The staf was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the stay, its good for overnight, i thought i was getting more than i dis. Only had a fridge and tv in the roome. The door actually has some tissue stuffed in the craks. Lol. The breakfast was ok to get your day started, nothing extravagant. But overall the staff made the stay well worth it. Not 5 star a

The staff called Michael and some guys were so kind and attentive to me. I got some problems at the hotel, but whenever I ask them to fix it, they tried to do everything I wanted. Especially, when I wanted to take a taxi from this hotel to different hotel that I was going to stay, Michael was so helpful. It was worth it, I’d recommend this hotel to tourists for sure

Where do I start??? 1st room safe didn’t work.
2nd room air conditioner was defrosting..
3rd room toilet leaking, water cold, no wash clothes. Ok so no wash cloth for first night so I used hand towel…. After they cleaned room and took towels for cleaning, I asked for new ones and they said they don’t have any and could give me some “ TOMORROW “!?!?!?. So what are we supposed to use tonight!???? Then here is the kicker…. When time to leave, guy at front desk tried to OVER CHARGE FOR UBER TO AIRPORT.. $40!!! Uber is $25 to airport…. All in all, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel…. Nice pictures!!!! But room is old! Proceed with caution….

Salut! Voici un brouillon basé sur tes notes :

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par le manque de préparation de la chambre, notamment un lit avec des poils. Les bouteilles d'eau promises n'étaient pas disponibles, et nous avons rencontré des problèmes de wifi et d'eau chaude. De plus, nous avons dû réclamer un tapis de bain.

Le deuxième jour, le petit déjeuner était irrégulier, et le service de Miralonda laissait à désirer, tant en termes de politesse que d'hygiène. Le ménage restait superficiel, et le personnel manquait de réactivité.

Le quatrième jour, nous avons constaté l'absence de serviettes et de bouteilles d'eau. La dame du petit déjeuner a refusé de préparer notre commande et m'a crié dessus à cause d'un problème de langue. J'ai remarqué qu'elle ne lavait la vaisselle qu'à l'eau, sans savon, ce qui est inacceptable. Enfin, le cinquième jour, nous avons de nouveau rencontré des problèmes d'eau chaude.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great, and a nice breakfast and coffee is included. The staff were all friendly and I felt safe staying there. Bavaro Beach is a short walk away. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

I initially booked for the more updated hotel but then asked if they could move me to the beach one for convenience as the other one didn’t have a pool and i was traveling with a toddler. They were kind and moved me without hesitation. The new room needs updating. It was huge with a lofted area that had 2 twin beds. The kitchen was not shocked (only cups and a stove). It would’ve been helpful to have a microwave at least. They have us water bottles when they cleaned which was helpful as well. The room had a staircase with direct access to the beach and breakfast.

Breakfast had decent options. However, staff are very stingy with breakfast. For example, only one juice and no changes to the plates. One juice, one breakfast. If it’s breakfast included, they shouldn’t be this way with it or they should name limited breakfast included.

The beach club had a decent menu for other meals and decent drinks but it’s expensive. It’s relative to the area not more or less.

Overall, I would return but would recommend updating the rooms and loosening up on breakfast.

The guy at th he front desk was awesome.. what i didn't like was the road was noisy at night and day for construction across the street, the building need an upgrade and it was noooooo hot water, at noooooo time of the day.

Unfortunately, my stay at Green Coast Hotel has been a disaster! We have moved for the second time in one day. Our first night we got zero sleep because the music played well into the morning and staff started construction early in the morning with lots of banging and drilling (I have video). The first room we were in had water damage in the ceiling with plaster falling on the night table (have pictures). We let the staff know our dissatisfaction and they moved us to another room this time without a working toilet. One flush and water went everywhere. My partner had to turn the water off to stop it. We packed all our things again and went to the front desk to be moved. Mind you it was past 11 pm at this point. The front desk took us to another room and would you believe that toilet did not work either?! So frustrating and disappointing. We wanted to leave completely but at the late hour, we could not book another hotel. We even contemplated sleeping in our rental car. This has been so upsetting after all the planning we did for this trip. We just wanted a clean, quiet, decent place to stay but unfortunately this has not been the case. I would really appreciate if someone from Expedia would reach out about my experience as I would like a full refund to compensate us for the lack of sleep, wasted time, and overall unpleasant stay. Thank you.

