Beds were comfortable, but the Hotel kind of smelled like wet dog and was dirty. Carpets needed vacuuming, everywhere, and same w floors. Pool and Hot tub weren’t bad, they just need more maintenance and general cleaning. We were there for the Super Bowl, so rates were pretty expensive, to be expected. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not a 3-4 star experience. Property needs a big makeover

The room was outdated without modern USB or USB-C outlet. There is only one USB-A hidden behind an alarm clock. It also charges $19 + tax for parking which makes it not competitive given its overall condition and services.

Room is clean. Quiet location. Room temperature is good. Only issue was I didnt know there offer shuttle service to the airport. I must have missed it but I hope front desk would have been able to remind guest that they offer shuttle. Also, breakfast is not free??? There are other hotels in the area that has free breakfast and I thought they are one of them. That wasn’t informed prior to reservation too.

The location was perfect for my company trip. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy! The only hiccup was the parking, there is a fee to park on the property. Overall the experience was very nice and surrounded by a lovely plaza. Highly recommend.

I did a overnight stay, as soon as I showered and laid on bed, i started to feel tiny crawling feelings, after 30 minutes started itching a little bit. Thought it was just dry skin, hair fuzzing, i sleep then wake up to small red rashes, same for my partner, exposed skin areas were red and itchy.

Hotel and Rooms are very clean. Staff is really nice and professional. The only complaint and it’s a big complaint, is regarding the misleading description regarding the shuttle service and the $19 parking fee. The main reason I booked at this hotel knowing they charge $19 parking fee is because of the free shuttle service which I consider a trade off since they charge a parking fee. The description states 5 mile radius from hotel which per description includes Levi Stadium, but at check in I was advised shuttle service was only for airport which is not made clear anywhere on hotel description. Had that been made clear I might not have booked there knowing other hotels don’t charge for parking and have similar pricing and distance to the stadium. Please update shuttle description so future customers can make an informed decision when booking at this hotel.

The room is clean and ready for occupancy. They are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The staff are excellent in welcoming us and friendly. Amenities are available for every seasons and reasons. When you go there please say hello to POU from the reception desk from me. She’s the nicest person ever.

Don’t! Receptionist Pou Charged $75/night holding amount upto $300 for incidentals when the full payment was made by Expedia. They don’t even have water in the room. Room cleaning is not done every day. Maintenance of the facilities is below par.

Room was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable, loved the pillows. Bathroom was ok, running water from the sink was rather low, not sure why. Not too bad but bathroom did have an oder and there’s no fan in the bathroom. Have to keep door close. One negative thing was that the hotel advertised free parking but it was not free. I was charged $19.95 plus tax per night. May have to reconsider that for future stay. Other than that, decent location, lots of Asian food available because the Asian plaza is across the street.

Save your money and just stay at another hotel!! The staff here are so rude and unhelpful! I had to talk to front desk twice to get my Expedia reward honored, then they still charged me for the \"complimentary\" $15 beverage credit. They make you feel really unwelcome and the manager is the worst of them all. He really should consider a different line of work because your behavior was absolutely embarrassing. There is a different Sonesta down the street from here and it is wonderful, I recommend staying there instead!

Checked in late, but still welcoming. This particular location does not accept Apple Pay unfortunately, so just be prepared for that.

Parking is $19/night which seems like every hotel nowadays charges for. I would’ve expected for paid parking, it would’ve been secured rather than wide open. I do remember this when it was the Crown Plaza and it was nice, no parking fees either.

I died here. Incident on 7/15/2025

On behalf of my late partner, Anthony Huynh, who tragically passed away at your property on 7/15/2025 (easily verified through my Hotels.com booking), I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how the situation was handled. This is not a prank.

Your staff treated his grieving family members poorly and repeatedly misled them in attempts to prevent access to the third floor, where he died in room 321. We were given excuse after excuse—“we’re fully booked for the next two months,” “come back tomorrow early in the morning maybe,” “wait for a manager another day,” “try booking online and request that room”, “ I’m too busy to help you right now”—all delivered with condescending eye-rolling, dismissive tones, and dishonesty.

To make matters worse, his room was booked out within 72 business hours after his death, despite the fact that he had died in that room only hours earlier. Guests are now unknowingly staying in a room where someone had just died.

Because of this experience, I will never book another Sonesta in my life, and I will be sharing this unacceptable treatment with others.
