The pool options were great, room was nice, any problems were resolved quickly. One note if you have food allergies make sure you communicate with the staff each time you order and read the menu to see if allergens are there, we had a mix up but it was okay luckily.

Our stay at the resort was overall great! We stayed at the family selection and our butler Raquel was AMAMZING! He truly made our stay easy and carefree. Some of the restaurants weren’t great and service was mediocre. But overall was had a wonderful trip! We highly recommend the chic cabaret…the entertainment was outstanding!

Requesting amenities prior were not acknowledged. However recovery through our concierge was great, they gave us complimentary massages to make up for it.
Raphael was the highlight of the staff for us, the spa was great, and housekeeping was amazing. My only issue was the food and beverage. Coming from that industry, I guess my expectations were kind of high, but they could definitely improve on the quality of food and friendliness of some of the staff. Currently we are experiencing issues with the photos we paid for from our only excursion. (Still havent recieved them.)

DO NOT BE LATE TO YOUR RESERVATIONS AT ANY OF THE SHOW RESTAURANTS. we accidently went to the wrong restaurant at first; were about 15 minutes late because of that, and our seats were given away and we had to wait another 90 minutes before we could sit down.

Be careful of taking the \"tour\" of the property because they will mislead you into believing it is just a tour and its actually a huge sales pitch on a 15- 40 vacation package. It was a little uncomfortable throughout the entire process, we had to tell the salesman(tour guide) no along with his supervisor and manager. If thats something you are interested in, great, otherwise it was a little misleading.
requesting things over the phone from the room were either ignored or we received a response a day later.

Besides that, the property was beautiful, the drinks were flowing and we always had a nice selection of options for food.

First time in Punta Cana and fell in love with Grand Palladium Bávaro Select. We arrived to a 1st class welcome by staff and escorted to Family Selection lobby. Property well maintained. Ingrid immediately explained our all inclusive package made check-in fast and easy. We then were introduced to our favorite person of the trip “Juan” our butler. Juan made our stay relaxing and enjoyable he would respond to our request promptly and made all of dinner and spa reservations (Angela y Diana at the spa were awesome) he made us feel like family. Room was spacious and kept clean by Silvia. We loved the food variety. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at a different location everyday. Gorgeous beach well maintained. There was a great variety of evening events throughout all properties. But after dinner or an event we would end up at the Bavaro lobby bar or the TRS pool bar. The staff at these locations were amazing and made us feel like long time friends. Bavaro bar everyone was amazing but Luis and Heriberto stood out. At TRS pool bar Sandy, Maria and Estafany were always on point with the drinks. Jorge at the Sumptouri was amazing he interacted with everyone including the little ones. Francisco I believe was at Boheme was also attentive and nice. Dubraska entertained us during our Argentine dinner. Victor, Edwin PTC, Starling, Julio TRS drivers were awesome. Floribel at the travel group was professional. Rosemayra made checkout quick and easy.

Nuestro mayordomo Juan Jalpay estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Él causó que nuestra estancia estuvo muy agradable, sin contratiempos, con mucho apoyo y facilitándonos todas las reservaciones y transporte por el hotel. Hace su trabajo con mucha dedicación y disponibilidad en cualquier momento del día, siempre amable, con buena actitud y sonrisa.
El Wi-Fi estuvo intermitente en días de mucho viento y la señal se iba de repente.
En los restaurantes se tardaron mucho para atendernos y traernos la comida explicando que son muchos huéspedes para el tamaño del restaurante y cocinas...
Buena calidad del alcohol. Muchas opciones de hacer ejercicio. Nos divertimos mucho y no quisimos irnos! Nos encantaron estas vacaciones.

Room was very clean and comfortable. There were multiple restaurants and pool we could access. Despite that, we didn’t felt that there was much difference among them. The beach was beautiful but it was windy. Entertainment was very good. We had possibility through our package to have concierge service and we highly recommend Rafael that was very helpful in various occasions. Overall experience was good!

We booked this last minute and did not know much about the hotel or the facilities, other than what was on Expedia. Our flight was late and we got in late to the resort. Being upgraded to the Family Select area was a nice welcome and as our 5-day stay progressed, we realized how much of a bonus this actually was. Access to Rafael, the butler, was amazing. He was able to book us better times for each of our dinners than we were able to get on our own. He also managed to get my wife a massage when the Spa was booked up. Each day he checked in on us and was very attentive. The Family Selection rooms are each part of an 8 room/apartment Villa. They are modern and spacious and set in well-kept grounds. The family select area also has its own pool with a bar and plenty of loungers and cabannas. There were always free ones, no matter what time you went. At the other pools, and the beach, loungers get taken very early. The food was good and plentiful, both buffets and a la carte restaurants. The only disappointment was La Lola, the Spanish restaurant. Service was slow and the food was not very good, which was a shame, especially as the hotel chain is Spanish-owned. The beach is great and good for swimming. Our snorkelling excursion (from Bolin Dive, the company that is based on the beach in front of the hotel) was well run and great fun. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and a large turf soccer field that we played on. We would definitely go again.

The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that seems particularly suited for an older crowd. The staff members were very kind, professional, and attentive throughout our time there, which we truly appreciated. However, despite the positive aspects of the environment and service, our overall experience as guests of color was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we often felt out of place and as though we did not fully belong in that space. While the property and staff have many admirable qualities, based on our personal experience, I would not recommend it for people of color visiting as guests. Also, it’s boring if you’re young and the food is not the best!

Had a rough start on a 7 day stay.. water leak the first night, resulting in moving us to a better room. The second room had its own challenge, which was rectified... over all first two days were really rough. The staff was highly responsive and were apologetic for the inconvenience. They made it up by offering free Spa treatments.

Over all pretty good facilities, excellent and clean beach, all-inclusive had good variety for breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner options included both buffet and multiple restaurant options (not all restaurants were good).
Over all a good resort if considering all-inclusive option. I Recommend it!!

Room was very good, we are seniors so they put us right close to the beach. The territory is large but there were convenient electric carts that we used to go to the main lobby area for breakfast.
The restaurants were really good and we liked the food.
we stayed in early February so construction was not finished near the beach.

We would like to thank Rafel for being very helpful. He booked all our restaurants for us, explained the hotel and area, and got us a doctor when we had a medical emergency. He also made sure to put us in one of the villas near the beach so that it would be easier for us to walk, and he downloaded the app for us.

Staff overall was very kind and brought us tablets with the menu when we struggled with the menu qr codes. The hotel is not super accessible from a digital perspective since all the restaurants have to be booked in the app (and dinner bookings are mandatory!), all the menus are in the app, the room service are in the app, and we could never get the restaurant qr code to work for us.

The entire property was beautiful.. just breath taking. The pools and property was always clean with staff maintaining the property all day. My butler Rafael Peguero was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, checked in on us everyday, made sure we were taken care of even when he was off, he made our stay so much better. The personal touches he provided for my birthday was everything. The dinner and the rose petals in the room was amazing!
