Es una posilga susio mal oliente page 3 noche y solo me que por una sola noche está WAN batey de Haitíano donde hay jente fumando marriguana y todo tipo de drogas yo te mi por la vida de mi hijas y mi familia rente 2 anotaciones y perdí mi dinero el lugar es orrible lo por que en mi vida eh visto no debería estar en Expidia de verdad que no

Yes it was loud at night . Yes it’s not super fancy either . However all that said . EVERYONE was very friendly. Everything worked, the breakfast was fine. Housekeeping cleaned anytime I asked . The pool was clean and the restaurant attached had really good food . If you’d like to go there cheaply then this place is for you.
I will go again . As I said , the staff was all VERY friendly .

The staff was very friendly and respectful. The installations are the worst. I am sure there are motels with better installations than this hotel.

There is a bar/disco that keeps playing music until 4 in the morning. The issue here is that they didn't even try it, and the windows don't have any kind of sound protection.

There is no hot water.

The breakfast is a joke: 1 egg, 1 coffee, 1 bread, and that's it.

But the worst part is the electrical installation; each time you plug something in, there is a crackling sound. All sockets are there, including the one in the bathroom.

We ended checking out on the second day and got an Airbnb for 30 USD more, way better.

I cannot overstate how false this listing is. We had our booking confirmed weeks in advance, yet upon arrival they had nothing ready for us and stuck us in a dirty, broken room with no running water and a very loud DJ outside the window until 4am.

The staff advertise being bilingual, yet they do not speak any language besides Spanish. The bedding was dirty, the pillows were downright absurd (think potato sack with a stained t-shirt as a cover), and the plumbing did not work.

The hotel is in an area that is risky for women, and our door did not properly close. We had booked 7 nights and left immediately the next morning as we arrived at midnight and had no other options but to stay for one.

We have since attempted to reach the property, with no luck, for a refund. Expedia opened a report for us and were also unable to reach the property. Therefore no refund. A complete waste of money, and an absolute tourist scam. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is near a night club which we didn’t know about. It was extremely loud until 4 or 5am. What made things worse is the smokes from outside. The air conditioner blue the smokes into the room from outside at night.

Nice place. property put a little bit wrong location. with is ok for Dominican Republic). It is not so close to the beach as on the map. it is 30 min walking or 8 min drive which is not bad. staff is good , location is the best for night life which is I was looking for. I give them 5 stars. Probably this place not for the family or individual who looking for luxury stay.

First of all I want to say that this hotel is located at a completely different address! The location is not near the beach, but near the clubs, which is 2 km away from what is indicated on the booking site! You can only get to the beach by cab. Because it takes half an hour to walk. Moreover, the road through the territory of the hotel with a closed area and have to bypass.
Breakfast is given on coupons - one person - one egg. Girls who cook, extremely unfriendly, you can see that it is a burden for them to receive guests.
Water is only cold and very weak pressure.
You can bruise your ass on the mattress, and the pillow feels like a sack of potatoes.
From 10pm until 3am you can't sleep because you will have to enjoy loud music from several nightclubs at the same time.
The room is full of ants, and when it rains (which is every day), water flows not from the window, but directly from the wall all over the floor. Terrible walls, mold on the ceiling and everything is very dilapidated, like from the 1960s. The TV shows one channel in Spanish. The door opens with a regular key, looks very flimsy, no bolt to lock from the inside. At night we propped it up with a nightstand because it didn't feel safe.
But there is a pool and the room is cheaper than all other hotels

Bedroom 101 had close but you couldn't put your clothes in there. Not prepared for it at all. Bathroom floor kept wet at all times because water is coming up??
TV not useful. Had cable message on screen asking to call to get fix?????

Restaurants, there is one right next door. And some others as well. They all very over price. Well, I am Dominican and I know punta cana is known to be just for tourist. So, I manage to walk 2 blocks a little away from tourists area and get more decent price.

But overall the hotel is totally misleading customers that is based on my own experiences there.

The first room had a hole in the wall and it rained heavily, so we woke up to a puddle in the middle of the room, they moved us the next day to another room that had a leaking ac unit. They did fix it the next day. the lady at the front was very bothered by my poor Spanish, and a couple of times refused to speak to me because of it. This hotel is a couple doors down from the loudest night club I have ever heard, and I was not aware of that when I booked. that part sucked. the free breakfast was an egg, a slice of cheese, a slice of ham and a slice of warm bread and coffee and juice. this is no more than a 2 star motel. I was told by a local that it was a hot spot for the prostitution that occurs at the nightclub. I def saw my share, but to be honest, they didn't bother me at all. All the guests were very nice. the parking lot was tough as well.

We booked a riom for two via Expedia. The room was noted as reserved for us. When we got htere late at night after a long bus journey, we were told our room had been booked out and no other rooms were available. This led to us dragging our suitcases around to look for another hotel which we eventually found for more than twice the price! Shame on you Expedia Nd most of all shame on Hotel Maracas!😒

It was 30 outside and the air con stopped working, there was rain getting through the ceiling all over the tiled floor. I paid more than double for a junior suite i complained and receptionist tried to give me a small very poor room with no water and said i couldn’t have any refund. Written on the wall says hotel policy no refund given, that is a bad advertisement

It is located next to Drink point which is a club that opens at 8pm and closes at 2am. My room was on the club side and was hard to sleep.
There was a few ants that were traveling through my room.
I did feel very welcomed there. The staff was very nice and made me feel like family. I loved the restaurant connected to the place next store. I would stay there again if I have the chance. It is a good price. I would just request the other side of the hotel which I’m sure is less noisy.

I regularly travel solo and don’t expect much from cheap places but. The ad blatantly lied about the distance from the beach. It’s a 40minute walk or 10 minute drive. Drink point is next door and plays music so so so very loud I couldn’t sleep at night until 6am. Only let you pay cash because you can’t get any refund from them. My door knob would come off if pulled on. The staff except a few seemed to not care about being polite. I got robbed next door at a club that is really a brothel. The whole place is mainly used for sleeping with escorts. If you like prostitution this place would be perfect but for a nice beach trip I’d avoid.

For the price maybe it is not so bad. The wifi doesn’t really work. Loud club noises come from at least 3 different places nearby. You won’t be able to sleep.
If you need a roof for a night, get this.

This property is really nice for the price. I would stay there Again. The pool is Little small but very clean. The room was big, bathroom was clean with some upgrades. The table on the patio was not Kennett and only 1 chair. The doors to the position were very hard to open. The staff were very nice and acclimatinh . Over all it was a nice hotel to stay. Oh and breakfast was included

the room they gave me the smallest room, even the toilet seat they have sink next to it you can not even fit it was disaster. their windows weren’t even closing you can’t sleep non stop music cross the street, cuz windows don’t even close the sound was horrible.
every 2-3 hours waking up and trying to sleep!

The receptionist was so rude during my sejour. I do not understand why the change rate was against the ameican dollar. she said first us dollar. When I asked about the change that she gave me and I said I will pay in dollar she was not happy. I am not sure I will be back. I came several times before that incident.

The place is in good proximity to popular tourist areas in Punta Cana DR. 😀 The hot water went out every now and then and the televison did not work and the internet connection WiFi was dreadfully sloooooow.😞. Great Great Staff and overall clean room with almost 24/7 music playing in the neighborhood because the hotel is close to a club ans musical restaurant😁
