Rodney was an incredible butler. Extremely friendly, attentive, and on it. He helped my fiancé surprise me, met up with us if we had any questions, made sure we were able to do everything we wanted to do comfortably, and even told us the weather in the morning so we could plan our day better. Truly amazing service.

Our butler Randy was amazing. Booked all our needs, he was in constant contact to keep us informed on the daily activities, Available whenever we had a question or request. Loved the whole resort. Room was clean, comfortable and close to the pool like i had requested. Lobby bar and staff great. The drivers we so courteous , kind and accommodating and will return there next year. Our third visit here was, once again, a delight. Bed was good, AC worked well enough. The 2.5 mile walking loop we did through all four resorts each morning was like walking through a well manicured botanical garden. The food, mostly, was excellent. However they cannot grill a good steak anywhere, most are 1/2” thick. Duck at La Boheme was fantastic, as was Sumptori. And taking lunch on the beachfront at Helios was a spectacular setting. And the people here, especially both Cindy and Valentine in the front office, were just so nice, helpful and kind. Also, having an amazing beach to walk for miles was a pleasure!

Beautiful grounds and beach. Even though people saved chairs at the pools, we never had an issue finding some available. The pools are are very nice and kept clean. The property is fairly large but you can always call or find someone who will give you a ride to where you are going. The food is ok. The best stake was at the beach restaurant. We enjoyed the French restaurant the best…..delicious tuna! The rooms could use updating, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms are large

Beautiful property, huge rooms and the butler staff is fantastic. We had a junior pool suite and were steps from both the pool and the beach.

Food was OK, nothing to write home about. Kind of disappointing given what we paid.

Note that if you're near the pool, you will hear loud music, often 24/7. Literally, one night the music played ALL NIGHT LONG. If you want quiet, find a room away from the pool.

Also - avoid the \"property tour\" they offer you when you arrive, as it's just a hard sell for their vacation club. We wasted 3 hours on this.

He frequently provided with specials gifts like champagne, always informed us of the events that day and even checked on me when I wasn’t feeling well. Norielis was our butler during our stay and she was wonderful. Every morning she would text us a list of activities and ask us if we needed anything. She made our dinner reservations, spa appointments (even when we made a million changes) and even helped us get chairs at the pool. She was available 24/7 and was amazing. I told her it was my friend's birthday and she went above and beyond to set up something for her!!! Balloons, cake, champagne!! It was very special. The resort was huge and well kept. We took little carts everywhere and everyone was very friendly. The room was extremely spacious and clean. My only complaint is the food -- i hate saying this -- it just was NOT good at all. The drinks are also soooo watered down and the wine was awful. This is something they have to work on. But the staff was wonderful - everyone was friendly and helpful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at TRS Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and truly luxurious.

A special thank you to Merlin, Rosemilka, and Paola from maid services — they were incredibly attentive, warm, and made sure our room was always spotless and welcoming. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Our personal butler, Ray, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless throughout our stay. Professional, responsive, and genuinely kind — he truly elevated our experience.

The Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show was absolutely amazing — such high energy, incredible performances, and a fantastic dining experience. It’s a must-see and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Overall, TRS Resort exceeded our expectations. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, and unforgettable entertainment. We would definitely return!

The room was nice, a few things that needed fixing which the staff took care of right away. The staff in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch were great. The show at the Chic was spectacular. Our butler Rodney was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He made our stay wonderful. Treated us like family. The one thing I would change is the lounge chairs in the swim-up suite they were not comfortable. Would recommend

It was clean but I did not like that staff were ademanantly trying to sell memberships and we told them we werent interested but they brought other staff speaking about other amenities and it took for me to walk out for them to understand that four and a half hours of my morning was enough.

I think that it should be noted somewhere that guests should not swim or hang out in the swimming pool when guests are staying there ( I had to wake up about 2am to ask a group of women to move from my area because I was woken by their laughing and loud voices) on e I spoke to them they left, I dont believe they had a room with walk out access to the pool.

And lastly, the staff members need to be more considerate of guests-- I was woken a few mornings, about 3am by staff laughing and joking in the concierge area of the building. I would recommend future guests to stay in a room away from the first rooms near the entrance of the building.

Our third time here in as many years. Loved everything about this resort. The people and staff are so very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The rooms were amazing - this time we had a Romantic Swim Up Suite - highly recommend it !!! Great food and drinks all day & night, including 24 hour room service. The pools and beautiful beaches are really fun, as were the activities throughout the week - especially the Chic Cabaret show and the big Super Bowl party !!!

The staff were amazing, Special recognition to Dahana and Emmanuel for the great poolside and beach side service. They were spot on! Couldn't ask for better folks. Our butler, Edward, was also fantastic. Biggest regret was he was on his day off when we left so we did not get to thank him personally. He went above and beyond to get us reservations and helped to make my wife's birthday special with balloons in the room, a chilled bottle with glasses, and great reservations for Chic Cabaret.

Rodny, our personal butler, greeted us upon arrival, set up our dinner reservations and then shepherded us through the week. Every problem we encountered he resolved. Our week was luxurious, heavenly pleasant, full of sunny beach days in the water or on our lounge chairs, sometimes the same except by the pool. Excellent dining breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of options and decadent desserts. Very happy experience - thanks Rodny.

Our large group just stayed here for 1 week, and we all had such a great time.
The property is beautiful. It is a large property in itself, and affords access to the adjacent Palladium properties.
We were in the 5500 block, which is nice and central to everything, and has quieter pools surrounding it.
The room was large, clean, and stocked well (the room service box was pretty neat too)
We did alot of walking up and down the beach, and honestly the TRS beachfront is the nicest one in the area. And we never had any issue getting loungers, no matter what time of day we went.
Oh and the gym was excellent. By far the largest and best-equipped gym we've used on at a resort
*Be sure to grab an espresso martini at the lobby bar (soo good), and splurg on thr Chic Cabaret show (such a great time there)

The room is the worst room I have ever stayed in. Horrible! The room had large cobwebs on light fixtures and the pillow smelled like bad cheese. TRS update yr rooms or at least give a deep cleaning

WE had a room overlooking the pool across from the main resort and it was fantastic. Bed was firm and not worn, pillows great….not towering mountain, not lumpy and not flat. Food truck by the pool is a nice thought but the burgers came charred and a bit pink inside. OTherwise, Food was not a disappointment. WE went to the CHIC cabaret show and the show was great, I was only allowed 3/5 courses as I have an orange allergy, and there was no replacement option. So, I had to watch others eat. BEst part of our stay was EDWARD our BUTLER. HE came to see us daily, kept in constant touch via what’s app and made all of our dinner reservations. So, when we couldn’t get a reservation for dinner as it was full, magically he got us in. WE cannot say enough about Edward. WE have been to TRS twice, and Palladium several times and each stay gets better and better! MAny Thanks TRS

It was supposed to be an adults only resort, but there was only one inside in the hotel itself; the other restaurants were shared with four other hotels. Lunch was only available at the buffet, and we constantly had to travel by cart to other restaurants or cafes. The staff were very unfriendly, the electricity and water in the frequently went out. Several of my friends and I were bitten by insects, leaving our legs covered in bites. This vacation left me with only bad memories, and I would never want to go bact there again.
