Everything was good
Raena
My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting.
The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. Also, there was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient.
I will say that every staff member I interacted with, including the front desk staff and the housekeeper I encountered while leaving, was very kind and pleasant. Customer service was not the issue at all.
I did take photos because the condition of the bathroom was surprising compared to what I expected from this brand.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tru. We were a little disappointed because there was no microwave in our room, so we had to use the downstairs microwave. Also, one staff member who went above and beyond was Summer; we appreciate her kindness when I needed a charger. She was very courteous and helpful.

Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly, everytime we entered and exited we were greeted with a smile. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and service was great. Food wasn't great that's the only negative, but that wouldn't stop me from returning, overall great stay.

I was in town due to a death in the family. From start to finish the staff was amazing! I e never had hospitality like this! I was blown away and so grateful! From the good bag at check in to the handwritten sympathy card left at my door, this was hands down the most impressive hotel service I have had ever and I travel a lot!

I had a 3-day conference and decided to stay at TRU. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were nice and fluffy, and the sausage was nice and tender. My conference ended a day early and it was no problem with not paying for the last day.
Elizabeth
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My grandson loved the pool table and other games provided. The room was immaculate and up to date.

Great modern hotel.
Hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately there were no microwave or coffee maker in the room -however there was coffee in the lobby all day. There is a lovely back patio and some lobby games. I would definitely recommend this hotel for others.

Last minute decision
Everything was perfect. We were very tired from moving our daughter to college, and Selena’s kind greeting with complimentary snacks was what we needed. Delicious hot coffee hit the spot after a day of moving in the rain. Our room was pristine and very comfortable. Exactly what we needed. Thanks!
Katherine
This was the first time we stayed at a Tru By Hilton Hotel. The moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk receptionist I knew this was going to be a great experience. Just everything about the hotel was perfect and I look forward to having the opportunity again to stay at another Tru By Hilton Hotel.
Barbara
The only thing I would have liked was to have coffee available in the room and a microwave. Other than that it was good.
Daniel A
The night hostess is fantastic.

I can't say enough about this hotel! We came under difficult circumstances at 1 a.m. They treated us like family, so warm and accommodating. When they learned we were in town for our niece's wedding the whole staff signed a card for the newlyweds! Just an exceptional culture.
Michelle

My SO and i have stayed at this hotel atleast 5 times within the last 3 months. The reason we keep coming back is because of the staff. From the room service technicians to the front desk receptionists on to the manager on duty, they all are professional, friendly and energetic. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love it here!

This hotel has the tiniest rooms we’ve come across. We immediately moved to a handicapped room for the space, but that’s not a good remedy. There is no storage space and a tiny place to hang clothes. Just over all BAD. They do not have coffee pots in the rooms. Miserable for us! The only redeeming quality about this place was the staff was very friendly. Nice people but the place was not for us.
Rodney
Loved being able to enjoy the playoffs down in the lobby.
The rooms were kinda small and unappealing being disabled i guess i was looking for more maneuverability in the room i was pretty much limited to being near the door
