Girl at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Room was not very clean. Hair on the floor from the last guests.

Older property, with some long-term stays. The room was clean, but nothing fancy. Location not the greatest. No complaints, but nothing to brag about either.
Renee
Staff was nice. However the lady in the parking lot outside her room doing the fent fold was a sight for me and my children to see. Alerted the guy at the front desk and he didn’t seem bothered at all.
Maiquenis
No es el lugar más limpio, pero al menos no olía mal y para pasar la noche nos sirvió,el personal de la recepción muy atento
L. Chanelle
Great Customer Service at the front desk Due to hairs in the tub and on my sheets, 3 stars were deserved. The room service has to double check for that. Its unacceptable to enter a room and find someone's hair where you will shower and where you lay your head. There was no hot breakfast as advertised, but for the rate I was not disappointed.
But I had a good night's sleep and that was the main reason for my stay. I will still return.

James
Nice shower. A/C fan was a bit noisy. Overall a nice place.
Kimberley
The room was good. The continental breakfast consisted of muffin bagels, and bread there was no yogurt. It would be so nice to have a bottle machine and fresh juice. It was also dry cereal.
Melissa
Didn't like anything except that the reception person was nice. Parking & access to the room did not look like a safe environment. Shady looking ppl outside the door, noisey and the overwhelming stench of marijuana took over the room.
Megan
The room wasn’t very clean. You could tell the floors were still dirty in the bathroom and there were some hairs still left behind in the shower, etc. Some positives; the AC unit worked great and the room was nice and dark for sleep.
Michael
The staff was very helpful and kind everything was good thank you
Alicia
Very clean, updated look. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast easy check in and out.
Jacob
We come in town to fish the local areas. We are from the New Orleans area, so we know exactly what to expect, and never have troubles in the area. Say hello and speak to people it changes the dynamics of your travels

There was a party that was somehow permitted to happen downstairs where two rooms were booked and many people showed up with tables. I had to book a room upstairs on the other side of the building to avoid the noise.
The room was cleaned but had a cheap chemical smell to it like bleach.

It was a okay stay!

The room was dirty. I cannot stand dirt in corners. The bathroom is too small for the door to close. The drain around the tub was rusted. The Toliet was not seated firmly. And the mattress was so thin that I could feel the steel frame. Needles to say I had pressure points from laying on it and a terrible nights sleep.
Audrey
The air was freezing cold, and that was a plus. The parking was right where we needed to go. The area was quiet. The bed was not too much for me, a little stiff, and having only 3 pillows on the bed was odd. But all in all, a great stay for tge price. Would book here again.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Great value !
Joshua
The dude that works in the office was very nice and accommodating. Stray hair here and there in the bathroom but for the price it was hard to beat
Bich
Great value. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Bathroom was clean and updated. We stayed with our 2 dogs. A convenient location just off I-10 in Slidell.
Amanda
Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter.
David
Nice for a room breakfast good

Easy in and out process. Room quality was fine
Tina
The bathroom was very dirty and there was a lot of hair left behind, which made the space feel unclean. The room was also very noisy(OUTDOORS), making it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the bed made a lot of noise every time I moved, which was uncomfortable and disruptive. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and noise issues.

Room Was Nice....

The room was clean on arrival, however I will note at first we didnt think the door lockrd, but we later found out you just had to slam it to close it all the way. The water once filled up had a slight yellowish tint. The bed was also uncomfortable and they only had 3 small pillows for a king g sized bed
Claire
Moldy A/C room felt very damp
Marshall
Could use some serious upgrade on breakfast . Just bagel ,toast and ceral. No fruit or juices.
Shari
Room was clean but no Kleenex and the bed frame was very noisy when rolling over
Marie
If you absolutely need a place to sleep for the night, this is it.
Petunia
The room was clean, the staff was nice and the hotel's cold breakfast area wasn’t that safe because some other Guests got their cars broken into the night we stayed there
Lan
Although this Days Inn is decently renovated, the room still has a bit of a musty smell. In addition, around 3 AM we were waken up by the loud talking sounds. I had to jam the towels into the wide gap under the door, and used luggages to block these loud noises . Lastly, the quality of breakfast foods were poor. However, the staff ( an old lady) was very courteous, and knowlegeable.
Tonya
Sketchy place with lots of sketchy people hanging around. Did not feel safe. Room was dirty, bed was hard. Looked like there was blood on the sink in our room. I almost slept on my car but that didn’t feel any safer. Can’t believe I had to pay to stay there.

The young woman during the evening shift was a doll, she helped where she could.
One side of the hotel was smoking, the other, non-smoking. We stayed in nonsmoking. However, it shared a bathroom wall. Our bathroom smelled like an ashtray the ENTIRE stay. It was nasty and hard to breathe to shower, bathe, or even use the toilet as quickly as possible.
2 TV remotes didn't work, then the TV wouldn't switch to a channel when a working remote was found, then we thought about changing rooms, but the wifi wasn't working for. TV in another room. The morning/day desk lady, is slow, not friendly, watches her phone and TV in the lobby and getting an extra blanket and towels was an ordeal vs the night lady was simple and helpful. There was no water to drink at the breakfast, the choices were sunny D and red Kool aid. The muffins were old my kids didn't even enjoy them and the cereal made the milk taste so bad I made sure she checked the expiration date on the milk. Was also only 1 cup of coffee worth in the thermos, for a nonbusy hotel. Very disappointed and does NOT deserve a good review. The rooms themselves were clean in terms of floors, surfaces and linen-the housekeeping does a swell job. The AC/heater worked well.

