It was great staying at TRS. The staff were great helpful. Bunch of activities to do. The room was always clean well kept . Dinners are with reservations which they can book it for you and restaurants are five stars. Our favourite restaurants were La lola. Overall it’s great place to stay if u love to enjoy drinks , peaceful morning and lively nights it’s amazing place to stay.

There are a ton of restaurants to select from all with a different type of food, so no matter what you want like steak, italian, sushi, indian, etc it is all there. the property is well kept and very walkable from one side to the other with plenty of walking areas that are covered from the sun and rain. lots of pools that allow anything from quiet areas, kid areas, to adults only and if you want there are activieies at the pool along with music.

This is a huge resort with amazing helpful people working there however the biggest disappointment was the food both the buffets and à la cartes which needed reservations. For example the “Italian” restaurant was no where close being “italian”. The second was the alcohol seemed water down or mixed or something was off because all it did was give me stomach aches and made me tired and give me headaches. The resort lacks in activities and liveliness. The “bingo” event they had once a week costs money but they weren’t clear about it and I thought as an all inclusive hotel such events should be included. Also didn’t like the fact they only had one day a week for coconuts and pineapples. The beach pan handlers could be annoying since it’s a daily haggling every time they see you. The butler is pretty much useless. All they do is reserve the restaurants for you. The sports bar was a nightmare to watch the NBA finals. You can’t watch the games from your room. The resort is very limiting. The pool area closes at 7pm. Oh and they reuse disposable cups to serve alcohol which I thought was kind of gross. They would serve the alcohols on wet plastic cups and they won’t give bottled waters anywhere other than whatever they give in your room. Overall not worth the top dollars they charge. Too many limitations and no varieties of anything. Good is repetitive and buffets are boring. The reserved restaurants were the most disappointing. People were absolutely sweet and caring and helpful tho.

La piscina siempre estuvo llena de hojas habia que llamar para que pasaran a limpiarla antes de usarla. No tienen variedad de alimentos, siempre el mismo menu aunque tienen varios restaurantes. En el servicio tienen mucho que mejorar, la amabilidad aqui no la conocen. Si deseas tranquilidad es un buen lugar por el resto no lo recomiendo.

It's a beautiful place. The staff is very kind and helpful. The resort is very clean and inviting.
The food choices could be better. One example the Italian restaurant did not have red sauce and noodles or any kind of Alfredo. The transportation could also be improved on. Golf carts fly around crazy and you have to watch out as the roads slare narrow. The beach was a total wash out for us. Although beautiful from a distance their were tropical ants all in the sand that bit my fiance and I, also their was ALOT of sea weed on the beach. One last complaint. Dont fall for their tour with breakfast it turns into a 3 to 5 hour sales pitch to purchase 40 weeks of their vacation time. It ruined our 2nd day of vacation. Hope this helps someone.

Our stay at TRS Turquesa was amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the entire staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of every single day.

The highlight of our trip was our butler, Randy. He went above and beyond to make our vacation stress-free and special. From helping with reservations and transportation to checking in on us throughout the day, his attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. Randy truly provided 5-star service and made us feel like VIP guests the entire stay.

The spa massage was amazing and one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. The spa atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and the staff made us feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Property was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Rooms were nice, but not as well maintained. Description for the swim up suite stated \"private pool\", this was not acurate at all. You share a small pool with all the other rooms in your row, and there is seating directly in front of your \"private pool\" for other random people to sit and they can see directly into your room and are within conversation distance. Not private at all. Phone App to contact butler and book restaurants and room service did not work. Room service for breakfast one morning and order was wrong. Staff was mostly nice, my favorite staff were the bartenders by the beach, spcifically Francisco! He was fun and made soem really great drinks for us! Beach was beautiful, some sargassum, but still able to swim. Beautiful blue water, plenty of lounge chairs, plenty of towels. ATM machines were broken in multiple lobbies during the entire visit, unable to take out extra money for tipping. Food was good, we enjoyed the steakhouse a lot. Pools were quiet and boring, and only played music for a few mins a day. If you want to meditate or have silence, this is a great environment for you, but we enjoy music and fun during our trips, so this wasn't the best place for us. We walked over to Palladium and the pool full of families with kids had more of a fun atmosphere and music than TRS. I was here in 2018 and it felt a lot more upscale back then, not sure if I would return again.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious. My only issue was that the housekeeping service for my room was consistently poor. When I arrived the floor near the toilet was visibly dirty (yuck!), there was hair in the bathtub, and there was no shower gel. I reported these issues to hotel staff and they were not rectified. I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor myself. Eventually, I did reach out again (this time to my butler) and was able to get shower gel. I also did not receive replacement wash cloths on multiple days, and had to ask my butler for them. All in all, I am hoping my housekeeping issues were an exception, as the rest of my stay was amazing.

