Never been to a b&b so I am used to hotels so I was having trouble to navigate but everything was sent to me as I checked in past 18:00 which I was also fearful of but it all went well getting there and to our rooms ourselves. There aren’t too many pictures of what the rooms actually look like but we had a triple room which was average sized and beds and pillows comfy. Overall Staff are very helpful of any sort or issues you have and will accommodate so very good customer service (they text off of WhatsApp) I was also skeptical of sending over passports via WhatsApp but they made sure to give me alternatives to prove authenticity also. Overall good stay and central location.

Very friendly staff, helpful with prompt communication on whatsapp. I said I was going to be late and they made arrangements for me. The building has a lot of character, somewhat unusual layout, but excellently maintained and charming. Room was open-plan with WC+bidet attachment, had a great shower, TV, good AC, hairdryer, windows for ventilation, plenty of power sockets (ITA/EU). a cupboard for hanging suits/dresses. Spotelessly clean. Pillows were a bit \"square\" for my taste but hardly an issue. The door to room 11 needs a firm pull/push to close/lock properly. Biscuits, juices, fruit and coffee provided as mentioned on 3rd foor. Excellent location, 10-15 min walk from the central train station, about 20 mins from the Colluseum, Victor Emmanual 2nd Memorial and Roman Forum. Further out Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and (personal favorite) Basilica di Saint'Andrea della Valle, all within a 1hr walk. Buses and Metro nearby to go to the Vatican or elsewhere. There's a good Pasta restaurant, pizzeria and a few convinience shops within 5 min walk for food and drink. Overall great location, helpful staff, does everything I'd expect and well priced, I would definitely stay again, Grazie :)

The properties greatest asset is its location, everything is within walking distance and close to the Metro and bus station too.
We checked out and left our luggage there which is a big help when you have a later flight.

I usually don't like to do bad reviews but this one was a hard to let pass. I chose that hotel because of location and the room. Location is great but the room was disappointing.
First of, it doesn't feel vintage, it feels old with broken furniture.
We stayed 4 nights, and NEVER had the room cleaned.
We put the tag on the door asking for a house cleaner and they only changed the towels and took out the trash. The reason that I chose that room was because the jacuzzi, that was big. Guess what, we couldn't really use much because after using it it get dirty. After first night, I tried to clean myself to use it again, but after second time it got too dirty.

We arrived on Friday, after checking in, we sent a message asking to refill the shampoo and body lotion bottle that was on the wall, SHE NEVER REPLIED. she just disappeared the whole time, a night before check out she texted me to ask what time we would check out. Thank God we had shampoo and conditioner, otherwise we would have to buy it.
That room is extremely humid, we had to empty out the humidifier every single night, plus it get really hot the room.
There's one A/C splinter in the other room and it's not enough to cool down the whole studio, specially if you had the jacuzzi on with hot water.
It says complimentary drinks, literally was one bottle of juice in the mini fridge.
It was really frustrating since Rome was our last destination and we were so tired and wanted to enjoy more the jacuzzi.

This is a great little property in a convenient location for all the main sites, termini station and the metro / buses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Team made it easy for us. I think for the number of stars of accommodation and price, it’s very good - clean, comfortable, nice little touches like coffee machine, pastries for the morning and flower decorations, daily beds making and shampoo sachets. It felt safe and we had no concerns at all. I was there as a single mum of two for four nights and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The entry was easy once I arrived at the property. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and informative. The building is very beautiful inside and the room had a feel of modernity and antiquity at the same time. There was a free breakfast area where you. Could help yourself to drinks and food. There were some good options but the cornettos had a dusting of sweetener. My only gripe about mynroomnisnthst there was a loft bedroom and the ceiling was only about 5 feet 5 inches high. I’m 6’ tall so I had to stoop in the bed area and yes, I did. And my head on the ceiling twice. I would recommend the Nerva overall. It’s in a good location for the station and the Monti area and very affordable.

Nerva Accomodation is perfectly situated for visiting the central historical districts in Rome. A short walk in one direction will take you to a Metro station, a bit of a longer walk, but still relatively short, will take you to Termini as well as the intersection of two metro lines, all of which are easy to use. The property itself has a rustic charm, providing clean, comfortable rooms, coffee machines on the two floors we were on, and snack items, fresh fruit and yoghurt available anytime you wanted. A slight frustration is the desk staffing, which is from 1000-1800, but is quite workable. The staff was wonderful, pleasant and always helpful. Abundant hot water and water pressure, air conditioning also worked well.Door codes provide entry into the building as well as into the various units on the floors. We felt very safe here..according to Expedia, laundry service is available, but this is not the case, as well as breakfast for 5 Euros,which was not available either, but the goodies, fruits, juices, yoghurts, and coffee available were enough to get you started, and there was cereal as well, no charges for this. We had a delightful time!

The room was nice, room 23, but the bathroom wasn’t great, you had to climb into a tub with a high wall to take a shower and the tub was slippery and water got on the floor when you showered. The breakfast was ok and convenient. You could open the windows to the courtyard and it was quiet. Nerva Accommodation Cavour was centrally located between all tourist attractions. Good walking shoes are a must in Rome.

