Breakfast was nice. Wide variety. They had eggs and bacon. Rooms were clean and updated with a large shower. Staff was very accommodating and willing to help in terms of scheduling rides.

The room was clean and spacious, i enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel is located in a prime location of Rome where everything is reachable by foot or taxi.

My only complaints are there needs to be plug sockets near the beds and drawers for storage.

I had a wonderful stay at Dharma Style Hotel & Spa. The staff were always happy, welcoming, and very helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality. Housekeeping was outstanding — the room felt fresh and new every day. Cleanliness was maintained to a very high standard throughout the hotel.

The location is also very convenient, being close to Roma Termini and nearby ATAC bus stations, making it easy to get around the city.

Overall, a very comfortable, spotless, and well-managed hotel. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

First, the welcome and warm reception by staff, at the Dharma, was refreshing after an overnight flight. Giuseppe, the front desk manager provided a courteous smile and explanation of amenities, offering an apology because scheduled checkin time was several hours away. However, he invited us to take advantage of the breakfast service and stored our luggage, which was promptly delivered after room assignment. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, quality bed linens, pillows, and towels. The housekeeping staff and baggage porters were courteous and appreciative of our limited Italian! The iridescent bathroom shower is complete with steam -so relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood, filled with restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores selling fresh fruit, wine, water, snacks, etc., and wherever a green cross is displayed there is a pharmacy. The Dharma collaborates with a nearby restaurant to provide afternoon cocktails and discount on lunch and dinner. Great choice for a comfortable stress-free hotel option. Highly recommend! Many thanks to Giuseppe and his team!

Great hotel and location. Free WiFi and an amazing buffet breakfast was included. Bathroom needed some tlc but bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t noisy at night. Walking distance to all the major sights and the gelato! Staff were fantastic and so helpful

Accommodations were good. VERY Noisy, we were oickpocketed right next to the hotel. I thought we could get more help from the Hotel rather than directions to the police station. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door would not shut tight, and water leaked onto the floor. The restaurant was not in the hotel but nearby.

Despite one of the nicest and most efficient staffs of anywhere we stayed in Italy, a clean room and a great location, we didn't have a great stay because this property is so difficult to manage. There is an elevator, but only after you've hauled yourself up a bunch of stairs. The shower was so tiny as to be nearly unusable and the bathroom was actively dangerous, with steps up and down out of bathing and toileting areas. In America this would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I personally witnessed some poor elderly folks struggling and needing a lot of help. Except for the designs of the bathrooms, this isn't the hotel's fault. It would be a great place to stay if you're young and easily adaptable. Otherwise you risk breaking a hip.

The highest quality of service from hospitality staff that I have seen for some time, so friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was self service, excellent quality in lovely small dining area. I would highly recommended the private spa for some down time, perfect for our anniversary stay. Very well situated with plenty of restaurants and cafe's near by.

Unfortunately this hotel isn’t 4 star. The staff however was amazing and once accommodating. When I arrived I was shown to a room which was an upgrade. But it was incredibly basic. Additionally the geography of this hotel is odd. The main reception is on the side of the building. Then the stairs take you to a space that is incredible empty to your room. The building has many other hotel spaces.
For a single traveller it felt very isolating.
I spoke to the hotel reception and Guiseppie and his team were very very kind. They took me to their sister hotel around the corner. Which was better. The breakfast was ok, again an amazing team of people. In short not a a 4* experience. But the staff were amazing. They work incredibly hard to make sure that their guest are comfortable given what they work with. Cleaning staff were amazing as well.
Also a bit noisy but I can sleep through anything.

The reception staff (Giuseppe, Ricardo, Giuseppe, and Marian, and even the breakfast team) were OUTSTANDING as my wife had become overcome with an injury that severely limited her mobility. They were concerned and attentive and did everything possible to assist us in ALL our needs. We had stayed there last year and found them also quite wonderful (which is why we returned) so their concern and attention was not an aberration due to the unfortunate circumstances we just faced. They (and the hotel itself) is A1 superb. Thank you all .. and hope to see you again.

We arrived early and the hotel were kind enough to check us in early. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful, especially Giuseppe who was always on hand to advise us on travel options and the best way to see the main attractions.

Hotel was in a great location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Also close to a metro station and main Termini station and within walking distance of most of the main attractions.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and good air con. The bathroom also had a nice powerful shower.