The room was extremely dirty hair all over the bathroom floor food in the microwave

The room was clean. The front desk person was courteous and helpful, but not very good at answering questions about the property. The motel property was very well kept, clean and well supplied.
Schinika
I would not recommend this property. It was dirty and I felt unsafe and did not sleep. There were people talking in the wee hours right outside my window.

Room advertisement showed walk inside to get to room but it was a outside entrance for room. Towels had hair left on them and the non smoking room smelled of smoke. Was told i could get fresh clean towels even though the hair was on most of them.
Michael
The floor in our room was dirty and sticky.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The room is a big upgrade from last time. The rooms are much better & the entire room including the bathroom is spotless. This is much more like a Wyndham stay. I really like that I can see my car from my room. The person who checked me in was very nice & helped me log in to the WiFi! I’ll be staying here again for my Christmas trip next month. 5 Stars!!!
Rachel
For the price it was not bad at all. However, there were only 3 pillows. The bathtub still had hair in it from prior occupants. The breakfast the next morning, while we did show up a little later the only thing available was just juice, plain Texas toast, cereal (but no milk). I made a cup of coffee, and the coffee was only barely lukewarm. My powder coffee creamer couldn’t even dissolve. We went to Starbucks instead
David
Floor felt grimy and there was a red substance dried on the floor. Breakfast was very basic.
Patrick
Friendly staff at checkin on night of Nov 21st.
Coleen
Room was not clean, floors were slippery, surfaces not cleaned( oily and sticky) , bed was hard as a rock, hair all over floor and tub.
Sandra
The room was spotless. The staff promptly replied to my requests. All the staff was extremely friendly. It's not a hotel I normally would book, but it was reasonably priced last minute stay. I felt safe, plenty of lighting and convenient parking.
cory
Great
Jackson
Everything was good and staff was friendly and helpful.
Mack
The worst hotel I stay in, doesn’t have no breakfast no coffee, bad service
Catherine
Our bed was damp even the pillows. Very noisy someone was knocking on doors on both sides of our room. Did not feel safe at this Hotel. We stayed 4 hrs and left. They left 3 pillows on the king size bed all were very flat. This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Would not recommend.
Steven
Solid value and safe and clean.
The property is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and had all the features you would expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if I am in Slidell in the future. Very satisfying experience especially for the price.
Matthew
Tv not working, bed hard as a rock, people yelling at 3am,was a hotel nightmare.
Dana
It was good for a quick night, traveling through.

GREAT!

Could not check in when we arrived as computer was down. Was told I would get a call when computer was up. An hour and a half later came back and computer was up but I was not called. Put us in a room that had been recently smoked in when we requested no smoking. Multiple maintenance issues in replacement room. Toilet leaked and AC had bad compressor and was VERY noisy. Had to turn it off to be sleep.
jeannie
Beds were terrible, noisy and uncomfortable.
David
This is a dump.
Whole room smell like mold. Mold around the tub and in the air conditioner. Tiny room, no closet, no hangers, no ironing board. Pillows smelled like sweat and mold. This stay shows that the reviews are manipulated. This is not a 7.8 rated motel. I usually stay at the Suburban Studios which is fine but rated lower. I checked out at 530am as I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.
Shanique
The customer service rep and Manger were not welcoming and unwilling to provide assistance in clearing up an issue at check in. Roims were diry with hair on bed and sheets not changed.
Jessica
Enjoy the stay

Two pillows to sleep with on two full beds with four people (2 adults, 2 young kids). Bed creaked all night long keeping us up. It is a metal frame bed.
Lori
Update just a little more but good for the money
JEFFREY
Had reservation. Called 4 hrs before I was going to be there. Confirmed reservation. When I arrived they had no rooms available
Carol
The stay was nice and comfortable. The deadbolt did not work and some problems with programming the key cards to allow us to enter our room. They finally had to change us to a different room.
Chanze
An okay place to sleep while passing through but wouldn’t go outside alone at night
Donald
The water in the tub and sink was rust colored. We were unable to take a shower. Told the front desk and was told they didn’t use that too

Nothing to brag about- last chance
Place currently has a 7.5 rating which is not accurate. The room smelled very musky. The bed squeaked. I stayed there July 5 th and other guests were lighting off fireworks in parking lot. The staff at front desk seemed to be supportive of such saying that “fireworks are legal in LA” despite being illegal in town of Slidell. So that’s what you’re dealing with there.
Tonya
I am so pleased to say the manager at this property will ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART!! I left my wallet in my room and he contacted me.. , for that I am FOREVER GRATEFUL !!
ROBERTO
I liked everything except there was not bathtub mat and was too slippery
Sheila
Overall great comfortable room. There was noticeable water damage on ceiling and the door needs weather stripping on bottom. Light and gap under door
Justin