My wife and I chose TRS Turquesa to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and our experience exceeded every expectation.
Rodny, our butler, single-handedly made our stay unforgettable by going above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, and even some we didn't know we needed. He listened, paid attention to the details, remembered our preferences, and made our anniversary truly special. One of the highlights was the incredible room setup he arranged as a surprise for my wife, which made our celebration even more memorable.
His level of customer service was exceptional and is the main reason we only want to stay at TRS Turquesa when we return next year. Anyone fortunate enough to have Rodny as their butler is in for an amazing experience.
From securing restaurant reservations to keeping us informed about resort events and activities, he made everything effortless. The food was excellent, our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the beauty and aesthetics of the property were absolutely stunning.
Thank you, Rodny, and the entire TRS Turquesa team for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return!

The property and staff excellent. We had a personal Butler we thought she was amazing, Norielis. Our room with a swim up, very nice, clean and with great pool temperature.
The property is beautiful, the restaurant good, my husband enjoyed them more than I did. I liked the SPA, a lot. Actually you want to spend the day there. With a massage all the SPA amenities are included. Awesome. My other favorite event was the romantic CHIC Cabaret Show, fantastic.
If you are prone to mosquitos take repellent, and maybe some stomach coating. The change of food can sometimes affect.
Expedia services excellent as well, it was our first time using. We are already planning our next trip to the resort. Best of luck to all.

My girlfriend and I were beyond amazed by how great the service was, how helpful and attentive the workers were, and how great and accommodating our E-Butler, Norielis, was!

The resort helped us get where we needed to be at any moment with their quick shuttle carts, and even without the carts, the shaded walking path throughout the resort allowed us to explore and discover every inch of the resort in a safe and fun way. The varied restaurants we had to choose from were always great, making it hard for us to pick a favorite! The bars by the ocean and pools served amazing drinks, and we found it very convenient to have grills at every pool for a quick meal. We would highly recommend using the spa, as the hydrotherapy was very relaxing and we felt truly refreshed and stress-free after the massage we received.

Each hotels have their own staff to help us at any time, which we greatly appreciated. Even though we went for a simpler room, we loved the king-sized bed, bathtub, amenities, and the room service we received! We got to live out our \"breakfast in bed\" fantasy.

This resort has helped my girlfriend and I get the relaxing vacation we needed without having any decision fatigue on what to do or where to eat. Norielis helped us every step of the way, and if we ever return, we'd love to request her to be our E-Butler!

My stay at TRS Turquesa Punta Cana was excellent . From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and provided outstanding service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, and our expectations were exceeded.
A special tank you to our butler Norielis, she went above and beyond to make our stayed memorable, she did everything possible to ensure we had everything we needed, check on us, included arranged transportation to the restaurant when we needed, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The swim up from my room was stunning, I enjoyed the restaurants La Lola & Kusco. The food was varied, and delicious.
The beach, and the relaxing adults only atmosphere. There were plenty of activities to enjoy through the day, please do not forget go to the SPA the experience was amazing.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation with the services and accommodations. I would gladly return to TRS Turqueza, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable gateway in Punta Cana.

