The property is old but my room was clean and smelled good. The bed isn't comfy but bring a pillow and it's ok. The refrigerator and microwave were like new and worked great. Laundry was super convenient & expensive

The AC did great and the full sized fridge was handy. The bathroom was not clean there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom floor even. Bed slept wonderful. Def look into baggage carts the one laundry cart for everyone was inconvenient

I stay in extended stay hotels all the time. If you're staying here, make sure you bring pots, pans, silverware, can opener, everything you'll need to cook if you plan to use the kitchen. I bring everything, including my own towels, pillows, toilet paper, and paper towels. This is just like renting a mini apartment. There is a bed, TV, table, dresser, and a mini kitchen with a decent sized refrigerator. The place is designed for extended stays and residency. It's not a luxury vacation resort.

My room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't need to use my own toilet paper or towels. The sheets and towels were much better quality than I am used to getting in an extended stay. The internet was very fast and I didn't need to use my work hotspot even once. The staff is more than accommodating. The staff is downright pleasant and helpful. Parking is generous. All the stairways and parking areas are well lit and free of loitering guests. Must of the people I saw are either working in the general area temporarily like me, or they live here full time.

The food options are very close. There is everything from fast food to grocery stores within a mile. Highway access is an easy on or off one block from the access road to the hotel. It could not be in a better location.

Honestly, after 15 years of traveling for work all over the country this may be the best extended stay hotel property experience I've ever had on the road. I didn't see any bugs. I never felt unsafe

After signing paperwork and paying, the staff decided to let me know that pest control and corporate would be entering all rooms. Very inconvenient when I have a pet I brought with me. I had to buy a kennel last minute… this should have been mentioned beforehand.
I got into the room and was absolutely blown away… roaches crawling… floors filthy… bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way… mold in corner in bathroom… TV looked to be a smart TV but was not… absolutely TERRIBLE for 300.00 bill. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to go.

The room was very run down, paint all over the floors, the toilet consistently ran and not even a trash can in the room. The corner of the bed facing the nightstand reeked of animal urine, i had sleep on the edge of the other side of the bed. There were blinds but no curtains so trying to sleep was near impossible with the bright outside light lighting up the whole room. And then in the morning as I'm leaving there's a roach on my nightstand. This place is disgusting, don't stay here unless you're homeless like all the others LIVING here.

The bathrooms in the three different rooms we tried did not seem like they were cleaned. We didn’t end up staying here. The no-refund policy is silly considering we had paid for the room 5 minutes before going and looking at the rooms. I understand the no-refund policy for people who just want their money back, but if the rooms are dirty there should be some kind of refund, or accommodations.

My first room my hot water would only get a hot for about two hours through the whole day 136
My second room 113 had no bathroom door. I was told the day of chicken that my bathroom door would be fixed. It never got put on. I had to hang a sheet. Freezer and refrigerator froze all of my food, milk eggs, etc..
Staff cannot tell you correct timing on when you have to pay first I was told I had to pay after three or I would be charged an early check-in fee. Then I was told if I paid after 3 o’clock I would be charged a late fee.
Then I was told to reserve for a week and pay daily, which was not a problem until I was paying at exactly 3 o’clock. Then I was told to leave the property and I can no longer get a room there.
There is cockroaches there is crackheads all over the parking lot all hours of the day and night coming out of the bushes looking in cars and the staff just talks to him like that’s no big deal.
The Wi-Fi is horrible TV just turns off in the middle of watching a show
The staff smoking cigarettes by the laundry room, makes the sheets and blankets smell like cigarettes and I do not smoke cigarettes so it’s disgusting
And I would’ve appreciated if the manager would have spoken to me about the issue instead of lying saying she was in a meeting when she was just sitting in her office talking to her employees Housekeeping need to be retrained, because I don’t know who taught them how to clean rooms but I always had to clean my room showers filthy floors were disgusting

The sheets on the bed were dirty. I asked the front desk for new sheets, but I was told he didn't have access to clean laundry. There was also hair in one of the towels that were hanging on the rack in the bathroom. This is a place where displaced people live fulltime. Suites needs to be removed from the name. It should read Birch Hills Sanctuary for Prostitutes, Drug Dealers and the Indigent. I'm not judging anyone's profession. However, this is not a place for business travels. To top it off, there are 3 hotels within walking distance that are less expensive. This was not priced like a low in hotel.

