Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing.
TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value.

Affordable. Clean. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Breakfast times were not as convenient. Not a great variety of options. Sound carried from hallway and neighboring rooms. Overall it served its purpose and provided a safe comfortable place to sleep (but was woken up by noises multiple time throughout the night).

I had 2 rooms booked and unfortunately I had to cancel 1 before making it. The day shift received a call from Expedia and agreed to let us cancel 1 room and refund it back to us. That was great and appreciated. Expedia confirmed I still had 1 room left to check into. So okay the closer we got from Texas to Kansas we ran into a bad storm and it slowed us down so I called the hotel and spoke with a lady and confirm led my remaining room and then asked her would it be okay if I arrived at 11 due to storm having us behind schedule and she informed me she that my room was still there and as long as I arrive before 2am I could check in. Okay fast forward get to the hotel I guess Ram is the night auditor and he said he was sold out of rooms and I was showing him that I had 2 reservations and 1 was cancelled but I still had one. He then tells no he only see one reservation and it was cancelled. I advised him I spoke with the lady on shift before him and she confirmed I still had a reservation wayyyy after I cancelled with Expedia at 3pm. He continues to say Expedia is lying and I only had 1 reservation. To began with. I said sir im not about to argue with you. My fiance just told me to contact expedia and dont worry about it. Hotels were sold out due to stuff going on this weekend. I know how it go. Frontdesk will cancel by a certain time thinking 3rd party reservation is not going to show and you sale the room again to get 100% occupancy guaranteed. Ram is rude as ever.

My kids loved the breakfast. I wish the tv had a couple kids options for the brief time we were in the room during the storms, but overall a great/welcoming place to stay. Staff was attentive to the maintenance issue that happened our second day.

We needed a place to stay but werent far from trying somewhere else. Pros: quiet, ac kept us cool. Cons: they are admiate about no smoking of any type however walking into the lobby it smelt like marijana and throughout the hallways. The room was not well cleaned; stains on the bedding, dirty shower curtain, they reused the toilet paper from the guest before us, and only one outlet working on the bedside table and a broken ice maker. We did not get to experience the breakfast but based off the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the building we decided to pass. Overall not the most ideal stay but could have been worse.

Property is older, secluded and in dark area outside. It is right next to interstate which makes it convenient. Breakfast had some option but still seemed limited - I did not try anything.

My opinion is that this is a hotel with great bones. It is structurally really cool, and it is in a great location for walking to Royals or Chiefs games. The staff were very friendly. But, my room was not clean. Stains on the furniture, hair on my pillow. The TV didnt really work well. Overall, I feel like this is a great building being run by management that is cutting corners. They could do better.

The AC was broken. It wouldnt go below 75 even set to 50. It was hot! We were sweating. I called the front desk several times but the phone was broken. I could hear her but she couldnt hear me. So I trudged at midnight to at least get a fan. She had one! The FAN was BROKEN! So I trudged back and tell her and she says she will bring me something to my room number. She never did. Slept with wet towel around my neck and feet or wherever I could cool. Wouldnt recommend this place.

The room was overall clean. Very quiet hotel. Only complaints are the mattress was pretty soft and the carpet felt and looked pretty grimy. A great shower with a taller shower head and it had water pressure. The breakfast wasn’t too bad either. We would stay there again.

Hotel itself had clearly been allowed to fall into disrepair and the parking lot was a nightmare of potholes and random low areas of concrete. The room had certainly seen better days. Despite non smoking signs all over the property the entire hallway smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there.

Hotel was ok it is an old hotel but the location is nice if you are going to chiefs game. I also was looking forward the great breakfast i read in the reviews, i was very disappointed the only breakfast they had was cereal and some bread not even waffle or pancake batter no juices the milk was ran out. They had some peanut butter crustables and coffee very disappointed.

When me and my husband stayed the first time, the room was nice, it was worth the money. The second time we booked we brought our miniature dog with us. They gave us a room on the basement level/1st floor, which was not anywhere close to being worth the price we paid!!! Very disappointing!!! Plus on top of giving us a below average room, they still charged $80 extra which was non refundable. The room wasn't even a $60 room!!! Cannot recommend, definitely not what was in pictures and not worth the money!!!! If you have a pet do NOT rent from here!!!!

The lobby smelled nice and the woman who checked me in was kind. The parking spaces are nice and spacious. You're definitely getting what you paid for. The room was very average. The bed was comfortable! When you walk into your room you maybe have 2ft wide hallway to get to your bedroom. Its definitely cozy. The breakfast options are interesting, some pretty brown and bruised apples. Some cereal choices. But they did have a buy station in the hotel for snacks, drinks, other items. Overall, it was okay though.

The room was as expected however the toilet ran I fixed it. The breakfast was in packages. My rental car was stolen from in front of the Hotel. There front desk staff stayed in the back. I came in the hotel and left my keys in the car but no one noticed a strange man walking across the parking lot? Lax security there wasn’t a game.

I stayed there Dec 5th for one night. I still haven’t got my deposit back. They said 3 business days. There is no reason that it’s taking almost a week and still nothing. The hotel was nice and relaxing but.
If you tell your customers something how about you do it correctly. Unacceptable.

When we got to the room the floor by the bed was wet like someone had spilled something on the carpet. Next on Sunday all at once water started coming from the ceiling above the tub by the vent. It appeared the ceiling was soft from this happening before. When we called maintence he could speak English. After showing it to him he was gone for about an hour. Came back went in the bathroom with some part for the toliet. Nothing appeared fixed with the water from the ceiling. I called the front desk and went to the front desk to complain before someone finally came.

Hotel was conveniently located to arrowhead stadium. Was with in walking distance. Room was clean, staff friendly . Had extra space heater and fan for rooms. Hot water +++ good water pressure. Only issue was no vending only snacks to purchase from front desk. Prices were very expensive. Area was decent. We would choose establishment again. Prices were reasonable.

Check in was not good. Started at 4:00, we arrived at 4:30. Was told room wasn’t ready, to wait 30 min. We waited, as others were arriving and checking in before us (I get it, not all room types are the same).
This is a game day with a night game start and people want to check in, then get to the game.
Were told after 30 min we needed to wait another 15.
We went up, no room, we had to wait longer. By the way, there’s no line at check in.
Very frustrating.

Was good, breakfast was good, no extra for parking with was food.
This location used to have a managers reception and snacks in evening. They have stopped that but continued the breakfast, which wasn’t bad. Same as a Hampton or similar, but more than a continental breakfast.

Rooms were fine. Staff was kind but overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in for the game and rooms weren't necessarily ready for many. The location to the stadium is prime.There is a sidewalk to the stadium from the hotel and that was great. It was worth it not to park and wait in the traffic after the game. The breakfast was mediocre but not bad. I would say overall the hotel was mediocre but worth it for the proximity to the stadium.
