Great place to stay.

The Hotel looks bit outdated, the faucet in the shower was leaking, the breakfast was a little poor since the pancake machine was broken and the rest of the food options seemed a bit scarce, other than that the place is nice and quiet for a good night sleep.
Sonja
This was a great weeklong stay at this property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of hot water from the sink in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Terry
The breakfast was great. That lady went above and beyond to keep it stocked and fresh and she was friendly and helpful. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Didn't like the large crowd of rowdy kids with parents smoking weed right inside the indore pool area. Maybe someone need to monitor the area when there's a crowd? Didn't like the hot tub jets out of order. I would stay here again overall.
Stephen
Great experience overall. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a good selection.

Convenient location
Water cooler on gym was broken/empty
Pool and hot tub water was dirty- so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom.

Perfect location right off of I-20 and safe place for a woman traveling alone visiting the area for a class.

When we first started staying here a couple of years ago I was not pleased with the attitude shown here and I wrote a review to it, well low and behold management must have read it and things turned around 180°! Personal now treat you as if they are truly concerned with you and your well being and comfort. Example: Our last stay was last month, I took a 3 mile walk that day and when I returned the desk clerk asked if I was alright - apparently I must of looked exhausted. I then sat in the dining area to wind down and another personal came by and asked if I was doing okay. Before, in my first review personal would have just blew me off, but not now. It is top level customer service like this that keeps me coming back... you are more than just a customer there. THAT MEANS A LOT TO US when we travel!!!
Keep up the good work!

Property was good but there was a smell in our bathroom. It was like a dirty kitchen sponge smell. Only in bathroom. I waited to shower at the next stop. Rest of the stay was good. Many restaurants near by.
Larry
We love this hotel!! We have been staying here for years. They keep updating and we love it. The best showers in the world!

The vending machines on the floors are gone. Must purchase items only in the lobby. However, there's signs that there's machines on the floor. Ice machines only on 2nd & 4th floors. The bathroom walls were dirty. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The staff was nice
Rebecca
The room was filthy and the costumer service was terrible
Jessica
The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable 👍
DAVID
Everyone from our check-in was most friendly, welcoming and respectful!
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was simple - hot, voice of omelet or scrambled eggs, hard boiled, variety of breads, bagel ad amazing warm cinnamon rolls!
Coffee both regular and decaf was from freshly ground and available ALL the time, and sweet & half/half creamers!

Nicole- the woman who checked us in was amazing and so kind. The other staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. We had a stay booked for 2 nights. At one point in time, both key cards stopped working and we were locked out of our room with an infant and hands full. No apologies were handed out and the staff was questioning us as to what we did wrong for it to quit working. Extremely loud at night due to construction or some banging outside. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly front desk staff. They checked up in quickly and we went to our room. It was spacious, clean and fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with our young kids so the indoor pool was perfect for getting their energy out. The amenities and facilities were well kept. The breakfast offered was great! They had so many options from omelets to bagels and biscuits and gravy. The hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Augusta area.

We never got our room cleaned in 4 nights, when we asked only one bed was made, we also had to remind staff to refill coffee pods in the room and for towels. The hot tub near the pool was not functioning, we liked the pool though! It was next to a noisy intersection, I could hear a lot of traffic noise from the room. The breakfast was okay but the pancake machine didn’t work. I didn’t think it was worth the extra money I spent on it.
Jennifer
I had a noise problem from other guests. The front desk was very kind and helpful about switching my room to a quieter option. Extremely kind and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend!!!!!
Richard
Ice cold A/C in the room, which I need.
Massive flow and pressure in the shower, like back in the 1980's, best shower ever.
Bacon and chocolate milk for breakfast.

Nice weekend get away.
Came to town for JoeFest. Hotel was great. The staff did an excellent job. Kiroumi was so nice!!! I am gluten free and the breakfast had some options which was awesome. Only complaint was pool was cold and hot tub wasn’t working. Everything else was perfect.
Jim
Good location, and mattress slept good, but loud music toward weekends. Noisy on that side of motel.
Cocoa
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Melissa
Very nice and clean. Air was super cold and the breakfast was a good variety for all of us.
Melissa
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.
Michael
The room was not in great condition. There was a dangerous piece of metal on the air conditioning unit. There was some bad wear in the bathroom, as well.
The pool area was not well maintained. There was a diaper on the pool deck, so I wouldn't let my family enter the pool. The next morning the diaper was still there. It appears that there was no inspection or clean up done in the pool. The hot tub also was not working.

I loved the warm reception. The hotel smelled great and was clean. My room was great. I really love the Dove products!
Jerome
Ridiculous unbelievable. Very unprofessional.
I did not stay they said Hotel.com over booked and someone was in the room that I booked. I ended up finding another hotel in the area
Ann
As always great service, and as always hard pillows. This was the only thing that ruins the complete 5 star. Breakfast very good, great selection.
LATISHIA
I loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the front lobby
Pam
Great staff, very comfortable room, good breakfast. Can’t ask for more!!

One nighter
One night so not much to revisit. It was quiet and that is what I like. They had a security guard which is red flag. Guess I was in the hood.

Awesome! Very comfortable. Clean and met my family’s needs.

Bathtub filled while I was showering. I was standing in 3 inches of water when shower was done. Toilet took forever to fill to be able to flush it. We wound up moving to another room.
Kathleen
Great stay, easy check up n and very clean.
Scott

Was accused of being homeless
When I went to my breakfast I was question weather I stay there or not by a gentleman that was cleaning and item around the food
I ignored him at first (and than another person came up an proceeded to get food he didn’t asked her,was she staying there so I ask why did he ask me an his reply was homeless people come in all the time and try to eat ,… the lady and I was stunned so I pull my room key out I was like wow so not a I’m sorry now of that
But the coffee was good

Sweet stay
Very friendly staff, hotel looked new... pool was warm and inviting...hot tub not working only glitch on the whole stay.
Brian
Staff was very nice!

The 200$ room didnt have ac, my whole reason for getting the room was the hot tub which was broken the room had a smell to it and the ac wouldn't engage properly so i was hot all night
Gerald
Good
Karin
Property was clean and quiet. When walking in the front desk even smelled good. Alexis, the front desk worker, was very friendly, welcoming and professional.
David
The only thing this hotel did not provide right away was a room away from the elevator. Once my room was switched, everything about my stay here was just right: the comfortable bed, the spacious room, the morning breakfast, the friendly greetings regardless of the time of day. I tried a different hotel four weeks after this one just to compare, and this one wins, no question. I promised the desk staff a glowing review, and I'm happy to give one!