This is a very dangerous area- do not stay here. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Front desk is not manned or open. Immediately upon arrival- lots of people milling around checking out our vehicle and us. Drug affected people in the parking area. We did not stay as it was a very bad situation.

The day we checked it first off we were supposed to have a room with double beds got a call stating that they didn’t have any double bed rooms. So we ended up with two single rooms one room was the second to last room on the east side of the building and the other room was the last room on the east side of the building. Inconvenient to be away from the people we were staying with. The rooms were dirty, the one door had cooper wire sticking out of it. That didn’t feel safe. The lady was rude at the front desk. We walked around the rooms and decided that we were gonna go down and see about getting a refund because we were not gonna stay there. The lady at the desk said nope to the refund she was rude about it. We ended up going to a days inn and had better experience there. And we still never got our money back. We literally went to the rooms looked around and agree to go to different hotels

I never went to a room. As soon as i was handed my room keys befor i even left the office i gave them right back to the manager. Absolutely horrible woman, filthy horrible place, and she refused to give me a refund which was $349.84. She told me she couldnt refund my money but since i wasnt staying at all and had never went in the room she would leave a note and talk to her supervisor the next day and her supervisor could refund my money. NOPE And i disputed it with CHIME who denied the dispute do to lack of evidence. Since technically i checked in. This place is awfull, there are homeless people in the parking lot and on the stairs, drug needle in the parking lot, trash is overflowing (and someone digging through it) almost every trash can including the one by the office.a car with loud vulgar bass rap music out front of the office, people smoking weed, the manager was hanging out out front too with a cigarette in her mouth acting very unprofessional.The entire place was awful, i felt very uncomfortable, unsafe. And the room was rented out less than 24 hours later. But i paid for it for 5 nights, and was refused a refund. So they were paid twice for it im sure. I was approached on the way to my vehicle and asked if i \"had a man\", and if i had a cigarette by a very nasty man with a pint of whiskey in his hand and no teeth. I cant even imagine what the rooms look like. There is no other contact info anywhere for corporate, customer service, a supervisor etc. I want my money!

I did absolutely nothing wrong there I minded my business I paid on time. And there's a very depressing time in my life after losing my 18 year old child so in the window I displayed his memorial photo with a cross. When it's an extended stay so you are allowed to put something in the window if you want. Well the big lady in the front with the short hair and it's pink calls my room and says all the sudden I have to leave. And I said really can I ask why then she proceeds to tell me that housekeeping has asked me numerous times to remove the stuff from the window and I asked the housekeeping they said they never said that. So the lady in the front desk says this is a hotel not in art gallery. Then hangs up the phone. So as if I wasn't going through enough this lady gets a wild hair and chooses me to target. But let's other people have things in their windows. I took pictures I'll need them for evidence.

This entire property was disgusting. The front desk lady was extremely rude and brushed off all of our concerns. There were several individuals partaking in illegal activities outside the front office tweaking, a lady talking to the wall and a cigarette disposal container, the door to our room barely shut at the bottom like it had been kicked in, some kind of bag over the light in the main area. Do NOT recommend EVER staying here unless you want to be drugged or get AIDS.

You get what you pay for! Upon check-in the office smelled like weed. I booked a double room and we got a single, the table that should have been in the room in the kitchenette area was gone and a queen bed was in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor was in bad shape. The room had been painted to make it appear 'fresh'. There were many long term guests wondering the parking lot, sitting out in front of their rooms. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed, our room looked NOTHING like the pics online.

The room wasn't clean. We mopped the floor and it was so dirty the water looked like chocolate milk. It smelled and the cabinets were falling apart. It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. Staff was nice, but clearly this place is trying to improve, but I feel like i was mislead that this place was clean and it wasn’t. All the doors were busted and didn’t close with ease. You had to slam or force it to close. Half of the outlets worked. One of the pillows smelled like urine. On a good note i didn’t see any bugs.

This hotel is atrocious in every way. The nicest office person by far is Daisha. The most rudest and most unprofessional office person is Jaime! The elevator sounds like the sky is falling into the floor of the elevator. The outside has trash everywhere and they claim they're remodeling. The hallways smell like pee and weed and funk. I will never stay at this hotel again if i can help it! 0/10 I would not recommend this place to anyone! Beware and don't waste ur hard earned money or ur time on the trash dumpster of a hotel. They have beg bugs and roaches and weird looking bugs. My room phone never worked. I had no bulb in the stove hood. The fridge light bulb was always
out and they never changed it. They had the water turned off every few days.

