No hot water while it was very cold weather. When I complained to the front desk they said it is cold because the weather is very cold and it is effecting water temperature. When I showed my frustration he said he will report the maintenance team in the morning. It took them four days to fix by Friday evening.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well so I give it 2 stars…however, this place was kind of gross for the price. The bedding was stained, the were smudges all over the walls furniture etc. The showers had a lot of soap scum built up. My room had no fridge and no microwave which I didn’t realize and I’m surprised again for the price. The worst part however was the noise at night, I think it was other guest but they were playing loud music and talking so loudly they were basically yelling out in the parking lot until 2am in the morning. No one did anything about it! I also didn’t feel very safe. Was constantly checking my car outside and things. Would not recommend for single women.

Check in was smooth and easy. Guest service tried to accommodate my request but he found me a fine room. Room was clean all essentials were in the room. TV was good picture quality. Plenty of towels and contraceptives. AC worked good and I enjoyed my stay. I uncovered 4 million dollars in cash under the mattress which i took and left the country. The location of hotel is near the sierra mountains of Milpitas and Fremont. Great area to rest and Wifi included. I recommend.

The room was very dirty. Smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes, and the smoke was still lingering. Big food spill on the table where the tv was. Like someone had spilled a bowl of soup, and it was just left like that. Many pubic hairs and long black hairs in the shower, and on the shower towel. Many unknown things smeared on the walls. The location is tucked away, and the inside courtyard area is nice though. But overall, it was too excessively dirty to stay there again.

Omg dont stay there, all the rooms smell like sweat cigarettes and butt. Alot of people actually live there. The guys were nice in the front desk but there was alot of homeless people in the area. I couldnt stay i had to leave, and ive never done that before

Roms 220, and 221, were horrible. They both are non-smoking rooms, but they had an extremely strong cigarette stench. Mine has cockroaches as well. Both had not been cleaned properly, as we found too many hair strands leftover, plus stains in the toilet seats. Bed was comfortable and AC cooling/heating was pretty good. But overall, the stench of smoking/cigarette was a deal breaker for me. Not returning until these issues are rectified.

I was surprised at the quality of everything at this property. Many times we think of Motel 6 as being low cost = low quality, but this Motel 6 is different. Very new, very clean, not in a dangerous area, and price matched the value...or better said, value > price. Excellent.

Absolutely horrendous state of the room. First room was infested with roaches and then I complained to the management office and was offered a secondary room. I went into the second room also infested with roaches. Beds and sheets stained. Room smelled like smoke.Me and my husband did not feel comfortable or safe staying and left. Once again we informed the office and informed that we are canceling our booking and stay and requested a full refund but was informed that we would need to speak to a manger who was not present nor available till Monday. Left the motel at 12-1 am

After identifying dog paw prints on the sheet that covers the bed, fecal matter on the toilet and toilet lid, and pubes on shower floor and toilet, I attempted to go report to office and found an employee messing with my vehicle. After an exchange starting with politely asking to stop, the ran away. A person staying on the first floor notified me it was a maintenance employee. Front desk mocked me and were uncooperative in contacting management until after I called police. Got most of my money back eventually. Police stated that they are called there 2-3 times a night and there is never video surveillance to review because cameras have been down for months. I believe I was put in a dirty room and possibly targeted by vandalism because I complained that the front desk could not figure out how to use the credit by manual entry and refused to call the manager…..until the end when the police responded to my call. I was grateful for the low rate until I experienced the Motel 6 and the individuals that they have running the place, whom engaged in criminal activity towards me. The owner was very uninterested in improving as he NEVER stopped to hear about our experience. I would recommend sleeping in your car anywhere to avoid this horror show of a “business”. Shame on Motel 6 brand for allowing this mismanaged unsafe, dirty/unmaintained, and extremely unprofessional/discourteous group of employees to continue operations under your brand.

We saw a cockroach as soon as we walked in, and inside the wall, as we were 6 hours from home and it was just for one quick night we were just careful and didn’t want to touch anything after and slept with one eye open and left ad soon as we could.

This motel is off the beaten path, which is nice with all of the traffic that goes through Fremont. It looks like a very nice hotel when you pull up in the driveway. It has a quaint courtyard.

