Beds were stiff and were barely cleaned, we could feel the dirt still on the sheets. The pillows on the double beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable, also the phone to contact the front desk wasn’t functioning. The food, surprisingly, was exactly the same every day, and worst of all, it was all mostly sugar, and what wasn’t was clearly stale, old food reused for probably weeks on end. There wasn’t much variety and wasn’t very friendly to people like diabetics. There was also a trash bag with evidently rotting shrimp for two days in a row in front of our room, the stench was horrid and there was no effort to clean it

This place qas amazing, clean and the staff were really great and helpful. I recommend it and also because its in a great location for people visiting and wanting to ecplore Rome. Its super close to the train station too.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful at every turn. The room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived a few hours early. My only want would have been for a new mattress for one of the twin beds (mine unfortunately). Proximity was wonderful to all of the main attractions with plenty of local restaurants along the way. I would stay again.

The hotel was basic but served our needs at this price level. Walking distance to all amenities and sights and within a close proximity to the train station. Fresh linen and towels everyday was nice. Didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many cafes nearby that served our needs.

Well located hotel

We booked the hotel at the last minute. We were really happy with the location and setting. Located in a pretty part of Rome a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel was a little tired, but the staff were friendly and attentive.

Omg where do I start, never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. We arrived and the room was supposed to be clean and ready. We walked in and wouldn't sleep on the sheets as the room was so dirty. We complained to the desk that someone left an old suitcase in the room but they didn't care. The dust was so thick. The place was so gross never again would I ever think or send anyone there. Please take them off your list my friends took pictures of the grossness. To pay over 1000 dollars for 3 nights was the biggest waste. I just can't believe the filth.

We liked the fact that it’s located where there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room was nice except for the foul smell coming from the toilet (kind a like sewer) that we have to open the window at all times.

Liked-location i.e. close to Termini and most local attractions.
Disliked-hotel itself. Breakfast-Only cold breakfast offered but figured out much later only at breakfast. No refund given on card. Choices inadequate at breakfast. Room-fly in room; bit children; no solution offered despite informing hotel. Asked for extra pillows for all; only 1 given. Bathroom door lock broken; shower in wrong direction; no place to stand; no running hot water; had to hold switch continuously; extremely painful. Commode cover broken. Air conditioner control only with reception. Should not be listed on Expedia.

There was no minibar in the room. Air-conditioning device had no remote control inside the room. Breakfast with limited options and low quality food. Hotel main entrance has no handicap ramp for the luggages and wheelchair. etc.

The hotel was hard to find due to its location behind some construction and found the rates were expensive compared to what I got from other European cities like Prague so this may be a Rome thing. It was a 10min walk from the termini train station which made it easy to get around once you get used to the hotel’s location. The main downside I had was the lack of space to put your stuff and the lack of chargers near the bed. Location would be the main reason you’d choose this hotel since we pretty much walked everywhere from this hotel (eg 20min walk to Colloseum)

The home was fine. Room was clean. I liked that the towels were extra large, unlike the bathroom, which was very small. The bed was hard, but not bad. The breakfast was good. The pastries were fresh and delicious. The location was close to a main train station, which is very helpful.

Stay away!

AWFUL!(Wont let me add photos)Our experience at this hotel was extremely terrible. My husband and I have been traveling for three months, and this was by far the worst experience (and we have a high tolerance). We decided to spend a bit more on this hotel due to its \"three-star\" rating. There was only one person at the front desk to assist all guests in all matters. When we reached our room, it was 78 degrees, current heat wave in Rome. We attempted to lower the temperature, but the air conditioning was not functioning. We reported this to the front desk, and the attendant promised to check on it. However, no one came. An hour later, the room temperature had risen to 80 degrees. A new person at the front desk informed us that nothing could be done—there were no other rooms available, and no maintenance staff on site. I requested a fan so we could at least open the window for some air, but the attendant explained that management had repeatedly denied such requests. This indicated to me that the air conditioning issue was a known and unresolved problem. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work, and there was a leak from the bathroom vent that caused water to rain down all over the bathroom, the entire time. Our complaints about these issues were dismissed by the hotel staff.

Hotels.com, on the other hand, responded promptly and tried to assist us. Unfortunately, it was too late that night to resolve the situation, but they are currently assisting us in battling the hotel

Not very fancy, but for what time you plan on spending in the room, it’s great. $5 breakfast downstairs which includes bread and coffee and some sort of sandwiches which aren’t great, but it’ll do specially for $5. A/C in the room gets a 6/10 as it’s not very cool, but it’ll do. Wished it was colder when it was really hot though. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is great with a ton of water pressure. Area is excellent and you can walk to Roma Termini in 5 minutes.

Friendly service, clean room, close to activities and train station. Allowed early luggage drop off, safe & kept personal pc locked in office. Only complaint . Mattress very hard and limited sink counter space. Would stay again.

Quaint Italian Hotel!

This is a quaint Italian Hotel. The staff was exceptional. It was within walking distance to trains, buses and metro .. when I come back I will be staying here.

Lo mejor del hotel si ubicación. El desayuno muy bien preparado, excelente atención por parte de la encargada del servicio.
El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron e informaron en todas nuestras consultas.
Lo peor es que la habitación carecía de comodidades, solicitamos triple pero el mobiliario era únicamente para dos personas, solo había una silla, poco espacio para colocar las maletas, tampoco había minibar.
En el baño no había ni repisas o estantes para colocar los objetos de aseo, tampoco perchas en las paredes.
La estancia fue agradable pero con muy pocas comodidades.

Todos os funcionários são muitos solícitos e atenciosos, café da manhã simples, mas, o que tinha disponível era gostoso.Algumas coisas deixou a desejar como:
Não ter frigobar no quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionava e a cama desconfortável, pois na verdade não se tratava de uma cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro que juntaram deixando um vão no meio da cama que ficou muito desconfortável para dormir.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux monuments, bons restaurants pas chers autour aussi et à 5 minutes de la gare. On a choisi parce qu’il y avait écrit navette mais ils ne font pas navette, dans l’aéroport comme la gare ou la ville de Rome, les taxis circulent partout avec un prix fixe pour l’aéroport ou de l’aéroport à la ville…
