A great nights sleep.
This hotel was ideally located to the customer site I was visiting.
Also a McDonald's close by..4 min walk if you fancy a cheeky burger.
Also a large grocery shop Crafour beside it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only minor complaint was the breakfast sometimes did not have some items always available.
However the staff were attentive once made aware.
Lovely view of the mountains ans wow comfortable bed.

Needs a hotel near to the CHU hospital, so was very convenient for me, hotel was quiet, clean and good value for money. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Saturday as we were hungry, I would have booked elsewhere if realised!!

Would I recommend, I think yes if you upgrade to privilege as superior was just basic, 1 small bottle of Evian in fridge for 2 people, when advertise free bottled water, room was so hot but deemed too cold to put on a/c even though was 28c outside.

The location doesn't make this hotel the perfect spot for tourist and visit or Grenoble, as you will need to drive downtown and park, with minimum convenience, but for business, it was perfect.

The staff was very nice. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was good. A nice restaurant very close walking distance, and a large shopping complex (which we avoided, but is there if you need it. We had our dog with us and she was welcome. There were lots of areas to walk her in the nearby neighborhoods.

WE would not have stayed if were knew there were extensive renovations taking place. The good thing was the room and the food. There should be a way for a hotel to inform potential guests that there are renovations taking place on the date of any future stay.

Excellent service, brilliant staff. The hotel is well located and I believe if you like skiing, it is just ideal! Room facilities are excellent- at least on the privilege rooms-, the restaurant is very good and its access to the main motorway is very easy. If you are lucky to have an upgraded room, the views are stunning!

The room was clean and comfortable, but I could find no way of switching on the air conditioning or minibar fridge. It was expensive, especially considering breakfast was not included, but luckily I was able to move the next day to a wonderful hostel for families with patients in Grenoble Hospital.

Close to Grenoble
Hotel Alpha is about a ten or fifteen minute drive from downtown Grenoble and has easy access from the A41. The restaurant food is good, especially the buffet breakfast. Rooms are fairly small, but well equipped. Try the patisserie next door for take-out lunch.

Problème de clé magnétique qui ne fonctionne pas après deux allers retour à la réception un agent nous accompagne une 3e fois à la porte pour constater que la serrure ne fonctionne pas !! On décide de nous uograder et de nous changer de chambre. Plutôt appréciable. Dans la nouvelle chambre : la climatisation soufflé frais voir froid malgré le thermostat mis à fond. Le chauffage de la salle d'eau ne fonctionne pas non plus !!!

Das Hotel war nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Es gefiel uns aber sehr dort. Die Betten waren super, das Frühstück vielfältig, die Bedienung freundlich. Feine, umweltfreundliche Pflegeprodukte. Einziger Wermutstropfen: das hoteleigene Restaurant war am Sonntagabend geschlossen. Es war äusserst schwierig, ein gutes zu finden, das freie Plätze hatte. Die Taxispesen hin und zurück zum empfohlenen Ort waren höher als das Essen selbst...

Fin modtagelse, god betjening. Hotellet gik designmæssigt i stå i 80'erne og kunne godt trænge til en kærlig hånd og visuel opdatering. Spiste til aften i hotelles restaurant og fik en bøf, som var så sej, at den var nærmest uspiselig. De fire stjerner er falmet til en to'er i min optik.

Le lendemain matin on m'a dit : \"Ah mais il n'y a pus rien à payer, c'est déjà fait sur votre carte bleue.\" et j'ai reçu ma facture par mél dans la foulée. Ce n'est pas très correct.
