The property was massive and we loved how easy it was to find dinner, late food, drinks, shops or even emergency items. Our room was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and even a shorter 1 minute walk to the pool, which was really nice. The room was always clean and stocked for us too! The rest of the staff were very friendly, inviting, helpful and accommodating to us. Our Butler, Robinson, helped us with anything and everything that we needed, and even made sure we got back home okay! The service was above and beyond, and we will be back!

We arrive after a smooth airport transfer provided through Expedia, which will be reviewed separately

Upon arrival we were greeted and brought into the lobby as we had booked a family select suite. We were brought into a private waiting area that was air-conditioned and provided drink service and snacks for our son.

We had arrived a little bit before our check-in time so we had to wait for our room, but that was no fault of the hotels just the way the flights aligned the staff got us into our room as soon as possible

The room itself was beautiful and very clean. The mini bar was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable.

Throughout our trip, we relied heavily on our butler Raul and a young woman from guest services named Lizbeth. They each provided exceptional service tending to our needs, booking reservations, assisting us in taking a trip into town on our own and providing information that made our trip more enjoyable. I can’t say enough how much I went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

My only complaint is the lack of local food on the property and while I understand, they have to cater to a wide variety of pallets. With the numerous restaurants on the property, you think one of them would have traditional Dominican food. The food that was available was delicious and the selection was huge. Our favorite place to hang out at the end of the day was the select Bavaro lobby bar. Great drinks!

Rooms were very clean and inviting. AC wasn’t the greatest at times. Staff had a hard time communicating in English to a point where it was getting a little frustrating but we also don’t know Spanish so it works both ways. Communicating in Mexico is easier than DR. Beach was very clean and they did their best removing sargassum (June) no issues there. Food was edible and got us by although I wouldn’t say it was worth paying the price we did. No one got sick. There weren’t many beach or pool activities so I’d say this resort is great for relaxing. 7/10. I’ll be back for Punta Cana but a different resort!

The facilities are nice. Every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our butler Rafael was the best and accommodated us in everything we needed. The chofeur Luisito made us feel like family and was very helpful. La Lola was our favorite restaurant and Cristian accommodated our needs seamlessly in La Lola and La Adelita. In entertainment our favorite were Mauricio and Jeffrey. They did a marvelous job in the Il Divo show and we enjoyed it very much. The spa was nice and amenities section was very nice. My massage therapist Yaneris was great. We left wanting to come back and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

What I liked- Property & services were top notch. Staff was very friendly. Place was neat & inviting.
What I did not like- The traveler’s club was a waste of precious time. While the program may make sense to some it did not for me. They need to work on strategies to make the program more transparent. It looked fishy all along. To sum it up, when we raised concern about time wasted & asked how much the program would cost, we were given the highest quote by the so called Manager only to discover later from another guest that there were various levels.
Juan was very helpful with daily updates & dinner reservations.

I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Select in Punta Cana and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very large, with multiple pools, a wide variety of restaurants, and plenty of activities to keep guests entertained throughout their stay. The food selection was excellent, and there was always something different to enjoy.

The beach was lovely, although there was some seaweed along the shoreline that could have been cleaned up a bit more. That said, it’s a natural occurrence and did not take away from the overall enjoyment of the resort.

A special thank you to my Expedia concierge, Juan Jalpay, who was an excellent addition to the experience. He kept me informed about the daily activities, assisted with dinner reservations, and was always helpful and professional. His attention to detail made the trip even more enjoyable and stress free.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. If you’re looking for a large resort with plenty of dining options, pools, activities, and excellent service, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Select Punta Cana.

We landed early and got to the hotel at noon. Our room wasn't ready so we went to the buffet for lunch. At around 2pm we went back to the lobby to see if our room was ready. People who were just coming in and checking in were getting their rooms so I asked again if our room was ready. Finally after asking we received our room. Once we got to our room, there were some bugs on the couch which they opened up for us. They quickly gave us a new room and it was great. The place is HUGE, staff is very friendly. Butler service could have been better, we were not so happy with ours.

I booked a last-minute trip for my daughter and I and we received VIP service throughout the entire trip. Starting from pick up at the airport to drop off at the hotel. From VIP check-in to 24/7 Butler services. Anything and everything we wanted and needed, was taken care of by our butler. Expectations were surpassed beyond measure. Traveled to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and it was an amazing experience. Booking with Expedia was definitely the best way to book it. Hotel was spotless and the staff was amazing, friendly and professional. We were greeted by Indry and Rigoberto who checked us in and gave us a great overview of what was to come. After that we met Hector, amazing human being, he was great, extremely professional and efficient, he helped us get restaurant reservations, facilitated transport inside the villas, decorated our room to surprise my wife on her birthday; words hardly do any justice to his level of work. Then the pool, the staff at the pool were amazing, they provided an excellent atmosphere and helped us have a blast. Narez, Elizabeth, Fidelina and Carlos were simply incredible. The restaurants provided a huge amount of options, The Nest was a great option and the manager Angel went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. Las Torres was another great option and our waitress Karina was great, she was energetic, enthusiastic and had a great attitude. And then we have two of the most charismatic workers we met La Tulca and Barbie Black; we found them everywhere, in the nightly shows, leading water aerobics at the pool, providing a great atmosphere everywhere they went, they were great. The experience was so amazing I was sad I had to leave, I'll definitely come back with family for a longer stay.

We stayed in a room with a private pool and it was fabulous. The room was very clean! We felt safe our entire trip. Everything we ate was fabulous. The resort itself was well maintained. Too many beach vendors and the beach area was not clean. Butler, cart driver, cleaning services were all fabulous. Do not agree to take a tour of the grounds it turns into a sales presentation that takes about 4 hours. Load the Whats App before you go for easy communication with your butler.

The property is massive and beautiful. We loved everything about the property. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Juan was amazing and made sure he took great care of us. We loved that although it was a calming zen like property, there was enough entertainment to not be bored. The food was ok. The best restaurant on the property was the Argentinian restaurant, La Paisana. Unfortunately the Japanese restaurant made us a little sick. But that doesn’t take away from our wonderful experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the palladium. Our concierge Rafael was especially awesome and made our stay here exceptional. Along with Luis and several other staff they all made our trip fantastic. I must say however that I was truly disappointed that there was no food from the Dominican Republic. The food taste at most of the restaurants is very underwhelming. To get good food you must leave the resort. The buffet places are pretty good but otherwise the food is disappointing. The pools were nice but we spent most of our time at Helios beach club at the TRS Turquesa where the pools and beach are kid free😁. Great place to stay just ask Rafael for the best places to eat😁. Enjoy!!!

We had amazing vacation thanks to our butler Juan. He made sure to make reservations for dinners, helped us with excursions, reached out every day to let us know what specials they have on each day and even the weather updates. It was truly game changer for us, having a worry free vacation. We stayed at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro, highly recommended. And if you like coconut water, just ask one of the garden guys (green uniforms) they get you the fresh one of the tree. And you will find best breakfast at The Nest and best beef ribs at El Dorado (reservations needed).

The pool options were great, room was nice, any problems were resolved quickly. One note if you have food allergies make sure you communicate with the staff each time you order and read the menu to see if allergens are there, we had a mix up but it was okay luckily.
