Very clean room, hot shower and quiet for a one night stay. Excellent restaurant options in the area.

I would definitely stay again and recommend. Check in fast and easy. Staff has great attitudes! Very clean and comfortable. Property is well maintained. As a solo traveling nurse I felt very safe!

This is a good hotel to stay and sleep at. I come here every year for a local convention. and the hosts are always nice and helpful. The bed and room are always clean. It's an old place but they keep it up well. If you are just looking for a decent bed and a shower at the end of the day, it's a really good deal. If you expect more than that, look elsewhere.

Positive points first - I was travelling solo and looking for a simple inexpensive facility for a midway stopping point enroute to my destination. This facility met the simple and inexpensive criteria.
Negative points - No amenities - not in the room (no coffee) nor in the lobby (continental type breakfast). Room air conditioner struggled but finally cooled room off around midnight. Curtains could not be fully closed from outside lights unless you used the masking tape stuck on the wall. Blankets were washed as evidenced by the lumps of batting.

This hotel has very serious problems. Tenant 130 is very rowdy. Loud music all night, doing drugs and drinking not letting tenants sleep. This is a terrible place to stay i will not recommend. This tenant alone will make this motel lose business. The owner cannot control his unruly behavior. Very bad motel stay away. Somewhat clean but the atmosphere is terrible with people like this.

Let me be very clear. You get what you pay for.
Look at the area, look at the property and realize. You. Get. What. You. Pay. For! I cut my stay short.

Always a pleasure staying there in a area

Not all of the lights worked in our room, not all of the outlets worked in the room. The tub drained poorly. The towel rack was dented and not secured to the wall properly, there were bugs, the blow dryer was disgusting.
I understand a 2-star hotel is not extravagant but would expect at least cleanliness.

We stayed 1 night. Had tickets to the women’s amateur golf tournament. Perfect location and the staff was friendly.

The water pressure and temperature were so excellent BUT there is a definite need for a curved shower curtain to help keep the curtain from wrapping up against you while showering.

Owners kicked people out because the masters. Morally and Ethically wrong. When everyone money spend the same.

Great staff, clean room, hot water, easy check in, comfortable beds and more than enough pillows.

Not as good as the review stars led you to believe
The dust ruffles on both beds looked like mildew was growing on them. Thw bathroom door wouldn't shut, the hair dryer started making a loud racket and you could smell burning wires. Also itnwas supposed to be a non smoking room but somone had been smoking.

The room was way better than I expected it to be. If you were going by looks alone you would pass by it but the inside was magnificent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and for once I found a shower in a hotel with an excellent water pressure.

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed wasn't the best, but it was okay. The staff was helpful. The location was excellent! It is located in between many eating places which provided great variety. It was also very convenient to the interstate onramp.

The office was being hard to locate. Needs a lit up sign at night.

Another week in Augusta
Nice and comfortable room. they did by bed and changed my towels every day. They have a great cleaning team.
Some furniture is old but still functional.
The toilet is an old style. They should do some upgrading.

Good value for the location.

The wife (owner) harassed us for 3 nights. She said we smoked inside the rooms and we didn’t. I have given this property so much $$ per week and to be treated as such is an understatement. She told me she’s blocking me from staying there and I said ok because this will for sure be my last stay. I also was given a room my last 2 days that smelled of a very loud Odor of urine and the carpet was wet of it. I never was given another room and they wouldn’t allow a refund. My room had roaches and also two rooms down they were not BLACK and they allowed them to smoke their cigarettes and stand out and drink their beers but she told me and my boyfriend not to smoke on their property at all. They should be shut down for the racist rude behavior as if my money isn’t what helps keep them afloat. Customers is what help you keep your hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone of the African American community.
Robin
excellent stay at a great price. Friendly front desk and very clean rooms.
LeChelsea
The Sanji at the front desk was so pleasant and polite.
I must be honest to admit it was not what I expected. Overall the room was clean. I will say the coffee pot was filthy and tub needed a little cleaning. I always bring disinfectant and Clorox wipes to any stay and the only other surface that didn't seem clean was the AC unit buttons. However, that was another thing. When I turned it on, it emitted a horrible smell. I ended up just turning it off. Overall, I can tell the owner have done a great job renovating and it is perfect for a recharge stay while traveling. I checked in rather late, and I personally just was not comfortable staying the two nights as planned and checked out the next morning. I will say it I was planning on sleeping in, I would have been annoyed by the housekeepers being loud outside the door as early as 8:30am . But that wasn't an issue as I was up preparing to check out.

Super cute mom and pop type place. Clean and convenient.

Very good stay.
Baylee
Blindsided by the 8.2 rating and actually seeing the property. There was a blood stain on the bed cover, filthy trim on the walls, the office chair in the room was heavily stained on the back rest, the carpet had torn up areas, and the curtain was broken so it didn't close all the way. It was detached from the track. Someone could have easily creeped into the room at any time. I tried to hang the curtain on a lamp to cover up the window a bit more and it just wouldn't stay. I was honestly afraid to walk around without shoes or socks on. The door wasn't super sealed, so there were little (what I think were) fruit flies hanging around. Any little bugs could have gone right under the gap under the door. This sufficed for a place to sleep over my car for this roadtrip but I heavily debated sleeping in my car and just using the shower here. Never again lol
Patricia
The hotel was obviously old, but the refurbishing involved paint \"slapped\" on. The AC groaned when it came on throughout the night. AC was reported to the clerk the next morning and she did seem concerned to get it checked out. Location was pretty good. The continental breakfast was minimal, but it is next door to McDonald's, so my husband was satisfied!
Scott
Very pleasantly surprising!!!
It’s an older place but the people working there are so very nice and friendly and helpful. It’s clean and everything works. It was very reasonably priced so I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try to stay with them next time I’m in the area.
Patricia
This was a fine place to stay for a night while traveling for business on my own dime. Not fancy, but also less expensive than nearby options. It was a bit noisy near the street, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great place to stay if you need to be at the Masters. Walkable.

Michael
Had a good stay. Clean hotel and friendly staff
Capt. Bob
Room was clean but floors were not. The staff was very friendly. The entrance by car was steep and our rental car bounced hard as we entered. There was no elevator to the second floor making carrying bags difficult, otherwise not a bad place to stay for the price if you can cast these issues aside.
Kara
Nice!
I wasn’t sure about this place at first glance. After parking and actually looking at it, it’s a very pretty property. The staff were all super nice. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Right near many places to eat and the highway. It was perfect and affordable and I would definitely stay here again

Disappointing
I’ve stayed here a handful of times in the past and those were better experiences. There were bugs in the room- lots of hair on 2 of 3 pillows on my bed. Graffiti/gang tag on the back of the bathroom door of room 209. Sad….
marc
This property is pricey compared to others in its class
Chastity
Sketchy. And didn’t feel safe at all. Older property but it was ok for the night.
Karl
Not worth it
I was in the room only five minutes and killed two roaches. The toilet seat was filthy and had pubic hair on it also. The tv remote appeared to have blood or something on it that had been partially removed. The refrigerator had roach debris in it and the electrical outlets were not working properly. The shower was dirty enough I didn’t want to use it and the hairdryer was broken. When I spoke to the manager she offered to go clean it but it was already late when I arrived from a long road trip and didn’t feel like waiting for her to re-clean the room. I had made a reservation and the Inn was filled up so no extra rooms available. Convenient location and the manager was friendly and the air conditioner worked good but I will not book it again.