The staff was wonderful (Alessandro, Barbara, and Gabriel) and met any and all needs and requests. I enjoyed the authenticity of the accommodations and it was nice not to be in a hotel setting.

Visit the restaurants on Urbana (Urbana 47, Taverna Urbana and Pasta Urbana). Great food and service. The barking dogs from the window above was better than any dessert.

I would highly recommend Nerva Accommodation Cavour to anyone.

Nerva Accommodation is not exactly a hotel. There is no traditional lobby, and the service staff is very attentive. The interior of our room was somewhat inconvenient. The bathtub is located near the entrance, practically next to the front door, without the privacy that proper bathroom walls would provide. Those who value the intimacy of that space for their personal needs will likely be frustrated by the large window offering a panoramic view of the toilet. It’s extremely uncomfortable. At night, the heating systems facing the central patio make an unbearable noise, even if you close the door to the small balcony. Expedia should be more accurate in its descriptions.

Excellent stay in Rome. Great location not far from train station and 10-20min walk from the main attractions that we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants nearby so excellent choice. The front of desk service was welcoming, friendly & helpful. There was a slight delay in our room being ready for 2pm arrival, but just waited with complimentary biscuits and drinks which is available throughout stay. We’d paid extra for the jacuzzi, which for info involves you standing there for 45-50min as need to hold shower head over it to fill. On one of the days we returned to find a large bag of rubbish left in our room by the cleaners, but we just took it back to reception. Not a big issue at all. We would definitely recommend and look to book this place again.

Had a great time in Rome, but a few things about the Nerva cavour hotel could have made it even better. Toilet seat was broken. Should have complained but didn't. No hooks anywhere to hang towels or anything. Tv didn't work. No shower but a sprayer in the Hot tub . Couldnt fill the hot tub as we couldnt turn sprayer off when running the tap so water everywhere. We put dirty wet towels in bath after use for clean towels,but when we returned all the dirty wet towels had been hung up again in different places without being changed.Did ask for clean ones,no problem and didnt happen again. As for room cleaning, only bed was made, no cleaning occured.No safe in room so had to hide valuables. Staff on reception very nice. Just little things that could have made a difference.

Cannot fault its location bring a short walk from main train station and attractions. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Coffee/tea in reception area so not in room but this area also stocked with biscuits and juices which were in plentiful supply. We had a fault in room which was quickly repaired. All doors are on a keypad and reception manned from 09.00 until 18.00 with no safe in rooms so either having to carry or hide valuables but room we had did not have a toilet roll/holder and supplied a hand held water spray for use. This were perhaps the only two faults in what was an otherwise pleasant stay in this apart hotel in Rome

Stuff got stolen from my room, few sneakers, purse, 3 hats and perfume. Probably $1000 worth of property. The person who stole this must of had codes for the door, leading me to believe that it was someone who works there otherwise they would have stolen more expensive stuff like my laptop and drone. The owner didn’t wanna show us the videos since it was lots of cameras in the area, cops said they will review cameras but nothing happened. Owner was more worried about to protect themselves than to find the truth

I booked my stay at Nerva for the location, price and overall positive reviews. After booking, I read reviews from many different sites. I definitely got worried I had made a mistake booking this.
I can say with confidence, this worry was for nothing. The location is excellent for walking to all the major landmarks. The train station is extremely close. A beautiful basilica just minutes away. Great dining options in walking distance, many \"mini marts\" to grab drinks and snacks.
The room was cleaned daily very well. The staff was very kind and polite. We stayed in the triple room, so one queen bed, and one queen pull out couch. The pull out was ok (to be expected from a pull out couch) and the bed was very comfortable.
There is key pad combinations to get into the building, into the hotel itself, and then lastly, into your room. I felt safe. The area surrounding the hotel also feels safe. I walked at night alone (32F)
What you need to know before you go is that this is more of a \"bed and breakfast\" than hotel. There is a \"public\" kitchenette, that is well stocked with utensils, dishes, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is a shelf in the fridge that is for guests. I left many things here and it was never taken. There is yogurt, juice, milk, light snacks always available, and fresh sandwiches are brought in every morning. My one complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot from other rooms and outside. Otherwise, I had a great stay!

Our room was large with high ceilings, very clean, firm bed, adjustable lighting features, and a big jacuzzi tub. We had trouble with the hot water, and the maintenance dudes fixed it in minutes. The common area features snacks, drinks and an espresso machine. Nerva is in a great area, between the Termini station and Coliseum. We are a same-sex couple and were treated with respect and genuine hospitality. All the stars.

Great central option

Really lovely intimate hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Complimentary coffee (the real stuff), breakfast, cakes, biscuits, doughnuts fruit and more were a great bonus after being out all day. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. No street noise even though the hotel is so central. Really engaging soulful hotel that feels homely. Close to everything, sites, transport, shops, cafes... all easy walking distances.
