By no means should this be considered a B&B. It is in a sketchy area and has a dinghy surroundings and lobby. The rooms are very very tight with sparse furniture.

Séjour compliqué dans cet hôtel problème quand je suis arrivé avec mon enregistrement qui était pas bien fait soit disant on voulait me faire payer alors que j avais déjà payé en passant par hôtels.com je suis bien resté 30 minutes a attendre ma chambre ensuite première chambre la clim ne fonctionnait pas alors qu il fesait très chaud sur Grenoble je redescends a l accueil on me change de chambre je déménage mes affaires et la pareil ps de clim je pète un câble redescends la personne a l accueil monte dans ma.chambre essai de la faire fonctionner et me trouve une excuse bidon 0bref que c est l hôtel qui a réglé la clim comme cela donc ok je prends la douche et environ 30 minutes après on frappe a ma porte et on me dit que l' on m'a trouvé une chambre avec clim donc je redemenage tout bref je tiens juste a préciser que la personne de l accueil a ete très patient et sympa mais je pense que c est un jeune en formation ou débutant et que sont supérieurs était peinard chez lui

Avons reçu par hotel.com un message nous informons sur la demarche à suivre en cas d'arrivée tardive. Ce qui fut le cas. Reception fermée. Et le code fourni... n'était pas le bon ! A 23 heures passées !

L'établissement est en train d'être rénové cela lui fait le plus grand bien impossible de regarder la télé car l'accès parental était demandé soirée très décevante pensez à mettre une paroi plastifiée voir en verre dans la douche car peu de place à cause du rideau qui colle ce matin à 8h alors du petit-déjeuner il y avait des manques au niveau pain bacon literie confortable hôtel calme facilité pour se garer

Non si riusciva a muoversi e c'era solo una sedia.la doccia era parzialmente otturata.Utilizzo spesso questa catena di alberghi ma questa volta sono stata un po' delusa. Vuol dire che tornerò all'IBIS!

J’ai eu un litige avec le réceptionniste car juste après mon départ de l’hôtel ils m’on débité 80€ de mon compte pour une indemnité fumeur sachant que j’ai payer la nuit 67€ dès mon arrivé, alors que ça puer le canabis dans tout l’hôtel a peine arriver dans l’ascenseur l’odeur vous monte au nez et c’est pire arriver à l’étage, je ne comprends pas pourquoi j’ai devrais payer à la place des autres, je ne vais pas me laisser faire j’exige le remboursement de ces 80€

Pas de réception ouverte à l'arrivée. Obligée de remettre notre carte de crédit dans la machine et de repayer notre chambre alors qu'on avait déjà payé sur le site. Cela nous a été remboursé mais nous avons perdu du temps à attendre l'ouverture de la réception puis été obligé de rappeler après notre départ pour nous faire rembourser. Personnel à la réception aimable mais la personne contactée par interphone via la machine pour obtenir la clef très désagréable.

Lit assez confortable, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle petite douche avec rideau de douche et toilette pas très propre à notre arrivés, mais surtout une odeur de cigarette froide++ dans la chambre nous avons aéré la chambre avant de dormir mais l’odeur était très présente de même dans l’étage.
