The staff was very helpful, always attentive. The room was clean and the breakfast was good too. One of my towels had a stain but I grabbed a different one from down stairs and crisis averted
Grady
Staff was helpful and the room was clean and inviting
Stephen
Great staff and rooms clean. Breakfast was great! Hotel is located right in town and close to everything! Will definitely stay here again 👍😎
Octavia
Everything was great up until my copper necklace was stolen.
Shanda
Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Jason
The room was clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival.
Alyssa
This hotel exceeded my every expectation. Honestly I wasnt expecting a Holiday Inn Express to be so nice!! From the moment I walked into the lobby I knew the stay would be amazing. The property was extremely clean! The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus! The location is perfect, right next to several restaurants and Walmart is within walking distance
laura
Todo estuvo bien
Ariel
Great location for the area outdoor attractions and activities. Nice , clean, comfortable and affordable.
Kevin
This Holiday Inn Express was great! Friendly, helpful staff, clean & well maintained facilities, and great rooms! Highly recommend to everyone!
Esther
Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful.
The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention!
Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given had a strong musty smell that was enough for me to ask to be moved. The second room was better but still when the AC is running, it gives the room a damp smell. There was mildew in my shower and the bathroom floor had not been fully swept/mopped. There was no toilet roll dispenser and the temporary one that was put in was too close to the wall so it didn't hold a roll anyway lol.
I only leave these things for the purpose of making it better, not to say it's terrible or to complain! I want to see this property do well because the staff were so great and it met my need for my week:) Thank you :)

Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Air conditioning unit was noisy! Pillows uncomfortable.
Osiris
Hotel staff was extremely friendly hotel was very clean room was very clean only slight issue was the soap dispensers were all a little Benjy but it's about it
Samson
I liked the clean rooms and friendly staff. I have no complaints and if I was to be in the area again.this would be my place of stay. The breakfast had a nice choice of turkey sausage, pork sausage, cheese egg amulet, oatmeal and pancakes. The eating area was nice and clean and the staff was in location to keep things wiped down.
Deborah
The bed is way too high. They offer a step stool but that can be dangerous and a liability for the disabled and seniors. If someone falls and gets hurt, the hotel can be sued. The bed height was at my waist. I know it is to make it easier for the cleaning staff to change the beds BUT the height is ridiculous. I'm only 5'2", disabled and older. This was a dangerous height for me.
Holiday Inn should consider the health and safety of their customers too.

Josh
Excellent and friendly service. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay along my route through Augusta. Nice, well appointed hotel and they had REAL BACON for breakfast! That’s becoming a rarity in hotel breakfast cuisine. Only minor complaint, and it’s one I share with most hotels these days, is that I had the “Do Not Disturb” placard on the door and housekeeping STILL knocked on the door around 9:30-well before checkout time.
Christine
The front desk receptionist was pleasant and very helpful in answering any questions that we had.
Jessica
The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back!
Cheryl

Clean room, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast!

TV did not work in the fire room they assigned me, then moved me into another room, after I’d already unpacked everything. The second room had dead roaches in the tub and floor was dirty.

Brian was amazing! Very welcoming and so helpful! Room smelled clean, the temp was perfect! I would absolutely stay here around 10 out of 10
Karen
Rooms had a smell
Houston
There was an insect in the room. Also my request to have a late checkout was denied repeatedly even after offering to offer an additional payment. As a paying customer I felt that my room extension should have been considered instead of a flat out no. This made my stay less than pleasant.
Janel
Nice hotel!
sarah
Staff is great ,rooms clean and well supplied with towels coffee and all lights work. A great place to stay.
JAMES
not my best night
the hotel was alright. it was the bed that I could not get on that was not ok. they could see that I was short, but put us in a room with a bed that was above my waist. they did find an old stepstool, but I was almost afraid to use it. I am 80 years old with bad knees. they should use better judgement.
Charminesa
Thank you
Toilet didn’t flush- my hubby had to take top off and make ball was connected to have water fill so it can flush

Wasn't a fan of the housekeepers coming in and getting my towels off the floor in the bathroom while I was asleep/not in room, I know how I leave my room, when I checked out a housekeeper told me they saw me sleeping in the bed and that kinda weird
Mary
A Great Room Size!
Our room had a kind of musky smell to it. The air conditioning controls weren't easy to control, so the rooms temp was a little cold most of the time.

Did not have a room for me
Arrived but they did not show a reservation for me even though I have a confirmation. No rooms were available.

Nice Stay

On the backside of our trip
Room was what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Good value for the money. Clean but not fancy. Breakfast was good and folks working there were nice and helpful.
Kim
The room had a smell like it was cleaned with old mop water and the carpet felt damp. The sink didn’t drain and house keeping opened our door at 9 am and asked if we were an 11 am check out, which I feel like they should know. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t awesome
Donna
Just know that rooms are cleaned with mew towels at 9ish. If your "in room" sign is still on the door when they walk by, then your out of luck. You can get clean towels at the ftont drsk though.
Place is nice, breakfast is very good and staff are all very nice.

Front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was terrible. Arrived at 9:15 am. The young lady replenished nothing. No grits, on hand. One dry burnt biscuit available and sausage gravy was at the bottom and didn’t look fresh along with the tough sausage. Very disappointing. Lastly, the ac would not consistently stay on ( no matter how low the temperature) in the room, my friend and I woke up sweating. Nice modern room with comfy beds.
Roy
The staff were wounderful, helpful, friendly and kind. The property was clean and well kept.

Friendly and quiet.
Very friendly welcome from the staff! Nice and clean hotel. Also quiet location.
Stephen
This was one of the best facilities I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, well equipped with an excellent breakfast and well located near a large Walmart as well as a couple of good restaurants.
The staff was friendly, and Miss Trish, the manager went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and every respect. Every employee we encountered was super friendly, regardless of their role at the hotel.
I would personally recommend this hotel very highly for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay that is at a very good location!

Toilet inoperable without adjustments to fill.
Although clean linens and toiletries provided by the hotel were present in the room, the tile bathroom floor and shower were dirty. The commode tank wasn't working properly. I opened the tank many times and made adjustments for it to fill to enable flushing. I reported this to the staff during check-out. They assured me they would make the necessary repair.
Nicole
We enjoyed the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff

It was a very nice stay, quiet and clean. I would thought the TV would been a smart tv.
Susan
Thank you to the whole staff!
I had to make an emergency trip due to a family death- in the middle of the biggest snow storm in a century. The staff was so caring and accommodating, especially the GM Tricia. The breakfast staff was also amazing and kind, making my broken heart a bit easier to bear. Inhad to change my plans several times and the desk staff handled it quickly and cheerfully.
Samantha
Friendly staff! Comfortable bed!
Walter
Everything was excellent. I did have to unplug the room refrigerator because the compressor motor made noises. This was not a real negative but i forgot to tell them.