Weak pool vibe, no loungers had to beg for a music speaker.....little to no nightlife at TRS itself.. no real entertainment team.. weak food on this visit 1 decent meal.....No elevators, unimpressive lobby with Nespresso coffee maker using pods in lobby very weak watery cappuccinos etc..
HITS....good alcohol selection good Batenders (ANYELO) nice goomed beach w plenty of loungers.. they handled the sargassum fairly well...nice room. ocean pool view#5244 good room attendant, didnt request much from the \"Butler\" just a few dinner reservations ..NOT anywhere close to a 5 star property in our personal opinion....we are very experienced travelers and have visited 5 star resorts.. we gave it 3.5 stars
we would not return...
4 nights 5 days and were ready to leave after 3rd day..
Very little effort put into providing a fun experience...so it missed on fun, service and excellence...other Palladium hotels on site offer more fun... BUT why does TRS offer none!!!

Todo estaba muy bien el personal muy atento menos el mayordomo q nos tocó muy mala la atención lo llamábamos no contestaba el celular el día q nos reservó un restaurante fatal el día de irnos le dijo a otro señor q nos llevara las maletas hacia el carro en fin horrible el señor Randy varias veces le dejamos saber q el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada y desde el día uno hasta el día q nos fuimos pasamos calor horrible porque nunca lo arreglaron y por el conducto del aire un mal olor a cigarro horrible en fin la instalación como tal no está mala pero nosotros tuvimos esa mala experiencia

This was our second time visiting this resort. We enjoyed it so much our first time that we decided to return. Unfortunately our return visit wasn't as memorable. Lack of activities, no music be the pool, food was good but most of the time a miss. There wasn't any communication from the staff to make our stay more enjoyable. If it wasn't for the guests that we meet and made friends with it would have been a very boring experience. We had power issues with our room and management didn't do anything to make it right. The hospitality wasn't as friendly as previous.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. This was our fifth stay at TRS Turquesa, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The property is amazing, beautifully maintained, and the service was truly outstanding. Tjanks to Aila, our room was beyond clean, comfortable, and cared for every day with great attention to detail.

The staff made our vacation unforgettable, especially Dolores, Rodny, Kiko, Norielis, and Anito. They went above and beyond in every possible way. Every wish we could have had was fulfilled almost before we even knew we needed anything. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our 10-day stay.

One of the highlights of our trip was dinner on the beach, which was absolutely amazing and such a special experience. After five visits, TRS Turquesa continues to feel like home, and we cannot wait to return. We are so grateful for another beautiful vacation and are already looking forward to our next stay.

It was a GREAT experience. The TRS is the most inclusive hotel between the five and we had access to everything. The food was delicious and transportation was on point.

But the most important and why we are most grateful was our butler Rodney. He gave us beyond of what we were expecting and made our great stay into an awesome one.

We couldn’t go to many of the hotel activities due to time or space, but the few that we went and saw were really fun. The have stretches and bicycles classes in the pool and the Bingo night was a hit.

Our biggest surprise was the bar/disco Hemingway. It was more than just to get a few drinks and for a hotel disco it was a lot of fun.

The pools were big and different between them. We felt there could’ve more of them, but they weren’t crowded and since we also had the TRS Turquesa pool only for our hotel it was less crowded.

The service was great in all accounts: pool service, transportation, bartenders, activity recruiters (it you talk to Shakiro/Luigi you will have a great time), waiters, lobby, and anyone else.

The only neutral service was from the steak house waiters, but we have to admit that the restaurant was full. The transportation when the rain started was lower due to everyone needing it. And we had a little problem with our hot water, it went away, and they took a little time in sending someone to fixed it. (Again probably reasonable time for everything, but since the services had been incredible we notice this few glitches).

