Stayed 5 nights and cleaning staff did not provide service the entire stay. We had to ask for clean towels and soap as it ran out. And also toilet tissue.

We express our sincere appreciation for the level of performance and hospitality we experienced at this hotel. 26-27 May 26. We particularly recognized Ms. Tia as a shining star on your team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. (truly stood out, positive attitude/professional respect),

in addition, from the moment we arrived, staff (maids-cleaning service) was welcoming, and attentive.

Note: I usually don't rely on reviews and ignore vague complaints. I believe some guests just highlight isolated incidents or having too unrealistic expectations.

Sincerely,

The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels within 5-10 min of this; I highly recommend choosing another one.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The only reason it’s not five stars, is the lack of an elevator. It’s not awful but with several bags it could be a minor inconvenience.

We stayed at this Courtyard Marriott for 4 nights, and unfortunately housekeeping was a major disappointment. Despite requesting room cleaning during our stay, our room was never serviced. When we followed up, housekeeping only brought fresh towels and washcloths and removed the used ones, but the room itself was not cleaned at all...no bed made, no trash emptied, no general upkeep.
For a multi-night stay, this level of service fell well below expectations, especially for a Marriott property. The lack of proactive housekeeping and follow-through after requests made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. This experience definitely needs improvement.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was. All the staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Sandy, from the bistro, (I hope I got her name right), was a delight. She was so kind and friendly to talk with. Excellent service! Also the kind gentleman that brought us our food was excellent. It felt so good to be around the staff here. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and attentive. The environmental staff were friendly and polite. The staff of a hotel strongly reflects on the experience of your stay. They work hard and it didn’t go unnoticed. We have stayed at other places and said we will never go back there. This is not one of those. We would come here. Great job! My brother recommended this location. Great job everyone!

We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Convenient location. Check in was quick and easy and pleasant. Water pressure was not great in the shower but other than that our room was nice, comfortable, and would stay here again for the value

Extremely Average

It was fine for a short term stay. Clean room initially but did not receive room cleaning or fresh towels/coffee supplies either day. Loud activity in the hallways at night was fairly disruptive.

A good place to stay in Augusta, Georgia

Nice, clean, quiet property. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. Very convenient to Augusta venues. Breakfast was good, but at an added charge, coffee was from Starbucks, even had cappuccinos. The hotel was a little older but well cared for and did not feel dated. We accidentally left a suit and dresses in the closet, did not realize this until we arrived home. We called the hotel and they kindly arranged to have our clothing shipped home to us.

Not clean just not a clean place. And when a place isn’t clean it makes your stay miserable. The carpet smells horrible. And the room smells like mold.

It was booked at the last minute so no complaints about the view. We were given a balcony, but the elevator was out. Loved the saltwater pool

Nothing bad to say. Our stay was fantastic. Theee is no elevator but the stairs to the second floor were easy to climb. The small balcony overlooking the pool was nice, beds comfortable, room spacious with great quality sheets and bedding. Nice bar in the lobby with a small store area for anything you may have forgotten . The check in experience was excellent. The hotel is close to restaurants and convenience stores. Excellent location. We will definitely stay here again

We were greeted with a friendly smile after driving for 16 hours. We even were offered water. Room was cold and clean.. somewhat dated a little but in the bathroom area but overall nice. Would have loved free coffee for the morning!

Property was nice and the staff was friendly, but we found the tip of a joint left in our room. My sister took it to the front desk and they offered to comp us the cost of the room, but that never happened. I was still charged.

Loved that it offered a pool and a beautiful courtyard, if only weather had allowed me to enjoy it. Nice lobby and having Starbucks that offered a full breakfast in the morning was very convenient. Very impressed with the offering for a smaller hotel.