The property is in a great location—just a short walk to several restaurants and close to the train station and HOHO stops, which made getting around easy and convenient. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean, but we were a bit disappointed to find that the bed advertised as a king was actually two twin beds pushed together. This made it less comfortable than expected, especially in the middle.

Another thing to note is the elevator: it's very small and can only fit about two people with luggage at a time, which can be inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, friendly staff, but a few details didn't quite meet expectations.

I have stayed at Dharma Style before, and I will again. It is walkable to Termini, but slightly off the major streets so it's quieter. It is pretty and clean, the staff is wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed in room 334, a superior double. The room size was ideal for my daughter and myself. There was a strange smell when we arrived, but made sure we kept the window open. There was a general use toilet next to our room, which was a bit noisy as I think the cleaners used it mainly.
The hotel was in an ideal location, a short walk from Termini station, and walkable to all major land marks. Plenty of nice restaurants and rooftop bars close by.
All staff we encountered at the hotel were friendly and attentive.
Our room was cleaned daily, freshly made bed and towels were done whilst we had breakfast.
The breakfast was plentiful, always something to enjoy before setting off for the day.
We visited the hotels restaurant Cotto, which was equally as pleasant and a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Thank you for our first trip to Rome. It was everything we hoped it would be.

Stay at this hotel. Full stop. No need to look further if you want an intimate and boutique hotel in a stellar location and who has the best staff I have ever encountered in all of my travels.
My room was ready early after a long travel day and I was impressed from minute one. I was greeted warmly by Roberto and shown to a stunning room that was perfect for my trip in Rome. The location is incredible for catching buses, trains, etc and for the sights just steps away but also quiet enough that you don’t feel the Roman congestion.
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. And I had asked about accommodating an allergy and the staff went above and beyond for me. I was so beyond grateful.
They also have a restaurant affiliation down the street in Cotto which you will be greeted warmly by Tomaso and enjoy some delicious food and wine.
If you sense a common theme… it really was the staff who made this trip so memorable and makes me eager to return again to Dharma Style.

Worth the price compared to similar hotels

Staff was amazing!! Front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Decently located near most of the monuments (15-20 minute walk to coliseum or Trevi Fountain). Rooms are clean and nice but aren't big but worked fine for two people spending most of our time out seeing the sites. Breakfast was a European style buffer but it was good.

Only downside is the Dharma shares a building with other hotels so that was a little confusing and the elevator was extremely small making it nearly impossible to move luggage all together. Check in and check out were the only times it was necessary though. Overall, worth the price in my opinion.

Great service by Roberto however the hotel itself is really overpriced and ugly the building has three hotels in it and the reception on the street. Definitely won’t do it again. Roberto you are a great guy and I hope you find a nicer place to work

THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

It is basically a series of apartments in a building with three other \"hotels.\" There should not be four stars: at most two are warranted.

The room was unheated and so cold we could not sleep. We did not feel safe in the property.

There is no lobby and no amenities that would qualify for a proper hotel. I believe that the reviews are faked. The pictures do not resemble the rooms we saw.

For the prices charged I would recommend you book a proper hotel.

Nice and clean but overpriced and overrated, its not 4 stars or upscale in any way, the place should be classed as a B&B rather than a hotel, there's no restaurant, no bar, no lounge area, the spa is nothing special but they charge 80€ for 50min!! (no treatment included)
The reception is in a \"shop\" facing the street beside the entrance of the actual hotel, the hotel is in a old remodeled apartment building, theres two other hotels on other floors but didn't see any reception for those, when first arriving I searched for the reception inside the hotel and walked straight into a connected building that have permanent residents, when finding the reception i was asked to write down my credit card info on a paper and they wanted the city tax paid in cash, upscale??
I travel at work and have +150 hotel nights in a year, this sits at my very top of disappointments, it felt more like Airbnb or a B&B. The high guest rating must be credited an unusually friendly and helpful staff, but that should not be a reason to ignore standard and pricing when giving a rating.

Books a room with two separate beds. Got there and there were two twin beds pushed together into a king size. No way to actually separate them. Had to book a second room at another hotel in the same building. Spent an extra $350. Had I known they really didn’t have a room with two separate beds I would have gone elsewhere.