I arrived late in the evening and was truly exhausted and just wanted a shower and sleep. The young lady who checked me in was very nice … sorry I didn’t catch her name. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was old and creaky and I definitely was concerned about safety. I got to the room and it barely looked anything like the pictures. Kinda reminded me of college dorm first day. The were no pretty bedspreads or soft lighting as pictured. I went to take a shower and the lack of water pressure coupled with the mystery of how to find the hot water left much to the imagination. There were weird stains on the shower curtain that weren’t visible until you were in the shower.
They give you one (Bath towel) 2 wash cloths and a floor mat. There are also 2 slivers of soap nicely packaged so you don’t think it’s already been used. There was dust and cobwebs in most corners.
I kept thinking you just need to sleep here.
I figured I could watch a little TV which is when I noticed there was no remote. No I didn’t bother getting dressed to ride the death elevator to go report it.
The blanket on the bed was barely thicker than the sheet but at least it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. I made mention to the desk agent when I checked out about the TV remote being absent and she was like “you could have come back down”

The worst play to stay ever!!!

Was there a total of 3 weeks room was disgusting but was looking for an apartment in mean time. The room was already dirty and damaged prior to getting there. A hole in the bottom of the door allowing bugs to walk in. It says smoke free facility but the STAFF and RESIDENTS are smoking non stop near the office and doorways. The neighbors constantly fight making it hard to sleep. The worst part is the reviews (they give themselves) were all great. But first couple weeks I was getting bite in bed, thought maybe ants. Then found it was bed bugs! I called the staff and they told me to throw away my own sheets and to come get new ones if I wanted. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds and that I PROBABLY BROUGHT THEM! My family and I are very clean and I just drove from California for a place to stay before finding a home and they say I brought them?!?! I ended up sleeping in my car for the next 4 days and only using the restroom in the room until I got into my apartment. This place needs to be shutdown!!!

A little below even my low expectations.

First off, I need to mention Im not very picky when it comes to a hotel. Cheap preference when all I need is a bed to sleep keeps me with low expectations. With that being said. This was the first hotel Ive ever been in that had no black out curtains. This was only a problem because the yard light made it appear as day time all night so was like a very bright nightligh in our room. I-70 came barely hindered to the point I had to check to make sure a window wasn't open. Thankfully I was tired and only had a little trouble going to sleep.
No trash cans was also a first, although Im guessing they may have been stolen prior to our stay. In the morning when I tried the microwave it didn’t work, thankfully I tried the plug in another outlet and it worked but office didn’t open until 9am so I wasn't able to pass on any of these things.
If you are a heavy sleeper you may be fine but if you're like me and all you really need is a bed and maybe a shower as long as your not a very light sleeper you might be fine. Hindsight, Id at minimal ask for a room on side facing away from interstate but I would actually try a different cheap hotel first.

The lady at the front desk with the red hair was nice. That’s about it. multiple people live at this hotel. A bunch of sketchy people were roaming around the parking lot. Got to my room, it smelled like cat pee and cigarettes. The lights didn’t work in the room. The bathroom was dirty and covered in burn marks.
I left and went to a hotel up the street. Spend the extra money and do that.
I did not feel safe there. I was also told the owner “doesn’t do refunds”. I can imagine why, they wouldn’t make any money.

This was the WPRST hotel i have ever stayed at! It was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment complex for a bunch of criminals. The people were loud, we hardly slept and the pictures were definately inaccurate! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Entire facility looked like a health code violation. Smelled of mold. Toilet was broken, had to fix it yourself to be able to use it. No hot water. Cabinets falling apart and the chain lock was broken off the door. The bed is so bad we could feel the springs in it and when I woke the next day my hip was out.

Hotel looks like it’s had some upgrades but still I. Pretty poor condition. Cops were there kicking a door in so it’s just a terrible location in the city. Just the way she goes boys and girls.

Like the price and everything just the bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows most hotels gove you 4 and a comfier bed. That was the only complaint the kitchentte was nice and staff was very helpful
