First off they kept my deposit even though I left the room clean and in hood repair. Secondly the pool needs cleaning. I did ask about the soap/body wash/ shampoo dispensers not having anything in them and was given an apology and the small travel size soap and shampoo. Would have rather had my deposit back......
David
A lot of people hanging around the property. Was a little nervous going in and out walking around with the dogs. Doesn’t look good or safe for older people

The room was adequate for the price,
When we checked in, the AC in the room was set at 61 degrees and was COLD, we turned the thermostat up to a comfortable 74.
During the night, I noticed that the floor was wet, on closer inspection in the morning, there were literally puddles.
I mentioned this to the clerk upon check out. She asked why the AC was set at and told me that happens when
It gets very humid there.
Seems like mold would be an issue there.

This hotel is great for the price. No frills or anything but it’s fine. Parking was right out side the rooms and it was easy enough to get into.

We loved the comfortable rooms and amenities! The beds were comfortable and after a long day of driving it was an easy check in and comfortable.
monica
The room was great. My AC was out at my apartment plus it was my bday on Monday. Everything was great. I had a handicap room which was wonderful. It was quiet and safe.

There were roaches. I needed someplace and so I bought and used roach spray. I appreciate being inside when it was freezing outside. But those roaches just did me in.

My husband and I have issues with stairs. They got us a first floor room. The parking spot right outside our room was handicap but we could park there for the few minutes to unload and load. Easy 30 minute drive to downtown New Orleans and fraction of the cost. Many good restaurants close by. And easy access to I-10 and I-12.

AC was good. The room was good and clean. It was safe and quiet. Only issue I saw was an old piece of furniture (chair) that was ready to be buried or restored. The rest of the room has up to date furniture (bed, desk, chair, night stand). I would stay again.

Terrible never will go back again.
It smelled like wet dog and a bunch of mildew all over. It was terrible very unacceptable and I will be calling cause I would like a refund for both of my days. Customer service was terrible. The man talked to us like we wasn’t even visitors out of town. He talked to towards us very bad.

Room floor not cleaned well - no elevator - guests walking past window was disturbing
Joseph
Parking areas covered by cameras making me feel secure that vehicles are safe. Mattress little to firm for me. No remote for tv and could not figure how to turn on. Room very clean.

Awesome place to stay.
SANDRA
Floors were very wet and I almost slipped when we came in the room. Cleaning service left AC off and floors were wet with humidity. Fence would be nice to separate property from loading dock of store on other property
Kenneth
Its been 3 days and my deposit has yet to be refunded to my card.

Booked this place ahead when I got there my room was dirty and not cleaned the guy behind the counter was very helpful but there hotel staff I had to ask for towels etc when they should have taken care of the room for my stay
Christopher
The check in was simple, the parking was just a few feet from the building/door, the pool was nice, we had 4 people and each had a keycard, they always gave us extra towels or whatever we needed. They checked in daily unless you put up a do not disturb sign, which every room is provided with. There was a tv with plenty of stations to watch. Nobody bothered each other and there were plenty people checked in but it was fairly quiet when we were at the inn. All of the staff were really nice. It does sit next to a truck stop and behind a Rouses grocery store so if you have issues with starting at a loading dock or 18 wheelers then you may not be overall happy but that wasn't an issue for us and actually liked having a grocery store right next door, plus alot of food options from chic fila, McDonald's, Panda, Taco Bell, you name it.
Chelsea
It was a nice place to stay the night, clean but just old smell in the room.
Jessica
It was reasonably priced and convenient stay for my race in New Orleans. I will definitely consider for the future.

RED ROOF INN is the epitome of what youd expect of a hotel! They are accommodating to any and all things. The front desk guy Chris is wonderful! He deserves an award for it all.

Well, you gwt what you pay for. The cleanliness was...questionable and the fixtures were rusty. There is some remodeling going on. It was well lit at least

Steven
The floor in my room was dirty.
Sarah
The room was nice, comfortable and mostly clean. I would have given it a perfect rating except there was someone else’s pet hair on the bed sheets. I had a room on the truck stop side of the building and it was fairly noisy with trucks coming and going all the time - I can sleep through noise so it didn’t bother me but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room on the other side of the building.
