Great hotel for a short overnight stay. Close enough to the main roads with secure parking and still walking distance to be able to get something to eat. I will admit I've been there before which was a factor in my choice and would go there again.

Straightforward, affordable hotel on the outskirts of Grenoble. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good, simple restaurant for convenient dinners. In the middle of an industrial estate, although centre of Grenoble is easily accessible by 15-20 tram from nearby station.

This is not an expensive level of hotel and I did not have any high expectations in it. I knew what I paid for. However, the least I expect is that the property is clean. The room is probably the dirtiest I’ve staid in. We even founded a cracked boiled egg besides the bed. Carpets were all filthy, bad smell, really bad experience. I cannot help but rating it poorly.

The internet was fast, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the
bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and professional. It's convenient for the university, but perhaps on a first visit to Grenoble you might prefer to stay in the historic centre. This hotel is on an industrial estate, next to a Mercedes dealer and some other small manufacturing facilities.

This is a budget hotel, but quite good for the price. The room was quite adequate and was clean. One thing that I really liked was their restaurant. The food was quite good, and it was very convenient to be have the option to eat dinner right there at the hotel. The breakfast was also quite good. The location of the hotel was also quite convenient---very close to the tramway stop. All in all, I liked staying at ibis. If I were to complain about something, it would be the AC in the room that did not work so well, but I guess that is not an uncommon thing in that area.

Great breakfast!

The room was small but well equipped for a one night stay. The staff was excellent. Very helpful, polite and responsive. The breakfast was much better than expected with a good assortment of items including fresh croissants and pains au chocolat. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

More than acceptable for the price

I needed a room for two adults and a baby near the softball field, and this was perfect. Check-in took less than two minutes, the lady at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and bilingual, and there was a family restaurant nearby for a quick dinner. The room was clean, the WiFi was sufficiently speedy (though I didn't try to stream anything), and the bed was comfortable.

The room was tiny, with barely enough floorspace to move around the beds, and we had to unplug the TV to charge ur phones as it was one of only two outlets in the room; fortunately I travel with a multi-plug charger. Also, the restaurant was closed (it is apparently only open Monday through Friday?) which is why we had to find a restaurant nearby, but that was no problem. We would likely stay here again in the future.

Great Value Hotel

I was amazed at the size and quality of the room given the price of the room. The service was great and it was very helpful to have 24 hour service at reception and the bar where we were able to get something to eat at 10 pm.

The hotel is in an industrial area, so it appeared to me that there weren't many restaurants around. The hotel was fine, but there's no frills. It matched the price. The AC did not work. It is about a 10 minute car drive to central Grenoble.

As always IBIS rooms are clean and comfortable.
Room a little small with a child's bed in but we can live with that as they're such good value.

Probably just a little dated especially in the bathroom which although very clean needed a refurb.
Be careful, the toilet seat is cheap plastic and moves when sat on, quite dangerous really.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Didn't have breakfast as prefer to do our own thing.
One negative point the wire from the telephone trialled behind the head end of the child's bed. We unplugged it overnight as this is definately a hazard for young children.
Beautiful scenery around hotel.
Would definately stay here again.

Séjour éprouvant où je n'ai pas pu me reposer. A mon arrivée il n'y avait pas de serviette ni de tapis de bain.
Beaucoup de bruits dû aux travaux qui s'éternisent jusqu'à 19 heures. L'odeur persistante de peinture vous empêchent de dormir.
La télévision n'a pas fonctionné pendant 2 soirées en raison des travaux.
Egalement le jeune homme de l'accueil un trentenaire, qui était là le 3 ème jour de mon séjour a osé tambouriné comme un dératé contre ma porte pour me prévenir qu'il allait déclencher l'alarme. Même au comptoir ne vous dit pas bonjour. Bonjour l'accueil !

Bref très cher payé pour un séjour exécrable !

Das Hotel und die ganze Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine umfassende Modernisierung vertragen. Es war aber sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück okay. Das Hotel liegt in einer Art Industriegebiet. Ein gutes Steakrestaurant ist jedoch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort verbracht und dafür war es völlig ausreichend.

