The staff was very nice, but the room was awful. It had a really bad smell and the toilet kept running. When I went and took the top off the tank to try to stop the water from running, I saw a row of some kind of insect cocoons running along the back of the tank. Yuck.

Being met by no human being, only seeing them through a kiosk screen was very unnerving, I hate this. Seriously, I'll avoid places that have these installed (except for after hours use).
I got the jacuzzi suite, so I assumed our room would be on the first floor. No. 3rd floor. Also, there was no elevator. I haven't climbed stairs in over 10 years, and I can't believe i made them up and down the stairs twice. I'm young and look healthy, but my hips and a knee have been replaced. I have no business on stairs.
The jacuzzi was AMAZING! It was so clean, I get so grossed out with the thoughts. In fact, I'm very happy with the shape the room was in- very clean.

Chose this hotel strictly for the hot tub in room. So got reservation for the King Suite with jetted tub. Highest room rate in the hotel. Got into room, filled hot tub and pressed the ON button. Some noise was made, a motor started running and a very weak stream of water came from 2 of the 15 or so jets. Went and spoke with on call manager/desk attendant and asked if I was missing something. Was told no and seemed shocked something was wrong. Was told come see him in the morning. Does nothing to rectify situation. Go to checkout and now that guy is gone and have to deal with the \"kiosk\" attendant. Told him of the issue and was told he would forward to management so it would not happen again. No offer or effort to correct the situation with my reservation. As of this writing that same room is available for rent at the same hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL PERIOD! Will be telling my story on all my social media to keep someone else from getting screwed by this hotel.

My room was never cleaned my entire stay from 12/30/25 to 01/03/26. I had to exchange my own towels at the front desk everyday. I reported to front desk house cleaning issue. Nothing was done about it. On 01/02/26 a cleaning staff asked if i wanted my room serviced. I replied yes and the staff never came to clean it. The rooms had patches on the wall from previous holes. A flyer was passed around to day on new years day cleaning services wouldn't be available. I never seen a hotel do this. If I could give a rating of zero I would. When it comes to the breakfast food , there was no meat selection. The meat that was available was inside of a pot of gravy with biscuits that's not a proper way of serving food, no one even knows what the meat is. This place seems very ghetto. The carpet on the stairs were green and ugly.The smell of the hotel was of weed. The staff looked high. This was such a very terrible experience to go through being there for a funeral. Due to the fact that I was there , I had many other family members to book at this hotel only to experience such horrible service. I will not ever visit this location again and I will inform my family to do the same and others.

As soon as you get out of car you get slammed to the ground with the smell of pot. It’s also not mentioned anywhere I noticed that this hotel try’s to charge on your card an extra $100 deposit. Or you can do it in cash and get it right back at check out. Sorry but our next trip to Kansas City area I will stay little farther out at Whiteman AFB and be able to pass a drug test without just the contact high. Plus there where people right up against building late at night smoking and talking being load, then slamming doors at 0615 in the morning. The bath tub had a reddish stain in bottom of it

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was disappointing as there wasn't much to choose from. We chose a room with a Jacuzzi in it and we're looking forward to using it, but it ended up being more like a hot bath. The controls for the jets didn't work so there was only one setting and we could barely feel them. Also, my boyfriend almost got stuck in the bathroom as the door latch didn't work properly from either side of the door. He used his pocket knife to push the locking mechanism in so he could exit. We thought the lock was broken at first, but it wasn't.

Refrigerator in 130 had black mold in it. The refrigerator and 211 had water in the drawer of the staff called me and was smart with me saying I didn't report that I had a dog and I did because they took 2 days charge which was $50 but they said I never said it. So how did they charge me if I didn't say I have a pet?
The guy that checked us in told me he did tell me that pets couldn't be up on second floor but he didn't. He said where would the dog be staying? I said mine and my husband's room which was 211. He says we don't allow pets up there and I wrote it on the card I didn't eat any breakfast because I was so mad the way they treated us

It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying other than that it was great for my family we appreciate it the breakfast was great and all was good !

Staff did not work well with Expedia. Tried to charge us more upon checkout. Bathtub had markings in it, looked as though a child was left in it and marked up the bottom. Even though the facility is supposed to be smoke free, room wreaked of cigarette residual and possibly other misc substances. Cigarette burn mark on the sink. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place open.

The room was absolutely dirty holes in the bathroom celling substances on the floor ripped up chairs in lobby lights in bathroom flickering just a really bad room. This employees are rude, they will steal your deposit for any excuse, outs was supposedly not returned over an accident in the bed, what hotel doesn't allow for a stain on the sheet, and they lied about it, claiming feces in the sheets, omg are you kidding me?! The breakfast was very limited and you have to get up early early if you want anything besides packets of oatmeal and bread, for the entire site there is only one washing machine and one dryer. I would never recommend this trash hotel.

Well the property is kind of old and has a smell to it. The younger man who works the counter does not smile when checking you in. And he's a lil abrasive even answering your questions or even you all for help. They're was two employee's who made the stay pleasent. The lovely lady who helped us get into our room when it locked us out. She was amazing, great attitude, lovely personality, and just as sweet as she could be. And the lady who served breakfast in the morning! Such a joy! She was amazing when helping the kids with breakfast. So thankful for those two ladies. May God bless them for their exceptional service. In Jesus name amen!!!

50th Wedding Anniversary Trip

First room were were given had a terrible musty smell so i immediately went and asked for another room. He first tried to put us on the 2nd floor and I reminded the young fellow we were in our 70’s and packing everything up would be difficult. He then gave us another room on the first level. So in the end it worked out. There was a water leak just outside the first room’s door so assuming that is where musty smell originated.

Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodations. It's definitely an older building, and you can tell, but nothing too bad. Just a heads-up—there's no elevator, only stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. The breakfast didn’t have many options, but it was something. The room was pretty basic, but clean enough. However, the toilet didn’t flush very well, which was a bit inconvenient. The pool was also clean and in good condition, making for a nice bonus during the stay.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. The room was disgusting. A man busted into our room, during a fight between himself and another group. He was drunk, threatening to harm other customers and children. The staff allowed him to stay and act like this for 4 hours before I had to call 911 and threaten to shoot him. We were not involved in this, other than our room being close to his. He fought multiple people, and completely broke our door frame, we were not offered another room. My children were terrified. The manager, started an arguement with me because she felt like I had an attitude when a man was allowed to terrorize guests for 4 hours with racial and death threats because the manager said \"he probably won't do anything\". The manager went as far as to tell us we were not allowed to leave our room, when the door was being busted into. The police arrested him for punching 2 people and assaulting another woman. The pool was so cloudy and full of nasty things. We were not given a refund option, and due to it being 11 pm before we could leave our room we could not find another place to stay. Please. Do not stay here! We paid $217 for this room. They also have a deposit they dont disclosed of $100 and I still haven't received a refund for that or the actual room fee. I have pictures and videos and will be pressing this issue. The management is a a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

The hallways smelled really bad, like mold and mildew. We had 2 rooms. The first room , flooded the next morning from the shower above us. We had to switch rooms. The other room the bathroom door wouldnt shut and maintenance had to come fix it. Our second night, and second room, the people across the hall were yelling and screaming. Overall not a great experience. For the money we paid we could have stayed somewhere alot nicer and a lot cleaner.

Very smokey hotel. Entire building reales of cigarettes 🚬. The room was filled so if you have an allergy or breathing problem this is NOT the hotel for you. Says smoke free facility but you can smell it through the vents as others are smoking in the rooms. All of our clothing was laced with the smell and had to be washed. Could tell that people actually lived there. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would stay there again for the price you'll get your money worth.