It is important to confirm your reservation before arrival. They did not find mine and they sent me to another beach front hotel that they own. I paid extra because they wanted me to come back the next day to the original hotel and I didn’t want it. I only planned to stay two nights and I will not expend my time there moving my stuff. I arrived from Santo Domingo on the bus, so the bus left me on the street just in front of the hotel, and the entrance of this place was floated; I paid a little taxi to just cross the floated area with my luggage to the front desk. The beach hotel is that one that I rated, and I could stay there again because for the price, it was okay. I would not stay in the one located in the floated area.

The hot water stinks very very bad , no iron , no hangers , no safe in room flimsy door lock , very noisy from the very dirty and busy street that was flooded with dirty water, right across the street you have 200 construction guys looking strait into your room so we had to keep the curtains on all the time , you will need mud boots to walk to the beach from the hotel , they post pictures of the beach but to get there you’ll have to go through a flooded street . I don’t feel that I got my money’s worth , this is a very cheaply kept hotel , I feels more like a dirty motel in a shady neighborhood.?

Overall the stay here wasn't terrible but it did have very frustrating components. First off the staff here are very friendly and helpful, able to answer any questions you may have. A few problems I found with this hotel are as followed.

A. The rooms are NOT sound proof, as the hotel is located off a main road (which makes it great to get around) you can hear all the traffic speeding past you at all hours of the day. There was also construction being done behind the hotel so everyday at 7am I was awoken to the sound banging and people screaming. You could also clearly hear everyone in the common area, my room was the farthest from the common area and I could still hear people talking.

B. The wifi is atrocious. Wifi in the central areas and at the front desk area was okay. However, as I stated before my room was at the very end of the hallway so I did not get any usable wifi while in my own room.

C. There was no toiletries provided in the room, no shampoo, conditioner and no soap beside the sink. There was a wall mounted soap pump in the shower, which was annoying since you would have to step in a wet shower to simply was your hands. If you wanted a hair dryer you would have to request one from the front desk.

D. Out of the 6 outlets in the room only two worked. The room had multiple dead outlets that plugged into nothing, I can't think of a logical reason as to why they would have this.

E. Breakfast was good, but they only had three dishes with minor variations.

Staff was very sweet, helpful & down to earth! The included breakfast never disappointed! I did feel like the room I had was slightly barebones. It could do with a few more amenities like a mini fridge, lotion, shampoo and few others things that are standard in most hotels.

Despite the few issues, the hotel remains great value for money and is in an ideal location for restaurants and the beach is only a 8 mins walk away. The area is also safe, however I wouldn’t walk around after 1 am in the morning as I have seen slightly sketchy stuff during one night.

Standard room was very large, had a small balcony too. Double doors on balcony to let in the breeze. Room was clean, bed was comfy , shower was nice with Hot water. Your room key gave you access to the green coast beach hotels chairs on the beach with wifi. Great value since it included a full breakfast. Short walk to beach and restaurants

I liked the size of the rooms and the bed is super comfortable. I also liked that there were restaurants we could walk to and a table and chairs to play cards on in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and Manuel (the cook) made exactly what of us wanted! It was an awesome experience!

I stayed with my boyfriend and we would usually stay up until really late and wake up late in the day. The staff was very understanding when I requested that we not be woken up early to have our room cleaned. They would clean when we would be out for the day and were very understanding and respectful of our sleep schedule. I would usually wake up on time for breakfast but my boyfriend would sleep until later and Angela was a sweetheart and she would let me bring breakfast to our room so he could have something to eat when he woke up. Every staff I came in contact was extremely kind and helpful.