I was surprised because I read a lot of positive reviews. Upon arrival I asked for room upgrade for swim in room and Guest agent told me that he will check. Few minutes later he gave us a room keys. I asked about room upgrade, which very obviously he didn't check, he told me that nothing was available. The Hotel rooms are in poor condition. First room we got the Jacuzzi bathroom was so worn down and dirty that we had to change the room. Second room the paint job on the walls wasn't done properly. The food was mediocre. Has nothing to do with French or Italian. They all taste the same.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our butler Ray was extremely helpful and kind. The only negative comment is that they sort of trick you into at least an hour and a half “tour” of the property, which is actually a sales pitch to join the Palladium group. You do receive a credit at the end even if you don’t join, but we felt mislead and that our time relaxing was slightly compromised.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and wonderfully diverse. There was an impressive selection of fruits and seafood every day, but the real highlight was the bakery. The pastries were absolutely amazing — always fresh, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and with a huge variety to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised to even find six different gluten-free desserts. Special thanks to the chefs for such incredible attention to detail.
Breakfasts felt magical: live music, breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean, and the soothing sound of the waves created unforgettable mornings. Every day started with a message from our butler, Edward, who would send us the daily schedule and help organize the perfect plan for the day. He was always available, attentive, and ready to assist with every request,
There were so many activities that it was impossible to get bored — from yoga to dancing. Huge thanks to Luiyi, Wuilian, and Dayfresis for bringing such positive energy
The hotel also offers many restaurants for dinner. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant experience. It was an incredible 3-hour шоу with gourmet food, drinks, music, and entertainment all combined into one unforgettable evening.
The ocean was warm, calm,There was a bit of seaweed and a tractor processed it, though it would have been even better i if it had fully removed it from the beach.

We are frequent flyers when it comes to All inclusive Hotels and adults only since we are empty nesters and prefer less childlike behavior (not that some adults don't act like children). We The staff are attentive and excellent. The property/rooms were not modern. The electricity in the room is kept on by motion detectors....so shortly after leaving, or going to sleep at night...most everything shuts down except the in room refrigerator we were told. (in room refrigerator never made the contents cold, best to keep desired items on ice from ice maker ) So despite the AC fan and ceiling fan running....we became hot during the night. The room we stayed in the first night smelled like a locker room, the sheets felt damp and musty.. We moved to a different room in the AM. By the end of the week, we felt the place was again getting the locker room smell....despite changing the bed linens and trying to keep the room as cool as possible. Never did the temperature get below 22C (72 F). So our biggest disappointment was the daily humidity and nightly temperature increases. The room cleanliness was otherwise good. We never eat breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. Lunch was always at Helios Restaurant.... very limited, but good. The White wine was Always very cold! Most all other hotels we have to request cold white wine...they don't keep it chilled IMO., so that was excellent and worthy of comment!

I had a great time at TRS, the property it’s beautiful and we got a room upgrade because we booked with Expedia! Our mayordomo was Rodny, he is great, he was absolutely helpful and surprise my husband and I with a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bathtub. Overall all the staff is very helpful. The beach was my favorite part of this property. They could clean the sargazo more often on my opinion but I did enjoy my time here.

Our honeymoon was amazing. The staff treated us like family, and our Butler, Rodney, truly was the best. He checked in with us multiple times a day and left us several very sweet gifts. We felt as if we gained a friend. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. Be aware that this resort adds all the extras like cab rides and Chic show onto your room tab at the end of your stay. Should not be a problem if you keep track of how much you are spending. Highly recommend this resort.

I had a great stay at TRS Turquesa and overall was very happy with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated exceptionally well. Luis made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and my butler, Randy, was outstanding throughout my stay—attentive, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

The resort itself was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff consistently made me feel valued as a guest.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't a fan of the vacation club/timeshare sales approach. I was approached multiple times and encouraged to tour the property and consider purchasing a vacation package. While I understand it's part of their business, it felt a bit pushy at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for.

Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and I would gladly stay here again.