However, our experience during our stay was less than stellar. I was looking for ice. It was in a room that had the ice machine, vending machines, and laundry facilities. The first problem I had was when I tried to step on the curb from the pavement, I didn’t step high enough up and I fell knocking everything out of my hands and scraping my knees. As I went down I saw a maid working on the rooms and instead of helping me she went into the room as if I wasn’t there. After a few minutes, I was able to get back up. I made my way to the room with the ice machine only to find that the machine was broken and there was no ice. The guy behind the desk told me they would get somebody to fix it.

When I got back to my room I was starting to relax when I heard water dripping in the bathroom. When I check on it I found that water was seeping through the ceiling and around the light fixture. I tried to call the front office but the phone wasn’t working. The guy in the office followed me back to the room to see what was happening. They asked me if I would like another room and I said yes. We never got another room. Only several towels to clean up the water on the floor. The floor was so dirty, it turned my feet black after I took a shower.

The beds were fine but when we checked in there were no pillows on them. A call to the office was met with “Well, housekeeping is gone for the day.” A half hour later when going to the office to ask again, the guy had no clue that we’d asked for them. When we tried the shower there was no hot water, so we asked for a new room, which they did right away.

TV service is spotty, nothing in the room that resembles instructions as to Wi-Fi password, where to find things, etc. if you’re just staying for a night it’s ok, but there are reasons it’s so cheap- you get what you pay for. There are no food options within walking distance.

It was perfect for the price although the comforters had holes in them on both queen size beds. The comfort wasn’t the best but convenience wise for a hotel being under $100 and short notice was amazing. The only thing you get is a coffee in the morning no continental breakfast, but it is Motel. Six neighborhood wasn’t the best. It was a little scary at first, but once we got to the parking lot, we noticed that there were other cars like ours, Front Desk was friendly

I love that pets are free! Only reason why i chose motel6. Wish they had king size beds..maybe I'll get the 2 queens and push them together next time.
The poop bags need to be refilled but i brought my own. Noisy near the laundry and vending machine area...to be expected. The 2 ice machines did not produce ice, the toilet did not feel too secure when you sat on it and wobbled, and the faucet was definitely not secured. Nothing too too bad...make sure to bring your own clorox wipes..I always do when i travel. Towels were clean and the room was clean. Appreciated the visit and will chose motel6 again when i travel with my pups.

Thin walls and dirty bathroom; but worth the price

The bathroom floor wasn’t exactly clean, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable without shower shoes. There were no extra outlets near the tv for my computer, so I had to put it at the side of the bed. The wooden floor panels were protruding in some places and the walls between rooms were very thin.

When we arrived at Motel 6, we had specifically requested a handicap-accessible room on the first floor. We were told that in order to get that room, we’d have to pay an additional $27 per night — something we hadn’t budgeted for. Because of this, we were placed in a second-floor room, despite my health issues that make climbing stairs very difficult. We chose this location based on affordability and accessibility, but what we experienced was far from acceptable.

From that point on, our stay was a complete disappointment. The room had cigarette burn holes in the bedding, peeling paint in the bathroom, and a toilet seat that was also burned. Worse, the room was not cleaned once during our five-night stay. We had to go out of our way to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and clean bedding — which we ended up having to change ourselves.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I do not know if this is standard practice for Motel 6, but this location was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. I certainly won’t be returning.

Looking about. It would be one out of five stars across the board, but for the staff it's friendly and the bedding was clean . I got the room for really cheap on Hotels.com.

Its really nice to stay in the inner courtyard; generally much quieter than comparable situations. They have nice t.v.s but unfortunately do not have the free Samsung TV plus and the motel 6 cable set up correctly even though they already pay for it; this has been the case in multiple rooms. I dont think it would cost them much to fix the issues and they would have superior t.v.channels available. The beds are better than comparable hotels but I strongly recommend bringing a 4 inch plush mattress topper anyways. Ive had some very minor issues with the staff not following though with requests maybe a communication issue; but the main thing is their always very nice and polite. The ice machine and laundry washer work very good and the dryer was slightly disappointing. The bottom line is the price point for its value is one of the best in the greater south/east part of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Don’t Do It, you’re been warned!

I cannot discourage travels enough to NOT use this place. It is beyond dirty, there is nothing in the rooms besides a bed, a table, and two chairs. No shampoo, no refrigeration, minimal pillows and bed coverings. I wore flip flops in the shower. This place is used for extended stays and it shows.
