The hotel room and pool were wonderful. Unfortunately, their onsite restaurant/bar were out of almost everything. For the price we paid, it was disappointing to have only Michelob Ultra as the option and no food. We were planning on staying in and enjoying the onsite amenities, but had to go offsite for food AND adult beverages.

Despite the property being fairly new it seems to be mismanaged and basic maintenance and cleaning doesn’t seem to be taken care of. We had a fire alarm clear the entire hotel at 1:30am due to a leaking water pipe. The was no compensation given for the inconvenience whatsoever. Will never stay at this property again.

We couldn't tell you how good the hotel was, I was very excited when I booked the hotel 6 months ago, on arrival after traveling for near 24 hours from the UK, to arrive at the desk to check in to be told they have over booked and didn't have a room for us.

There was pubic hair in shower I had to clean it b4 using. The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing

It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on.

Beautiful area and facility, hotel staff and restaurant need big improvements. Staff attitude and competency is far below acceptable standard. Corporate oversight take note: If your business plan is to offend and alienate clients from return visits wilst losing business to neighboring restaurants with far superior menus and competent staff keep doing what your doing. Otherwise, the entire front of house team needs an overhaul, and would benefit from additional training to meet minimum standards in the competitive hospitality industry, especially when so many other options in the area. We will not be returning...

I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the \"new\" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.

I chose it because of the Salmon Benedict for breakfast: they were out of salmon… (never heard such a thing!).
No real choice of breads for breakfast.
The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale…
I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress.
THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!

All food service staff seems to be in a transition where no-one really knew what was going on, not well trained or managed restaurant/bar staff. Most seemed very new to service. Prices were outrageous $32 burger. On the other hand, others when encountered included the front desk, security, outside, housekeeping, valet were all fantastic, and very customer friendly. I would stay there again, but would visit the other restaurants in the area much better value.

The picture on Expedia is misleading. You cannot see the canal from the property. The front desk personnel said that there was a time when you could see the canal but a building was constructed and blocked the view. Also it was my anniversary trip and I mentioned it to the property on this app and no one even wished us a happy anniversary or asked how was our stay. The room was tiny, the vents were dirty and a king size bed was awkwardly placed in the middle of a small space making it impossible to freely navigate the room.

This could have a been a really nice stay, it’s in a great area and walkable to several restaurants. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Basic check in and ordering a drink from the bar was met with an attitude of annoyance. Not a single person could be considered friendly or helpful. I had to call after several texts to request a receipt, and was again talked to like an annoyance. My shower was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned between guests. Pretty disappointed in my overall experience, I had higher expectations from this hotel.

The room was very clean and had sufficient outlets for all types of electronics . The food was very good in the restaurant but should have had more fish selections. The food proportions were excellent. The food was a bit expensive but was good. The restaurant area in December was a bit drafty and required eaters and even the staff to wear sweaters and coats. Check in was easy. The TV had sufficient channels to watch college and pro football games. The heat in the room was easily adjustable. The covers on the bed and the mattress were very comfortable. Had no problems with the wi-fi signal in room 504. Recommend a more expanded selection of hot teas especially in the winter months. The parking garage was a convenient walking distance. It is recommended that free breakfast be included with the nights stay.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lobby is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to departure.

However, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The sofa had visible stains, and the towels and washcloths were noticeably rough... not what I’d expect from a property of this caliber. Because our stay was short, I didn’t raise an issue, but if we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change.

The hotel has great potential with its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, but a little more attention to housekeeping details would elevate the guest experience.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the condition of the rooms I was assigned. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate us during our stay, I was disappointed by a series of issues that required us to change rooms multiple times.
The first room had a strong smell of mold, which made it uninhabitable.
The second room had a visibly dirty pillowcase thrown on the bed, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
We ended up staying in the third room, but even there we noticed stickers stuck to the window ledge, which gave the impression the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or checked.
These issues impacted the quality of our stay and were not what we expected from a property of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving room inspections and overall cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening to future guests.
