This hotel was clean and in a great area close to many attractions such as tours, restaurants, bars, and historical places. Breakfast was included and there were good food options. This hotel is also attached through the underground parking to another hotel that provides some amenities, including a pool, restaurant, and a rooftop with a bar and an amazing view.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodated all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room on a higher level and they kindly arranged that for me. The beds are very comfortable and the black-out curtains are great at blocking out light. My room had an amazing view of Table Mountain and the city.
The room was clean, however some facilities require an upgrade. The room had what appeared to be mold on the shower ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and the door didnt close all the way, which meant having to physically push it closed.

It was a disaster. Will never book here again. We checked in almost 1 hour late due to rooms not being ready…bathrooms need maintenance. we were booked for two nights and never slept at all, due to noise from the night club across the street that went on until 07:00 in the morning.

Like anyone going to a city for the first time, there is typically some apprehension but everyone at Stay Easy Cape Town was so warm and welcoming, my wife and I were very comfortable. Bevan at the front desk was a master at his craft........going the extra mile, very accommodating and understanding. I had a challenge with my credit card and he dealt with it with such professionalism and midas touch that we would definitely recommend this property.

Good stay. This is not an exceptional hotel but it is a good stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has amazing views. Good AC and hot water. The bed was ok, and the pillows are horrible. Basically just plastic in sheets. The room was very small but I know there's nothing the hotel can do about that. My last day prior to checking out the maid service left no bars of soap. The breakfast isn't that great, very watery eggs and the fruit looks like they are just recycling the same fruit from the day before. Ordering food from the bar is a horrible. You'll wait anywhere from 40-45 minutes to get a basic item. I ordered and 15 minutes later, the waitress came to affirm my order, what means she didn't even put it in yet. So they wait and bring everybody's food at the same time. Horrible system. On the positive, the staff was nice and helpful. Very close to restaurants and cafes. And about a 20-30 minute walk to the Waterfront, very easy to get to from the hotel. Overall, just an ok stay,

It was a decent stay, i felt the recption staff Thandi and Amazement to be unhelpful and little rude in their manner speaking to my wife and I. Definitely Not what I expect for staff in this industry.

Our stay was good, however we had a few issues; room service did not replenish bath/shower towels after cleaning on our day 2, we had to request towels as a result, the bathroom basin sink did not drain water properly. Both issues were resolved upon reporting. Room service did not replenish shower gel for our check out day morning shower, we had to use hand wash bar of soap as we had an early flight to catch with no time to request for replenishment.

My hubby and I stayed for 6 nites. The room is clean but small. The high stool at the table was very uncomfortable and much higher than expected. It would be good if there is space for a proper wardrobe and writing table with a proper chair. There is not many food choices in the neighbourhood. That is a real setback.

I liked this place. The housekeeping guy i think he said Eric was his name, i do not recall well but he was the supervisor or something on the 18th he helped me a lot. I appreciated how he made arrangements to service my room in the afternoon since i was tired and needed more sleep considering friday the other lady had told us they closed housekeeping at 14hr. I was so grateful 🙏 reception stuff is also very helpful and professional.

For the price, this hotel is exemplary!
I was just staying for one night before moving to another hotel that had no open rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean albeit small. It would not have been comfortable for two people, that is for sure. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, too. They managed to carry over just about everything from a 5 star experience that you can expect for the insanely good price and location.
The only downfall was the breakfast. I wish that they would charge and then give you more selection. There was not a single fruit available, and then the rest of the selection was rather small. It was also very VERY loud, but the staff can hardly do anything about that.

I would not leap at having breakfasts. To observe Covid protocols, buffet breakfasts are dished up for guests. Food was not kept heated AT ALL - no source of heat under bowls. Food was not room temperature but rather ice ice cold. Bacon fat was congealed. On top of it food safety might be at risk. Questions staff attention to quality when dishing up. Terrible.

This Hotel 🏩 is in an excellent central city location and it is a very good value and pleasant place to stay as it is well maintained and comfortable 3 star standard. It impressed me in many ways and my frustrationd were on concerning Covid protocol which was followed very well by the Hotel but it does however make you feel like you staying in a Hospital rather than Hotel - most accommodation places are actually guilty of this currently.

Terrible experience. One does not know what the other is doing when it come to dinner. Told that 2 x coldrinks were included when they were not and at R23 a coke. Dinner was pathetic. Told at the buffet, that I can put the chicken or lamb knuckle ontop of the seafood paella. Who the hell eats like that. Get up from the Shiite breakfast table the next morning to get the meal and table is cleared away when I get back.

Under severe internet shortage
I was shocked to learn of the wifi shortage plaguing this area. Rather, thr area occupied by the hotel. You may have heard of the several water shortage last summer, but the internet shortage never made the news. (There was so little coverage) as a result, rationing is in order here at the hotel. You get 2 mb per day, and any more, you have to pay for. I hope you've brought your own internet with you, or that you dont have photos to share with friends on your vacation. I hope you dont need uber to navigate the area, because dear friends, this will not be the hotel for you. The added kicker, is that even when you start paying for it, its STILL not a secure connection! Can you believe this? I mentioned this at the desk and the woman insisted there was free internet.... yes. ....and I used up my whole days allowance checking my flight information. I had to buy more to get an uber to take me to thr airport. The service, staff, cleanliness, etc is lovely, but be sure that you have a local sim card, otherwise you're taking a vacation to 1995.

People were fighting for scraps and it made me very uncomfortable. I don’t want to have to fight over a piece of toast. The 4 days I was there it was the same. Very crowded and people pushing and fighting for food. The lifts had long waits to get down as well. Other than that the place was lovely.

This was my second stay. The hotel is modern and clean and provides a decent breakfast. There is a rooftop bar, as well as a gym and pool, all with a great view (however, you have to go to it's sister property via the parking garage to access them). Overall, it's a great place to stay and very convenient to get to everywhere in Cape Town. Only complaint is that the hotel is very cheap with its supposedly \"free internet\" (250 MB a day).