L'hôtel mérite un bon coup de jeune dans les chambres, moquette usé , baignoire repeinte... et surtout problème d'humidité dans la chambre avec une odeur désagréable , l'impression de dormir sur un oreiller certes propre mais un peu humide même mes vêtement laissé hors de la valise avait cette sensation d'humidité. dommage petit déjeuner bien. a l'arrivé on ma dit pas de restaurant que des encas, il faut aller au partenaire hyppotamus, et le 2ieme soir je vois des gens qui mange et un menu affiché , soit j'ai rein compris soit c'est pas très clair.
dans l'ensemble bof, meme pas un verre a dent a la SDB.

Værelset lugtede af mug. Vi måtte åbne vinduer og forlade værelset i en periode i et forsøg på at bedre indeklimaet. I spiseområdet ved morgenmadsbuffet var det store skimmelpletter på gulvet ved vinduerne.
Morgensmadsbuffet var tom for det meste af indholdet, og den ene ansatte, som både skulle passe tjek-ind og buffet var ikke specielt proaktiv. Hotellet kan ikke anbefales.

L'hôtel accueille les animaux, mais ne prévoit pas de chambres pour les personnes allergiques, soit disant pour ne pas faire de discrimination !
J'ai commencé à suffoquer, avec l'impression d'avoir les poumons dans un étau, car je fais une allergie maximum aux poils de chat... heureusement qu'il faisait chaud, j'ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte...

Lit très confortable, chambre bien insonorisée. Cintres dans le placard. Une prise électrique de chaque côté du lit serait mieux. La salle de bain avec wc est bien, avec une petite baignoire. Petit déjeuner complet avec oeufs brouillés ou à la coque, charcuterie, fromage, bon jus de fruits, ...
Distributeurs d'eau fraiche ou tempérée dans les couloirs. Parking aérien gratuit et sécurisé car fermé. De plus l'hôtel est à côté de l'axe N87 qui contourne Grenoble, bien placé pour faire une halte sur la route des stations de ski et avec le centre de Grenoble facile d'accès en voiture ou à pied (tram ligne B à 300 m de l'hôtel). Donc pas d'hésitation!

Araignées au plafond (salle de bain et chambre), infiltrations sur un plafond qui mériterait un bon coup de peinture. Lit plaqué contre le mur, point lumineux d'entrée sous la table de nuit. Tv placée au-dessus d'un meuble (que l'on ne peut décemment appeler \"armoire\"). Bruits d'écoulement assez fréquents tant dans la chambre que la salle de bain.
Cette chambre a été une réelle découverte...
S'agissait-il d'une chambre PMR ? Mais, non, pas avec une baignoire...
Dès le matin, bruit de roulement (voie de circulation très proche).
En opposition à tous ces points négatifs, le personnel, lui, est sympathique

J’ai réservé à cet hôtel pour un déplacement professionnel, je me suis trompé de date à deux jours près, j’ai contacté l’hôtel ils n’ont rien voulu savoir ils m’ont dit que j’avais qu’à repayer une autre chambre. Ce n’est pas du tout sympa de leur part de plus que c’était pour un déplacement professionnel. J’ai réservé une chambre dans un autre établissement. je trouve cela pas professionnel du tout de leur part, je déconseille cet hôtel.

Mériterait quelques rajeunissements.

Hotel confortable mais qui ne mérite sans doute pas les 3* qui lui sont attribuées : un changement de chambre indispensable en raison d'un climatisation en marche forcée et IMPOSSIBLE à arrêter... puis une seconde chambre où c'est la baignoire qui est INUTILISABLE (absence de bonde de fond...). Moins gênant, mais tout de même...
Les peintures et moquettes mériteraient un rafraichissement.
Il y a surtout un manque d'isolation phonique ; le bruit de roulement de la voie rapide est très très présent. C'est dommage.
L'hotel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement à proximité des universités et le personnel d'accueil est sympathique. On est presque obligé d'y revenir ;-)
