What a great place to stay. We enjoyed the apartment, clean and well maintained. The check in was easy and the location was very convenient for us. We also we grateful for the parking.

The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything needed in the kitchen. The shower was fabulously hot and they had good quality (and great smelling) soaps and hair wash products.
Parking was easy on the street, so I didn’t have to use the parking but it was safe and easy to use.
Overall an excellent experience and one I’d happily repeat.

It is a nice place. Very walkable neighborhood. Front door did not fit the doorway so there was light visible all around it. Fortunately the weather was very nice while we were there and the security of the building made me feel at ease about our safety.

Very comfy, clean, light-filled and thoughtfully stocked apartment which is really conveniently located right next to Pollockshields East train station, just one stop from Glasgow Central. The apartments are also five mins walk from a supermarket (Lidl) and great pubs, cafes and restaurants like Koel Schip Yard and Heraghtys and the Rum Shack and about ten mins to the stunning Queens Park. It's also right across the road from Tramway, an interesting exhibition and studio space with cafe and secret gardens. Amazing area. We stayed for a week and had pretty much everything we needed to live there, including what we needed to cook every day. Although some tonges would have been helpful! Great shower. Beds were super comfy and we slept like the dead. The view we had was of an old church, which was nice but also private. The entry to the building was also secure and the building is kept clean and nice. And the staff were also lovely and efficient and greeted you with a big smile when you saw them, but we also liked the easy check-out where you just popped the keys into the return box. All in all a great and relaxing stay. Thanks, guys.

Perfect location plenty of local amenities nearby, friendly staff easy check in procedure. Apartment itself was set up lovely pictures advertised are true to what is offered. As a family we all enjoyed our stay especially the children with a tv in the room they was easily in bed watching a movie at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

My stay was during a heat wave. The apartment was nice and stay was fine but the there was no way of cooling the place. Windows only opened partially. These are extremely well managed apartments in every way.We booked this 30 minutes before arriving and a phone call to the office resulted in very prompt check in with a polite and helpful member of staff and access to secure parking bay.

The flat was superb , very clean, modern fittings, lovely beds and linen, super bathroom and shower,toiletries supplied. We were delighted with the quality and highly recommend it.

Our second-floor two-bedroom apartment was comfortable (mostly - see below) clean and very light and spacious. It had a fairly well-equipped kitchen - although a coffee-maker - cafetiere for example - would have been welcome. We would also have liked somewhere to put clothes overnight in the main bedroom - a chair or hook on the door or something - and better pillows (they were much too solid - gave you neck ache). But overall, this was a good place to stay: good value too.

After booking other places around Glasgow for travel convenience, we regretted not having stayed our entire stay at VKM apartments. VKM apartments is just a short walk to the city centre and is peaceful and quiet at night (unlike the impossibilities of sleeping at any accommodation in the city centre due to inevitable surroundings of late night pubs, bars). Highly, highly recommend!!

Recommend you pay for the parking which is on the ground floor & behind a roller shutter door.
The only negative was the noise of the ‘boy racers’ driving past at night & the private hire taxis that were parked outside. The double glazed windows would of helped but as it was a very hot week we had to sleep with the windows open.

Fantastic Gem of a Place to Stay
I ususally always stay in the same generic kind of hotel with 50 work vans in the car park and basic rooms. I thought I'd try something different this time and found the VKM appartments, I'm so happy I did as the quality & comfort were fantastic, safe parking and great facilities all for a similar price to a room in a hotel. I visit Glasgow every three weeks so will always be sure to check availability here before I book. The apartments are a 5 minute taxi ride from the city centre, 5 minutes drive from all the main motorways and there's local shops fo any ameneties not provided on site.

Exceeded expectations in almost every way. The property manager was courteous and made check- in a breeze. The apartment was very clean and tidy. They have thought of everything in terms of basic amenities and provide everything you could want from the basics like soap and shampoo to an ironing board and iron, a safe for valuable storage, utensils, dinnerware, and even a cutting board and knives it you fancy a bit of home cooking. Fully furnished with a full sized fridge and separate freezer, a four burner stove and a kettle. In terms of entertainment, fast WiFi is included and there is an LG smart TV with cable and YouTube. In addition there is a Bluetooth speaker if you want to play your own music or entertain guests. It isn't centrally located which means you'll have to call an Uber to get downtown but that is just minutes away. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow any time soon.

We arrived at VKM apartments about 8pm at night and we were greeted at the door by a very nice lady as we struggled to find the apartments. The place looks a bit rough on the outside but it was beautiful on the inside. The area wasn’t great but our stay was purely just to have a place to sleep after seeing post malone at the SSE Hydro. Overall a good stay.

Stayed at this property one night before flying out of Glasgow. This is an apartment building NOT a hotel...so there was no check in desk etc. This caused a great deal of confusion and stress when we arrived since the instructions on Hotels.com were not at all clear on how to check into the property. After a few phone calls, the manager arrived and let us into the space. The unit was VERY nice in a newer building located in a fairly industrial part of Glasgow. Very clean, modern furniture, nice bedding and bath towels. I would not recommend for families with children under 12. This was a two bedroom two bath apartment with living room and kitchen. An excellent value for the cost.
