Unfortunately our Spa wasn’t working but the staff did the best they could and we worked out something in the end. Staff were so lovely and friendly. My only issue was (obviously the spa not working) but also there is no AC in the room. Just bear that in mind. Other than that the hotel was great and in a beautiful location. The bed was also really comfy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of.

Hotel is in a great area downstairs is the piazza and so many wonderful restaurants.
The rooms were nice but due to perhaps age bathroom water was not draining , wifi was almost non existent and just overall service of front staff was with no urgency. We must have asked over and over as water was spilling over form the walk-in shower to help us with towels or perhaps new room. We couldn’t get any service and even though we left to go out no housekeeping came to service room leaving our wet towels all over the floor to mop up water.
Tv didn’t work and due to building structure no wifi hence tv signal was poor as well with no anwser from front desk after asking repeatedly.

It was a really amazing location just on the backside of the plaza Del Novia, and it had really amazing breakfasts that you got as part of staying there. Great little Café area that you could look over the city and then also a bar with a great view and a perfect place for pictures. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and our son slept on a pullout and he said it wasn’t that bad either. Nice bathroom very clean, helpful staff we were very pleased.

There is no lobby in this hotel, as it’s a historical palace. Front desk was the best service. They couldn’t do more to give you a nice stay. Perfect are for sightseeing.

Stayed 4 nights. Hotel was very centrally located, easy access to everything. While the hotel was nice, there were issues with the A/C in our suite. The hotel did what they could to rectify the issue, and it was better on nights 2 thru 4. They were able to send us to a sister property for the first night, which was good, but inconvenient. Under the circumstances, I believe the hotel handled the situation well.

Excellent location - Piazza Nivona!! Walking distance to Pantheon & Trevi Fountain as well as quick cab ride to the Vatican! Conveniently surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful new rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have some drinks/food at night! The breakfast is wonderful, so many choices for a free meal and nice covered patio to eat. Beautiful, luxury bathrooms but only some rooms are renovated so our room was large but dated, still nice room. Front desk staff, housekeeping, & restaurant staff at breakfast were all great. If they would finish updates to the rest of hotel rooms and courtyard - it would be an even better hotel! We were in Italy for our wedding & honeymoon which I mentioned a couple times in communications prior to our trip so we would have appreciated something special - room upgrade at a discount, prosecco upon arrival, or better seating or recognition when we booked the rooftop reservation for sunset drinks and dining. All in all great experience and would consider staying there again.

We loved our stay except we woke up after the firat night having barely slept in a very hot room. Our friends in a different room had the same issue. We told the front desk and was told they would look at it, which they never did. After another sleepless night in a very hot room with no air conditioning, we all went to talk to the front desk again. When we walked into the freezing cold office to let them know, and we were told thats just how the A/C feels. At the end of the day, we again went to the office. Luckily, a different gentleman helped us. He came up to our room, walked in, and immediately said, \"Oh no, this isnt right!\" He moved us into a very large suite with amazing air conditioning and we slept well the next 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is exquisite, has amazing food, amazing views, is in an unbelievable location close to food and shopping, and is even gluten friendly! But having to sleep 2 nights in the heat because someone was too snooty to pay attention, is not good. But let me assure you that every other employee of the hotel were very kind and friendly. We didn't let one bad apple ruin our trip and would definitely stay again. The hotel is truly a gem.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by vibrant energy and within easy walking distance of iconic attractions like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. If a 19-minute stroll feels a bit much in the summer heat, there are countless charming restaurants along the way where you can pause for a refreshing Spritz (as we happily did on more than one occasion).
Our room: Initially, I was concerned that a 161-square-foot room might feel cramped, especially as we were traveling with two suitcases, two carry-ons, and a partner who enjoys spreading out her cosmetics. Fortunately, we were assigned the largest of the classic rooms (#401), and the space proved to be surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough for two people, and everything was spotless; daily housekeeping kept the room immaculate throughout our stay.
Staff: Every team member we encountered spoke excellent English and was consistently polite, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.
Breakfast was included in our stay, and the offerings consisted of cold cuts, cheeses, breads, cakes, pastries, the typical American bacon, and eggs. Beverage-wise, coffee. tea, juices, and still or sparkling water were being served.

This is a special little hotel where each room is entirely unique, built in an old villa. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed going up to the roof in the evening for a cocktail - really magical up there. It seems to be a hip spot for hip Italian trustafarians - that was the vibe at least. The hotel is in a perfect location to see all of Rome.

