Nvidia business trip

Stayed at this hotel to attend Nvidia GTC in San Jose. The fire at Londons Heathrow airport meant I had to extend my stay for an additional 2 nights which the hotel were great to accommodate. I used this exact same brand of hotel in Atlanta hence me booking this one too. Interesting that they adopt exactly the same exterior in both throughout with the insides also being a copy and paste too. Thanks for letting me stay longer.

Business trip in San Jose. Three of us were all pleased with this hotel. We used the same brand in Atlanta 5 months earlier. Fair price and served our need. Great they could accommodate me for an e tea 2 days after the closure of Londons Heathrow due to the fire incident. We plan to book this hotel brand in the US in November again.

THE FRONT DESK YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE. A HARD WORKER. Now you need to upgrade your toilets, they are way to low to the floor, a person with bad knees has a hard time getting on and off it. I drove 8 hours with a small child before arriving at the hotel, and thus I looked like I drove 8 hours with a small child when I arrived. I felt the front desk clerk was perfunctory and somewhat disdainful of our disheveled arrival at the hotel. While still professional, she did not provide any information regarding internet service, food options, or checkout. I felt a bit judged and embarrassed. Otherwise, the room was wonderful, clean, and I especially enjoyed the many accessible outlets. I was also sweetly greeted by a cleaning service lady on the way out.

Nothing tragic, but not good.

The sound proofing between rooms was inadequate. I could clearly hear the conversation of the people next door and they watched stand up comedy until about 2:30 a.m.

The bathroom light was motion activated and the sensor was outside the bathroom. The bathroom light turned off while I was toweling off after my shower. The sensor needed to sense movement every tem minutes.

This hotel is as expected from a Marriott brand. Stayed 1 night only. I request lower floor and got it. The hotel was low capacity. It was comfortable and the blackout curtains really blocked any light. Walls are thin! Early in the morning I can hear a full phone conversation and the TV on in the next room and it felt like the person was a foot away from me. I could hear everything. Maybe he was talking loud but wished I could have gotten a little more sleep.

Good customer service, good proximity to freeways but not much around the immediate area in terms of food or entertainment. The hotel itself seems a little dated, the elevator is kind of loud and shaky, but the lobby is nice and renovated. The room was pretty small for a king size room and the bed was very uncomfortable, extremely stiff. Other than that, the shower was nice with good quality complementary soaps. The balcony was nice but no view to anything other than the freeway and parking lot. All the workers were very friendly, it didn’t seem mostly booked, so it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. Might not stay again because the beds were horrible, but I did enjoy my time.

Our stay was only for an overnight stay. That being said, this hotel was great! The condition of the hotel was very nice (seemed like they did some renovations inside). Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff I spoke to are nice and friendly- he even offered me (free) water, which was a nice, personal touch (I just forgot to take his name so I could have commended him for his work). The location was great- a short drive to a lot of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms good, location and surroundings, not so much

Hotel rooms themselves quite clean and comfy as usual. The grounds were nice, lighting was so-so. Lots of people in parking lot drinking and smoking. A fight or something was happening in the back corner blocking access around building. Loud noises. At 6 a.m. the clock alarm went off, as did two more in rooms around us. Worst: Hot water took extremely long to arrive. Would NOT stay again, as breakfast was not included and area seemed sketchy.

I love how they had sanitizer wipes on the table, the small refrigerator, and the Bath Products were awesome. The Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and ensured my Stay was very comfortable. The location was close to San Francisco, Oakland, etc. Also there are 4 Malls off the 880 Interstate where the Hotel is located

Nice Hotel

This hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. I am here on business and have stayed in the hotel for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, during that 4 weeks the price has increased, the doors slam and the TV reception has been extremely poor. You need the TV since their is limited to do. I have brought these issues to the staff and they claim it is the internet. Well, that is not good enough, so for the remaining time down here I will be booking at another hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent, and the thermostat couldn't seem to hold a consistent temperature.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

During 3 night stay there were a number of noisy guests both outside and above me even into the early morning hours.

Solid getaway.

Been here a few times staff always friendly location not so great with stores nearby but usually bring food or eat before checking in. Only issue is some of the stairway doors are really heavy and loud when closed and can hear and feel them when in the room next to it.

Favorite spot.

When im in town to see my boyfriend, this is our togo spot, even when we need a small gey away. Its perfect. We love the balcony, we could just be out side and enjoy some fresh air, and just relax.

Great hotel. Give it a try.

This is a really pleasant hotel. It is quiet, the staff is helpful, the beds are very comfortable. My room was very clean and nice to be in. I wasn't at all disturbed by any guests and even though it is located near a freeway, very quiet.

If I ever go back to this area, I will definitely book with this hotel. It might be a little more expensive than other hotels, but it is definitely worth it.

Its ok overall, everything is nice and clean, but the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so there is nothing to do in the area. all nearby parks are closed due to covid.
also for same reason pool is closed and the gym and restaurant.. so its kind of boring..
