We loved our stay here! We spent a few days visiting our daughter who is studying at the local university and the room we reserved was perfect for the three of us! It was very spacious and modern, and included a kitchenette that made it easy for us to eat a few meals in. The location was ideal and the sauna was amazing.

Excellent well-appointed bedroom, bathroom and lounge with sofa bed, table, chairs and kitchen area. Swimming pool area lovely and good choice at optional breakfast. However there is no change of towels or cleaning daily. This was not advised to us in advance and costs 8 Euros per day extra if required although the reception was willing to give us clean towels if needed. Please note that the restaurant/bar gets very busy and the music very loud until morning, therefore, best to reserve table in advance to eat and request room away from bar if you require a quiet room. Restaurant Le garage nearby is excellent and well worth a visit for ambience food and wine. No easy public transport to centre of Grenoble therefore a car is advisable.

Small and not an apartment.
The location close to my office was nice but there is nothing in the area open at night or on the weekends. The room was very small for an \"apartment\" it was not really an apartment at all. Just a small hotel room with a 2 burner cook top, small frig and sink. No couch to relax on, No measuring cups pot holders or paper towel. By US standards this falls very short. I was there for 3 weeks and they only changed my sheets and towels twice after I asked several times because it was very hot and their ac did not get very cold, i would sweat every night. They even removed one of my bath and hand towels after they realized it was only me in the room. I really do not like the bathroom sink as it is flat and does not drain well. Hard to rinse after brushing teeth. The Tub/shower is hard to get in to because of it's height and the glass only covers 1/4 of the area so most of the water goes on the floor.

Very nice and tidy hotel/ apartment with pool. We stayed there for one night. The airco was very good and the pool was also very good. The breakfast was also very good. Everyone was so polite and everything was so clean. I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was a pity we had to travel further the other day. When we checked out the people from the hotel gave us 4 bottles of water for the road. Just super!

Never again.
First we made the mistake of trying to check in 1 hour early. Although the parking lot was completely empty at 2PM on a Sunday. So we we waited until 3 PM to check in. We saw no one in the lobby but the front desk clerk. At 3PM we got a handicap room next to the elevator and when we asked for another room we were told they were all handicap rooms. Well ours was the only one in the hall that had a handicap sticker. Go figure all the other stickers must have fell off.
On the other end the staff was concerned that we checkout exactly on time as they called the room early to remind us of the time.
We won't make this mistake again. You should avoid the surly front desk people too.

Great hotel with kitchenette which was incredibly well equipped. They even had a potato peeler. If they were to add salt and pepper it would have been beyond what you can expect. The area is industrial and there is not much around, but easy access to places around Grenoble. We had a great stay.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Quartier Gabriel restaurant next door is very good, but can get busy some nights. The hotel is situated minutes from the A41 autoroute so is very useful for visiting local businesses, and if the locations you visit are to the East of Grenoble you can avoid the rush hour traffic there, whilst still having quick access into the town if required. The hotel is quite new and offers a budget hotel service. Many things are optional extras but the room rate is very good and the extras are not overpriced (e.g. 1.10 EUR for WiFi access per night).

The hotel is close to a lot of different businesses, but not much in the way of entertainment and food. Each business in the area is surrounded by fences, so be prepared to walk a long distance, even if your visiting a business that's only across a parking lot. The hotel is nice, but the third floor A/C is horrible. When I asked the front desk to look into it, they simply told me \"it works as intended.\" I believe this is more of a cultural difference than anything, but expect that rooms on the third floor easily hit 80 degrees (F) during the summer. You can cool down at night with the window open, but expect loud music and crowds late into the night (3am) on the weekends from the attached restaurant.

L'hébergement et le staff sont impeccable, l'équipe d'entretien fait un boulot super, c'est propre et ça sent bon. Le lit est confortable, la petite cuisinette s'avère pratique. En temps d'été et de canicule, la piscine pourrait rester disponible plus tard, 20h c'est trop tôt. Un change de serviette aurait été apprécié pour 4 nuits, il faut demander, rien d'alarmant ! Super bien situé comme point central pour visiter les Alpes ou la région de Grenoble... J'y retournerais sans hésiter

ちょうど季節の変わり目で全館暖房が入っていた。スイッチをオフにしても暑い。仕方なく窓を開ける。ハイウェイの騒音、階下のバーでの歓声が気になる。一番気になるのは蚊の侵入。一晩中蚊と戦う必要がある。あと部屋からの眺望を楽しみにしていたが目の前にはデカイ建物が有る。プールの反対側の部屋がいいかもしれない。あとこれは明らかに当方の落ち度だが、チェックアウト前日にカバンの中に入れていた財布から日本の紙幣を3枚だけ抜かれた。恐らくここに財布を入れてあるのを知っていてタイミングを図っていたのだろう!皆さんもセーフティボックスを活用しましょう。ちなみに同僚はもっとやられました。

L’établissement est très propre et très fonctionnel, l’appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et copieux ! En revanche, problème lors de l’arrivée : le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas de trace de mon paiement effectué en ligne sur Hotels.com. Je lui ai montré la réservation sur mon application et il n’a pas posé de problème supplémentaire. Autre point à signaler : mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, une personne a parlé assez fort jusqu’à 4 h du matin dans une chambre proche, nous l’avons bien entendu.
