Raffaele was in touch with me shortly after booking our room, and he met us in the lobby to assist with our luggage. We had snacks, stocked mini-fridge, and breakfast + coffee each morning. I would definitely return!

I loved my stay at My Monti. Rafael was a wonderful host and very accommodating. He was very responsive with any request and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The train station was a 6 minute walk. There were wonderful options for dining and coffee bars all within a 2 to 3 minute walk, we booked our room here at the start of our Italy vacation and then again at the end of our Italy vacation. I will definitely book with them again.

The place was fine, but they need to update their information on Travelocity and such. They advertised fresh pastries for breakfast and there were past reviews of such, but they only had pre-packaged dry and terrible snack cakes. The check in time was also listed wrong. Check in is 2:30pm, not the 11am-noon listed on the ad. I tried telling staff about the issues, but not their fault someone has the wrong info being advertised. Was particularly disappointed they went cheap on the breakfast because was looking forward to fresh pastries to start the day. Staff was nice and place was convenient and quiet.

Room was small for our family of four but definitely not an issue since we were hardly in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay. Paid parking available at a short walking distance. Location is excellent! Walkable to most and when you are exhausted short walk to subway station. Great gelato place right around the corner! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The hotel staff is amazing! So kind and friendly. We were terribly disorganized guests. Our 2-night stay was and the closing end of an exhausting 12-day trip. A terrible experience with taxi/car service in Rome made us weary of using a taxi service to the airport. We decided take the train and Raffaele was kind enough to help us (2 adults, 2 kids under 5, 4 suitcases, and 3 backpacks) to the train station early in the morning and helped us to navigate our ticket purchase. He was also very kind and understanding about another mishap. Long story short - you will not find kinder hosts! These are wonderful people!!!

The rooms was very clean, high ceilings but the beds were not comfortable. Marc and Raffael were always responsive and very helpful. They made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is great - close to the Roma Trains and buses. Walking distance to Colossea and other landmarks if you don't mind walking in the hot weather. The Monti Place also has a lovely common space with snacks for breakfast, tea and all sorts of coffees for free all day. This really helped.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. There were bottles of water and bakery items free for use anytime. The windows and unit were more sound proofed than other units we stayed in throughout Italy. This helped us sleep well without street noise.

Best stay we ever had. This was our first time traveling to Europe, and I did not know that they have different power outlets. Marco let us borrow his power adapter. The hotel is very nostalgic. I felt like I was back in the 70's. It's highly recommended. (the elevator is cool)

Property was the perfect fit for our one-night layover in Rome. Property owners left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. All accommodations and amenities were well organized. Decor in room is sparse, but clean and functional.

I have booked this property via Expedia and fully paid in advance, they didn’t honor the booking at the last minute and provided an alternative property. I had no choice to accept. But I didn’t get a reply to my acceptance. My Expedia account still was showing old property and hence I responded back to not reserve it. An I have booked another property. We had to lose our train tickets fare due to them as we were arriving late in Rome with family and instead we decided to stay in Venice. They messed up my trip itinerary and Now they are also not giving refunds. Pathetic.

If I could give twenty stars I would! Rafael was so incredible. I stay in many different hotels for work and have never had such a pleasant check in experience. He took the time to show us hot spots, explain the room, coffee machine, etc. The whole team at this property were wonderful, we felt truly at home. We wish our stay was longer, everything was amazing. Thank you SO much Rafael!

Great room with daily breakfast, water and snacks
Stayed for 3 nights. It was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. The host, Raphael was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us many recommendations on places to eat, things to see and avoid. It’s very easy to get an Uber or take a bus to other attractions. The room included water bottles, juice and yogurt in a mini fridge in the room which was restocked every day. Each morning we received a breakfast box with pastries and fruit. Plus there were snacks, bottled water, juice and an espresso /capuccino/hot chocolate machine available 24/7 in the lounge area. Very convenient and saved us from having to buy breakfast out each day!

Liked to convenience to some eating options as well as small grocery store across the street. The walk to train station was not bad at all. Staff were amazing, so unbelievably helpful. Gave us a tailored tour guide of great restaurants which, of the ones we tried, were exceptional! Also helped us by booking our early morning taxi to the airport, felt that they couldn’t do enough to help which was really nice.

First couple of nights were quiet, but when some other rooms became occupied we could hear people talking on the phone all night, the walls must be VERY thin as we could hear every word. It was quite frustrating trying to get some sleep for an early start (we were there for the Ryder cup).
The place has a VERY old lift, and people on lower floors kept leaving the doors open which meant when leaving in the morning the lift couldn’t be called.

In a Lovely traditional Italian building, staff are fantastic and very helpful, very clean and has all of your needs catered for your stay. In a really good spot near the train station, with lots of bars and restaurants all around. The bus tour stops in walking distance, which is great if that is something you would like to do.

