Great sized property with fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom/s, clean and modern. Good location close to transport and main shopping areas. Only downside is it can be quite busy outside the property late at night as there's a homeless shelter next door and a club/hotel a few buildings down which can be quite loud. However, the building is fully secured, you will be sent a code for the front door access and the safe to retrieve your room key. Overall, a really nice place for a short stay

Aside from a few hairs about the bath and the smell of stale body odours in one bedroom the apartment was otherwise immaculate and a delight to reside in and return to.
The apartment could only be further enhanced through installing some electrical outlets with USB ports, in case travellers like myself arrive having forgotten to pack their phone charger!

We stayed overnight to catch a Rabbie's Tour the next day. Having the washer/dryer in the penthouse suite was helpful but we had to get the head housekeeper to show us how to use it correctly. It's not intuitive. We also eventually figured out that the thermostat in the hall controls heat in every room, though you can moderate the radiator. It also makes the towel racks get hot in all the bathrooms. That information would have been helpful in the beginning. We used the hot water heater closet with the laundry racks for finishing drying clothes or those that couldn't go on the dryer, and shoes. The place was great to stay in and we stayed again after our Tour.

The penthouse was a tremendously good deal. I highly recommend it even if you don’t need all the bedrooms as the living room is nice and spacious with views (a wall of windows) and a walk out deck. Also, I have an aversion to carpet and this entire apartment was hardwood floors, which my son saw them mopping when he arrived early so it was very clean.

Overall this apartment hotel has been great and lovely to stay in numerous amenities were covered such as 2 tablets for the clothes washer and some other simple areas such as body wash and hand wash etc will definitely go here again! However initially trying to enter this place can be a bit confusing at first as you will be emailed a code that is for both the safe (for your keys to your room) and the front entrance. The beds were clean and comfy to sleep on and the noise levels despite being near numerous clubs is quite low! So i can confidently say if you or a family need a place to stay in central this is a great place to choose from!

We booked this place because it was an apartment and it qas very central. The washing machine was great and the lounge and kitchen were big. Unfortunately this is where the good review ends.
Our bedroom smelt of weed so badly we needed to leave the window open while out to dinner but then came back to a freezing bedroom with old heaters that barely worked.
The apartment building is directly above a homeless/ drop in shelter and we couldnt believe the noise from the street on a weeknight. The noise that could be heard from a bar nearby from the bedroom was a real issue that resulted in not alot of sleep. It didnt feel very safe walking around at nightime (especially walking into the apartment complex)
The parking app with discount didnt work, so we parked on the street instead which thankfully was ok and free after 6pm. All in all i think there are alot better places to stay for the same price.

The rooms were just divine. Super cosy. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking etc. the two woman staff I met were just fantastic aswell, so pleasant & helpful! There is also a lift which helped as I had a pram and a suitcase ☺️
The only downfall to this amazing place is the homeless centre next door, being from Glasgow I know that wasn't always there..but I would tell people that please don't let that put you off staying here. There is a secure entry system, and at night time I would just walk the opposite way if your a lone traveller. This isn't the apartments fault as that's a new service been placed there which is unfortunate.

The apartment was more than we hoped for,it was beautiful with soo much space inside!I think we might have been upgraded in our room as we got a two rooms instead of one.One had a king sized bed and it's an en-suite and also a balcony ❤️ the other was a double both beds were just super comfy aswell.Kitchen was just amazing it had everything fully equipped for making your own dinners if your not wanting to go out for food.I was in my element with having a kitchen like that I must say😂also a washer/dryer, which helps so ur not going home to washing!! We have been to a few apartments in Glasgow but this didn't miss a trick some places don't provide sponges etc..you had ur dishwashing tablets,washing tablets,sponges and also fairy liquid. Living area was great with so much space aswell and beautiful big windows to see the busy city.Bathroom also had a deep bath with shower.
A cot was also provided for my wee one which not all hotels can always do, I would pick this place over a small hotel room anyday!You have absolutely everything. Anyway, our room was ready. Located on the 6th floor our first impression was how spacious and well presented the room was. Bedroom had en-suite and small balcony albeit this looked out onto the backs of other buildings. The sitting room was ideal, spacious and well appointed. Everything seemed just right.
The apartments are located very centrally in the Merchant City area.
Parking can utilised within the NCP just across the road and is well discounted, my tip would be to use the app.
Overall an excellent stay, would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Very large and clean. We liked the large kitchen and the en suite bathroom. Considering the high prices in Scotland, this was a very good choice price wise. Well located, downtown and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and attractions. One must forgive a little bit the environment since it is next door to a homeless shelter and can be a little bit noisy. We would highly recommend it

This place is centrally located. If you are looking to party, this is the place to stay. If you have kids, this is not the place to stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Accommodations were good. The problem wasn’t with the apartment but what was around it. The bars across the street and a few doors down were loudly operating with music and a loud MC until 4a on Sunday morning. The homeless services are also a few doors down so there were some very needy folks outside. We definitely felt safe but it is loud and not a peaceful location. But if you are coming to enjoy nightlife and have fun, this is a great place.

Parking at the NCP is good: about 8 form 4pm to 11am next day. . Check in is easy if you park on the double yellow lines outside for a bit. The room's water tank boiler (hot water for bathrooms and sink and radiators/central eehatring) kept losing its pressure and had to be restored with teh two blue valves. The security chain on the room door had no fob on its end and was therefore useless. The en-sutie shower had its own water heater which ran from very hot to very cold (and back) all the time: dangerous IMHO. Only one dishwasher tablet!!! The wfi and tv good. The lift was good. The area is busy at night as there is a centre/shelter for homeless. Noisey on Friday/saturday. Security isnt great as people could tail-gate residentes to get in at the front door and then easily get up in the lifts. Hence the need for a chain on the door in addition to the locking bolt.

We were going to the O2 Academy and this was smack bang in the middle between the bus station and venue, so was perfect. Lots of wee stores - Spar, Tesco, Sainsbury's around - as well as cafes, pubs etc Manager was a pleasant and helpful lass as well.

The management, coordination and stay in general was excellent, we really enjoyed it.
A couple of points were not perfect: the mattresses were absolutely rock hard (to our preferences only), the tv didn’t work, but that was only to keep our daughter temporarily engaged and the lighting in the bathrooms were not conducive to make up application.

Close to the CBD but overlooks old and decaying building. Rooms looking old and need maintenance. Mould in one of the bathrooms but other were clean. One room (that my 7 year old) smelt of smoke every morning. Outside on balcony was very dirty. Walls scuffed in many places, sliding doors unable to close properly and thus noisy.

Car parking was easy once you had more information - as an overseas visitor without a UK phone, it wasn’t helpful to be asked to download apps just to get into a car park. Especially when there is an easy workaround. Reception is hard to find and the washer/dryer has no instructions and took hours.
