The first challenge was having to contact the front desk for a very nice and helpful young lady to enter our room and get the TV going because they were unable to leave the remote due to too much theft of TV remotes. I found that very odd. Unfortunately, the guest next to us was sitting outside his door on a cooler and when we approached our room and said hello. He completely ignored us making us feel very awkward.
Once we got back from dinner, there were three or more crowds of people in the parking lot and hanging around the area as we went up the stairs to our room. There was also an exorbitant number of people at the pool and it became clear very quickly that we would likely not get any sleep. I would honestly never visit this hotel again.