We had one night in Rome before flying out the next morning. We were relieved to find a historic hidden bed and breakfast type feeling that was safe, clean, and quiet. I would say a highlight was the host Rapheal, he was so helpful in his check in, recommendations, and safety advice. Wonderful accommodation for a mini break to Rome
Really great place to stay and we found it to be an excellent location from which to be able to explore the city. The facilities were very good. Breakfast boxes with lovely pastries and free access to coffee, juice, water and snacks was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The old fashioned elevator to get up to the floor was a quirky experience. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower but I imagine this is difficult to resolve due to the apartments being on a high floor in a traditional building.

Great service. Great location. Great communication. This is a very clean, well run small Inn, located less than 5 minute walk from Termini Station. They were very accomodating when I arrived early. The room was large and super clean. The bed was a little hard for me, but similar to most hotels in Europe. I loved it and would definitely stay there again.

This small but beautifully formed hotel is a short walk from the Termini train station where you can either get the train or bus to Ciampino airport. The location is excellent being right in the heart of Rome city centre, near restaurants, attractions and shops. We walked everywhere but did take the hop on hop off bus to get an overview. The hotel does not have a 24hr reception so they email you to get your arrival time so they can organise to greet you. Free bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch and free wifi was strong and reliable. Continental breakfast served from 08:00am, rooms a mix of modern and traditional keeping with the building style. Wall frescoes were stunning and very unusual. You are allowed to store your luggage on day of departure which meant that even though you were out of your room you did not need to carry your luggage everywhere on the last day. Will definitely be back to Rome and would not go anywhere else but 66 Imperial Inn for the accomodation.

Rome is a Great place for a short stay fantastic buildings old and new lots of restaurants , be careful if there is no prices displayed on the Menu as it can prove expensive. most sights are easy to walk to, or use the metro which is inexpensive. We enjoyed our stay at 66 Imperial Inn, th location was very good near republica and termini station which gave us the possibility to travel easily by walk and by metro. The staff was very sweet and gave us a lot of tips and good restaurant adresses with delicious italian cuisine! We appreciate the nice breakfast before to leave for our visits. Only critic i could say, the beds were very strong.. Otherwise i recommend this hotel !

We had a wonderful experience at this adorable inn which is tucked away on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Rome. Great location near the train station and Santa Maria Maggiore. Easily accessible on foot to all parts of the city if you don't mind walking, which we found to be the best way to explore Rome. Edgar was a fantastic host who took a lot of time explaining different sites around the city, especially some lesser known, less touristy spots, which we loved. Great little B&B. Only a handful of rooms on 1 floor of a multi-story building. Don't be scared off. Very helpful staff, very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room. Most sights within 20 minutes walk, Vatican was the furthest, around 45 minutes, but Rome is a very walkable city. Good location, safe, with lots around. Like the title says, we would stay here again.

Perfect for a short stay in Rome
This hotel was ideal for our short stay in Rome. The easy access to Termini and the Metro was handy, and with a great range of restaurants nearby there was no need to walk back in to central Rome if we didn't want to for our evening meal. It is a good 15 min walk in to Central Rome which didn't bother us, but may be too much for some. Stefania was a fabulous, helpful and friendly host. She made us feel very welcome. The room we had was a good size, exceptionally clean, light and airy. Really very lovely.

Hidden gem in a great location!
Imperial 66 is very conveniently located near the Rome train station, and also walking distance (if you're an ambitious walker) to many of the historical attractions in the city. Also close to main metro stops. While the Inn is a bit difficult to find as it basically encompasses a floor of an older, mid-rise building, it is definitely worth the search. The rooms were impeccably kept and very modern. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Just stayed here for a long week-end with the girlfriend in Rome. Nice little hotel/B&B. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was nice and functional too. The area is good with some decent restaurants. It's also only about 10-15 minute walk to the tourist centre. Staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is small so there's no-one at reception in the evenings (but you do get a key so no problem getting in). Overall good value for money.

The Imperial Inn is easy to find as it is located near Termini Station. Although it is on the fourth floor there is a quaint lift that takes you there so this wasn't a problem. We had a family room (one double bed and a single). Everything was spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. It was very quiet so we got a good night sleep on the four nights of our stay. Breakfast was adequate. I asked for decaffeinated coffee for breakfast on the evening of our arrival and it was there the next morning.

This hotel is in a nice clean building next to Termini (train station). You can easily walk to anywhere in the city....PIazza Replublica, Piazza , Colosseo, Monumento Vittorio Emmanuelle II are within 20min walks away. Trastevere would the only location would be too long. Being close to Termini, for 1 euro you can take the train directly to Vatican city.

Last minute, I had decided to stay longer and there were able to find me a room, during high season of July. La ubicación está excelente, la atención muy buena son muy empaticos y nos permitieron dejar las maletas después del check out, eso se agradece bastante. El inmueble es iconico, nunca pensé subirme en un ascensor del siglo pasado, muy buena experiencia.
