when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom!

Maybe we just picked the wrong day and got a bad room, toilet seat broke, no we are not heavyweights, air con that was so noisy I thought it was a fire alarm and restaurant close on a Friday night, now what’s that all about, went to local pizza place for food as it was within walking distance (don’t go there, go into town).
Very friendly staff but let down by above points, would I stay again? If it was cheep enough, maybe.

Dès l'arrivée, j'ai constaté que la chambre n'était pas propre il manquait des serviettes pour la douche, le cache-sommier était absent, et le sommier lui-même était taché, avec une odeur désagréable, ce qui était vraiment repoussant. Des toiles d'araignée étaient présentes, et les toilettes étaient également sales.
Le pire restait le bruit: impossible de dormir le matin ou de se reposer. La femme de ménage faisait énormément de bruit dès le début de la matinée, et ce vacarme a duré jusqu'à 13h. Portes qui claquent, aspirateur, discussions fortes dans les couloirs... C'était invivable pour espérer un peu de calme pendant le séjour.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement tant qu'un vrai effort ne sera pas fait sur la propreté, l'hygiène et le respect du repos des clients

je suis très déçu, il faisait -2° à notre arrivée à 21h à l’extérieur la chambre au bout du couloir non chauffé, il a fallu une heure avant d’avoir un peu de chaleur et de pouvoir faire une douche le carrelage salle de bain très froid et très désagréable de poser les pieds par terre dans la salle de bain dans la chambre. Une pancarte à peine visible stipulant qu’il faut demander pour avoir le ménage dans la chambre donc à notre grande surprise Lorsque nous sommes revenus en fin de journée la chambre n’avait pas été touchée aucune serviette changée, il a fallu aller à l’accueil pour avoir des nouvelles serviettes. le point positif. L’accueil a été très bon le jour de notre arrivée.

La bouilloire était remplie de dépôts de calcaire et même après plusieurs rinçages il en restait encore.
Enfin, j’ai commandé un verre qui était rempli de résidus de textile.

J'aime le concept porte fenêtre dans la chambre. Quand on a un chien, c'est très pratique ! Clim très bonne. Petite baignoire. Literie ok. Je viens de temps en temps et ce ne sont jamais de mauvaises nuits. Je le trouve tout de même un peu cher quant à la concurrence.

L’hôtel porte très mal son nom : mal insonorisé, mal isolé et mal chauffé. La literie est peu confortable, la salle de bain vieillissante. Le ménage laisse aussi à désirer. Séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pour affaire. il me semble que les chambres sont bien adaptés à ce type de séjour. Facile d'accès, facilité de stationnement sont très appréciable. Très proche de la zone de Meylan, petit déjeuner correcte. J'y retournerai si j'ai de nouveau besoin pour le travail dans le coin.

Je reviens à la chambre ou plutôt à la douche. Le récipient pour le liquide de douche était vide.

Nous venions en grande partie pour un weekend à la montagne (Le Sappey) et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Accueil très sympathique avec des personnes charmantes qui nous ont beaucoup conseillé.
