Séjour très agréable, acceuil très bien, grande propriété dans la chambre et climatisation vétuste mais fonctionnel et efficace, seul bemol le café du distributeur est infect et a base d'instantane .restaurants à proximité au top.

. I tried to get hold of thé hotel to annonce late arrival, but impossible to get hold of them (occupied). Fortunately, they called me just before leaving for the evening but I was surprised they asked for my credit card data, otherwise I wokld have not been able to access the room. Also, the login on the automatic teller was fastidious and did not work on one of both rooms !

Hotel as hotel.... They take 75€ security caution and don't give it back so room cost 120€ instead 45 € so I'm still waiting for my money .... They don't answer the phone so it's a big problem

Je suis venu avec deux enfants dont un de 4 ans et l'autre de 2 ans quand nous arrivons dans la chambre je trouve que c'est plutôt bien mais la chambre sur la gauche un chien qui ne fait que hurler le monsieur n'apprécie pas forcément des enfants cogne contre le mur et sors de sa chambre pour me donner des noms d'oiseaux je finis par m'endormir vers 22h30 puis réveiller vers 23h par un groupe d'individus très très bruyant s'en suit à côté de l'hôtel des courses de running et la chambre de droite sera occupé par un couple qui sera très bruyant jusqu'à plus de 3h du matin au moment où je m'endors bien sûr à 7h un autre groupe d'individus très bruyant également résultats j'ai très peu dormi et cela est ma pire expérience hôtelière

It's a budget hotel on the student district. Set your expectations accordingly and you'll be fine. There is a generic restaurant within 500m that satisfies. The area's safe enough.

Located close to the motorway (noise not audible) on the east side of Grenoble. Allowed us to stop within striking distance of the ski resorts (1 hr 15 to Alp d'Huez) and hence had a full day on the slopes.

Also, the fire alarm is very sensible to the smoke from the shower and we ere woken up in the middle of the night by a false alarm because of the smoke from someone else shower.

OK for one night on the road for one person
I knew this was labeled a 1 star property, but did not realize that it's on the low end of even that category. Although there's enough sleeping space for 3 people, the rest of the room is really only suitable for one person in my opinion. The bathroom made me feel like I was on a spacecraft, with barely enough room for me inside the shower. It met my requirement for a cheap place to stay for a night on the road, but it probably would have been worth spending a little more for the next notch up the category. The neighborhood was a significant drawback, though perhaps less so when the university is in session. Definitely skip the breakfast and spend the 5 euros at a nearby grocery store or cafe instead.

We were very surprised by the hotel for what we paid for the room it was far better than we thought it would be. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Spotlessly clean room with decent sized comfortable double bed - shower & toilet was a little pokey though that didn't bother me personally - smallish room but you don't book a motel to stay in the room anyway. A/C struggled to cope with the summer heat but just about kept the room cool in the evening. Location was out in the university area (very quiet in August) but a 5min walk takes you to the tram which whizzes you into the centre of town for only a couple of euros and runs to 1am. Didn't bother with breakfast as it was very limited, but overall for the money was very happy.

Cheap and cheerful hotel with selection of restaurants in area. Easy commute to Grenoble town which had wide variety and shops, restaurants and places of interest. Would definitely stay in this chain again for cheap overnight stop whilst travelling on. Ticked all our boxes, particularly price.

Franchement établissement horrible des cafards dans les chambres, tout est sale ! La douche affreuse, 1 mettre carrer , impossible de régler l’eau chaude ! Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et on avait une chambre avec 2 lits simples..... j'avais pris l'option de payer sur placecet la chambre etait plus chère que lors de la réservation...... A l'otel personnel yres sympathique et sinon l'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes....

Il est demandé une caution de 75€ en arrivant, je n’ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel.
Ensuite en rentrant dans la chambre une odeur d’urine et de tabac froid, il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans les coins de la chambre.
La porte se ferme mal ce qui laisse un jour de 2cm en bas.
