cold and even when adjusting the fan to “automatic”, the unit was heating almost continuously. The unit was quite loud.
If the air leak were to be corrected, the electrical cost would be lower and the guest would get an undisturbed sleep.

Room was clean but small. Beds very comfortable. Staff could be more friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. They ran out of plates. Really? Cold eggs. Wouldn’t stay there again. Glad we got a cheaper rate.

The hotel is great. The guests aren’t. My floor was full of children yelling, screaming, slamming doors, obnoxious knocking etc. This behaviour continued until 12:00am. Hotel staff asked guests to settle down numerous times. It was a clear failure in parenting.

The room and bathroom were spotless and the interior decoration was excellent.
Despite having only two floors, this hotel is the classical definition of Premium Economy.
Kudos to Hilton for setting this up so well.