Pros: location is amazing! Property is in perfect spot. We had the suite and it was amazing, even had a balcony looking over the plaza. Room was great! The front desk was very helpful, they helped us get cabs and restaurant suggestions and really helped us navigate the city. The breakfast and staff at breakfast is great!

Very disappointing considering we were told maybe one of the multiple nights would be refunded but after leaving they changed and said no.

The service at this little hotel is amazing - and it’s appreciated when traveling from distance. It’s all charm at this hotel with spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms! The treat of hearing opera music in the courtyard float into your room was about as Italian as it gets! Location does not get better. Right around the corner from piazza Navona - this is the perfect hotel for anyone wanting a little bit of luxe with a lot of convenience.

The room was wonderful with the best split unit a/c you could have for the heat in Rome. The staff, Cristiano Pierre Luiggi, and Manuel are super helpful, friendly and they take care of everything for you. Wish it would have a regular coffee shop for snacks and light meals. The area has a lot of restaurants to choose from and great Gelato stores. Highly recommend the hotel!

Advertised as sound proof rooms not so much. You can hear everything because the rooftop bar is above to room on the 5th floor. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff and great location. Also we had to pay for transportation when a shuttle to the airport was advertised on the website. Usually that means the hotel takes care of that so we were a little surprised when the driver asked for payment.

The staff was EXCELLENT! They were able to arrange (for a fee) for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and then again from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The front desk gentleman are very friendly and made us feel quite welcome. Their English was quite good also. They gave us local restaurant recommendations based on places they like and visit as opposed to just what's popular. They also welcomed our recommendation of a local place they had not been before. The location is ideal right at the Piazza Navona. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. And the Piazza is always buzzing with people.

The staff here was outstanding. They were gracious, generous, and accommodating. The location was everything we'd hoped for; perfect walking distance to everything we'd planned. Right on Piazza Navona we had access to live music, relaxing aperitivos, incredible views, wonderful meals. The rooftop dining and bar was an excellent way to both start and end our days. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next visit to Rome.

This Hotel was absolutely beautiful and well located. We stayed in a beautiful sweet overlooking the Piazza, enjoyed amazing drinks and views on the roof top bar. I highly recommend this gorgeous property in the most ideal location to tour Rome just steps from the Piazza Navona, close to numerous famous landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing prior to check in answering within minutes any questions or doubts, this impeccable service and attention continued during our stay and at check out. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and got a suite which had a separate room with a pull out sofa which was spacious with comfortable, luxurious bedding. It was made up prior to our check in which was so nice. We loved our room as it was so spacious, very clean, sleek and modern. A delicious and complete breakfast was served every morning which was a welcome extra bonus saving us time before touring. I highly recommend this unique, historic property as it was perfect in every way. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 7 days and we chose the Deluxe Suite King Bed with Sofa bed. We arrived a few hours early before check in so reception was able to hold our bags until we checked it. We were so surprised that everything is so close! We stumbled upon Piazza Navona, Sant'Agnese in Agone, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain all within a few hours of arriving! We were simply looking for a good place to eat and ended up checking off some places on our must see list.
This is a fantastic location to stay in! Hospitality is excellent at this location. Once we checked in we were blown away with our room. It was so spacious and it had a beautiful layout. The architecture was so amazing. As previously mentioned, everything is a close walking distance. After trying out many highly rated eateries, we found our favorite restaurant less than 5 minutes away! If you stay at Etich definitely make sure to check out Ristorante Pizzeria Navona Notte. The staff and locals are very friendly and accommodating.

First of all, if you are a family, DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel hosted a rave wedding the night we stayed there. Literal partying, throbbing bass, people screaming until 2;30 am. What 5 star hotel would do this anywhere in the world? This is NOT a Hotel for FAMILIES or people over 22.
Also, they did not bother to get to know us. I returned from dinner and was questioned at the door for entrance, which is very unseemly. I said, “Buona Sera” to the doorman and he responded with, “Are you staying at this hotel?” I said, “Yes,” but that should have been obvious. I am a middle-aged American Banker. This was unacceptable.
Also, the rooms are gorgeous and gigantic, but also very institutional. You feel as if you are sleeping in a grand room at your university. The walls are un-decorated and the furniture is sparse. It is a bunch of big, empty, cold, spaces.
The views are amazing, the location is amazing, the bathroom was very nice, the courtyard was gorgeous and peaceful, until the rave started. So if you have a family or value sleeping, do not stay here.

This was my second trip to this hotel and I would not stay anywhere else. This is an exceptional hotel right of the Piazza Navona, a short walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and Castle San Angelo. The rooms are splendid and grand. The staff very accommodating and again you can’t beat the location. Love this place.