The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall we had a great stay! The staff truly made our trip memorable. Edward, our butler, went above and beyond for us. I got a bad sun rash, and he even went out of his way to get me hydrocortisone from another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have it. Dolores by the pool was amazing and caring she even rubbed aloe vera on my rash and felt like a mom away from home. Jose at the swim-up bar was quick, friendly, and always welcoming.
Santos at Las Torres was always helpful getting my syrup for crepes nightly, Angel at The Nest made us feel comfortable, and Ramon at the sports bar made sure we could watch our Knicks games. Steven at TRS always had a golf cart ready, greeted us with a smile, and made us feel like family. Americo and Luis were also very kind and helpful. Eliaris at Behique was wonderful, but unfortunately Antonella was rude and unfriendly.
The food had lots of great options. A downside was staff taking towels before 5 PM even with our belongings still on the chairs, which happened multiple times. Entertainment could also be improved, and golf cart wait times were often too long.
Overall, the resort was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would most likely return and hope to see a few improvements!

Our stay in the DR was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the bellboy who assisted with our luggage. Another staff member kindly walked us over to check-in, making the process smooth and welcoming. Our bags were delivered to our room, and our butler, Noris, personally escorted us upstairs and introduced herself.

Noris truly made our experience unforgettable. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. She handled all of our dinner reservations, excursions, and spa appointments with ease. Every morning, she checked in with us by text to make sure we were doing well and kept us updated on all the daily activities and events happening at the resort.

The customer service was exceptional, the hospitality was top tier, and the entire experience felt luxurious and stress-free. I would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the DR.

The resort is massive and nice overall, but the restaurants were very disappointing. Food at 2 of the buffets were okay. I liked my room and the beach was beautiful minus the stray dog that barked a lot. There wasn’t any pool music, activity or entertainment. Adults like to have fun too! This place is better suited for those 60 years old and older. The only saving grace was our butler Rodney, he was pleasant, respectful and always accommodating. If you’re under the age of 55 you have to leave the resort to have fun.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel TRS Turquesa Hotel tuvo cosas excelentes y otras que realmente deberían mejorar, especialmente en accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad.

Primero queremos destacar el servicio de nuestro butler Edward, simplemente excepcional. Siempre atento, preocupado al 100% por nosotros y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. También la camarera fue muy amable y mantuvo nuestra habitación impecable todos los días.

El hotel es hermoso, con jardines espectaculares, excelentes shows de entretenimiento y una piscina donde recibimos un servicio maravilloso por parte de los mesoneros y chicas del área. Nuestro restaurante favorito fue Tentazione, excelente comida y atención.

Sin embargo, el check-in no fue la bienvenida que esperábamos. No recibimos las bebidas de bienvenida y sentimos poca atención al llegar. Además, nos sorprendió muchísimo que un hotel 5 estrellas no ofreciera silla de ruedas para huéspedes con discapacidad; tuvimos que rentarla por nuestra cuenta, algo que consideramos insólito en estos tiempos.

La accesibilidad necesita muchas mejoras. Aunque algunos baños tienen señalización para personas con discapacidad, realmente no están adaptados: faltan barras de apoyo en el inodoro y en las duchas. Nuestra habitación era hermosa, pero tampoco estaba preparada para personas con discapacidad, ya que no tenía barras de soporte ni acceso adecuado. Consideramos que el hotel debería contar con habitaciones realmente adaptadas y accesibles.

Three of us stayed here for 1 week as a girls' getaway. We had an absolutely wonderful week and were all impressed with the quality of the service, the amenities, and the well maintained property. Having our own butler available for the duration of the stay was a truly excellent touch that made this experience even better than I was anticipating. Randy was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in planning our activities and meals. We all agreed this was the best resort vacation we have ever had. Landscape was beautiful well kept but not luxury had ugly and outdated decor I had the end swim out pool suite and had no privacy everyone passing by looking in at us all day hate that also we didn’t get our $200 spending vouchers no one knew anything about smh what bother me the most is that for it to be a Latin Caribbean island there was no interacting with Latin Latin music and food it’s was mind boggling I ate so many different food from different countries but no Spanish or Latin food or culture of any kind
I was Truly disappointed paid way to much left unsatisfied I did enjoy the pool and beach and thank god for husband who bought a massage for me at the spa that was amazing thank you Santa she was great my butler was on point u can text him 24hrs He was available
