The toilets all what you need and more. The showers are the best.
Big rooms and big comfy beds
We got to stay with our dogs and the facilities are superb.
Breakfast selection is also very good and you get to make your own waffles

We've stayed here numerous times but were a little disappointed this time around.

At night the room was cold and in our opinion the bed sheets were to thin to keep warm at night. My preference but the hard pillow was still very soft.

The breakfast on both nights we stayed was average at best compared to before. Many times there was not enough hot food and the coffee machines were full and needed emptying.

Overall the hotel and room was excellent but these small points reduced the overall experience.

I booked our trip in October for Christmas. Rang 1pm on Christmas Day (as we arrived with family) to say they had no disabled room for us. We had to accept twin room as no other hotel near by had any disabled rooms. My severely disabled daughter (who has a progressive brain disease could not get in bathroom in her wheelchair so I could not shower her. Her hoist did not fit on the room either so had to try and lift her each time. They said they would reimburse the cost of the stay and then changed to say we could have one night free the next time we visit. So upset our Christmas Day was wasted not knowing where we were going to stay. Ridiculous set up as they said they don’t know how many rooms are taken until the morning. The fact that I booked in October and all the other disabled rooms were still free they said didn’t come into it. As I booked through a 3rd party I was first to be messed around. The chef was also very unfriendly when I asked for gluten free items. This hotel we have stayed in many times and never had any major problems before. Definitely disappointed this time.

Staff are fantastic and very friendly on check in. Hotel is easy to park with plenty of spaces. Easy access from M74 - and only 15 20 mins into Glasgow.

Hotel is lovely and clean - nice and chilled bar area, with great choice of drinks - bar staff spot on,

Rooms are great fantastic shower - nice range of toiletries - nice sized room with small work apace and chair to chill and have a brew or watch the tv.

Beds are really good - Just be aware that they are US queen sized beds - we chose the twin room as the beds are a better size.

Breakfast are amazing great choice of cooked breakfast - fruit and waffles / pastries.

All in all a superb hotel and will certainly use again.

We had booked a king-sized bed on Expedia, but on arrival we were given a standard double instead, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable than expected. Very clean, but noted some cleaners were using the dirty used towels by lodgers, same towel they were using for dusting and wiping table, windows, and sink surfaces,
This is not acceptable and not hygienic way and dirt from used towel all microorganisms will stick on cleaned surface. But when we go and touch that surface it keep our toiletries clothes etc thinking it’s clean surface are deceived by these cleaners. Please train your staffs and maintain real hygiene. Just not spotless,

The hotel overbooked our room type which made for a less than ideal check in however the staff working that evening were fantastic in helping best they could dealing with none working systems and having to fix an issue a company created they handled it very professionally though we had to take an accessible room which did feel odd and the fact we hoped no one else would need this during our stay wasn't ideal it would be good for the company to chance it's booking policies.
The breakfast was fantastic first place where we had waffles however the waffle pans were not oiled and there was none available so meant they stuck to pans making it messy. There were also only 1 pan on one morning and the staff member working wasn't about so could not sort this however food selection was brilliant.

The hotel was great from the start - reception staff were fantastic - there was an issue at the start and one that you need to be aware of when booking this hotel - just to manage your expectations.

We booked through Expedia and the room booking says King Sized Bed - this is not the case - the bed is a UK double or a US Queen.

The biggest bed that they have is the US Queen so please be aware of this when booking as you will not get a King Sized bed.

That aside the staff sorted this issue by switching us to a twin room - which was fantastic - they dealt with the issue quickly so all good.

The room was spotless - really comfy twin beds (decent size - bigger than a UK single. TV and work station were spot on - bathroom and shower were fantastic - quality toiletries and bath sheets.

Bar and seating area in the main lobby was very relaxing with decent choice of drinks at reasonable prices - staff were super friendly.

Breakfast was amazing - unbelievable choice and really tasty - we will certainly be using the hotel again - (just with the twin beds room)

Easy to get to and free parking is a bonus.

Excellent stay, good value, comfortable excellent breakfast. Only disappointment was out of hotels control. We prebooked a taxi using a company hotel recommended, taxi failed to arrive, after waiting over 30 minutes we got an alternative company. Despite this will consider booking this hotel again

An overnight stay with my kids. The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The room itself was a tad small for 4 of us but sufficient. Not much table space to accommodate laptops, writing or using the kettle (space to keep away from the younger kids). The beds were good. Shower was great though the glass could be expanded as felt it was too small and did not keep the water out well.
Plenty of car parking space.
The breakfast was good in considering the hotels occupancy rate. But if you were to compare to a busy hotel's breakfast offering you would maybe say it was limited in offering.
Only downside was the shaving kits and those types of usual free hotel offerings were chargeable.

Room was clean, staff were nice, Free parking. I felt that it didn’t have enough dining space, still a nice place though. The breakfast didn’t have enough variety had a few things so it wasn’t totally bad. We also asked them to change our towels which they didn’t, we came back very late at night couldn’t go to reception to ask for them as our room was far.
We’re a family of 4 and slept well to be honest.

Breakfast was a total disaster:
Tables full off dishes, we had to find a member of staff and ask for a cloth to clean our table before we sat down. The member of staff handed me the cloth to clean it myself. No fresh juice only water, apparently the juice machine had just broke down. Two coffee machines were also broken. This led to a queue of guests waiting for their coffee. Then we had to wait on clean cutlery being brought through from kitchen. There was only one slice of bacon available and no member of staff around to ask for more!!! The hotel and surroundings are lovely but the breakfast let it down badly.

Room was clean enough other than the bright yellow stains on the mattress cover and contact lens on the sink.

Also had a high pitched whirring in the room all night. Went to reception and was told someone would be up but never came. The noise kept us up all night. Staff were nice enough. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine was poor and apple juice just tasted like water. Wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent one night stay. Room very clean & comfortable, only downside was our room on 3rd floor we were not able to open the window to have any fresh air. The air con was okay to keep the room at a comfortable temperature but it’s not a substitute for fresh air. Breakfast was plentiful although the orange/apple juice dispenser was not working so there was only cranberry juice or water as a chilled selection.
The restaurant at breakfast time operates a self clear table system, although most diners seemed to ignore this. At £76 for the night including breakfast it was a great value stay and we would return.
