Central location great for exploring the city, we had one of the rooms on the 7th floor with a balcony and wonderful views of the city which was a treat. So nice to start the day with a coffee made in the well supplied kitchen. Immaculate clean bathroom and super comfortable bed.

I love this hotel! The location is great and reception was super helpful, doing all they could to get me into my room early after a long flight. Room was pretty amazing as well. I even changed my booking at another hotel so I can stay here again at the end of my journey. Definitely recommend!

Lots of easy buses and underground a block away. Pretty quiet too considering the location. We took the free tour of the city chambers across George Square this visit which was super interesting. Staff were a 5/5 they were extremely helpful and friendly! They kept our luggage for us before and after check in. Our room which was on the fifth floor was cold! We had a wall of windows that you could feel the cold air coming in so we kept the curtains closed. We also had to use the plug in heater that was in our room. No conditioner in the shower just shampoo and body wash. No Kleenex n

This was by far our favorite of 4 hotels during 10 days in Scotland. Location is excellent, the room was spacious, well designed and laid out, lovely attention to detail with the decor. Stairs coming up to the building were a bit tricky, but only because I overpacked. ;) The kitchenette is actually fairly large and well stocked. Staff were delightful during our brief stay. I would not hesitate to book here again.

This location near train and restaurants is great. It’s a cool building. Check in was fast and friendly. The rooms are spacious with good amenities and great towels. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, this place continued to amaze me. The staff went above and beyond no matter what the requests. The entire hotel is spotless and run flawlessly. Lift was out unexpectedly and the staff carried all our luggage to our suite and I also witnessed them adjusting to other guests room needs related to this. And they did it with a smile. Highly functional space provided in bathroom and kitchenette space. Loved the Caramel bars left for us as well :)

After staying numerous times at Native I think it’s the last for me. Being placed above a side alley with noise so loud it kept me awake between 0400-0700 two nights in a row is not worth the price. A shame. I do like the hotel otherwise.

The kitchenette is well equipped but would have loved a toaster. The window in the studio suite was opaque so I couldn’t see out of it and that felt claustrophobic. The elevator was down for the entire duration of my 4 day stay. The stairwells are old and in disrepair so being forced to use the stairs was disappointing. I loved the filter water station on my floor. The bathroom is large but the wall around the shower door was rotting. Staff is nice and helpful.

Great stay at Native Glasgow

The studio apartment was totally adequate for our four night stay in Glasgow. It was clean and comfortable and exceptionally well located.

The convenience of a utility room to do laundry was one of the reasons we chose Native Glasgow. When the washer/dryer was not capable of fully drying our clothes the night before an early departure the man working at the front desk that evening was so accommodating and helpful that he brought a large oscillating fan to our room so that air could circulate over the dryer rack all night. Thankfully, our clothes were all dry to pack in the morning. This is an example of “stuff happens” and it is how it is dealt with that matters. I am sorry I don’t know his name to give him a shout out.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. Loved having the kitchen, that is such a bonus from other hotels!

However, our room faced the street and was VERY noisy all night. We did ask about this when checking in, and since we had booked last minute on a Saturday night understood that rooms were limited. Just want to make aware for future bookings that the noise level all night from that room made it very hard to sleep.

We had a lovely penthouse apartment with balcony overlooking the city. Very spacious - bedroom, sitting area/kitchen and large bathroom. Very clean and nicely decorated. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Staff are amazing and very helpful with anything we needed.

Th property has multiple steps to enter- so if you have a lot of luggage it can be little difficult. The rooms are rather small and had a weird odor. Walls are thin so you hear everything as someone walks by or in the other room.

Native Glasgow is a gem of a hotel right in the middle of the city. In minutes you could walk to many restaurants, shops & tourist destinations. It was only a block or two from Queens Station, so it was very convenient. The rooms were remodeled nicely and the staff was friendly!

Only complaint was the washer/dryer situation. 1 of the 2 combo units was broken. The usable one took 4 hours to cycle through, plus run an extra dry cycle, and the clothes were still very wet when removed.

Loved this hotel / apartment.

Native Glasgow Hotel has to be one of my favorite hotels ever. Love the kitchen love the set up, love the refrigerators and love that it has a freezer.

The bed is decent. I did have to strip out the duvet so I could have a top sheet. Of course I’ve had to do that every hotel so far. The windows do not open, but the room comes with heat and air conditioning. There is also this fabulous space heater in the closet that you can actually move into the bathroom and use it to heat up the bathroom. The things I didn’t like were the fact that there was no luggage stands and dragging our suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to reception was kind of a pain. But I knew that in advance.

We were able to get ice cubes from reception. The hotel is right in the center of everything. There’s a decent Italian restaurant right across the street. There is an expensive French restaurant right downstairs. And there is a liquor store, not too far away. I would definitely stay here again and I would give it nine stars out of five. One thing I do wish it had, is an outside seating area, where you could go enjoy the outside weather with a glass of wine. Of course there’s a ton of outside seating restaurants just right here.

I have an impression that these are individually owned units because there is an owners closet. So the unit we stayed in was 3 0 1. Each unit may be different. We had big fluffy bath towels, but there weren’t any kitchen towels in the kitchen.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The room was newly renovated. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and spotless. The hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Easily walkable to shopping and tons of restaurants. There’s even a bus stop out front for the AirPort Express. If I return to Glasgow I would stay here again and we recommend it to everyone.

The man at the desk when we first arrived to drop off our luggage (since we arrived early) was not the friendliest person. He did not want to be bothered, was our impression. The woman that we checked in with was lovely. The apartment was very nice & comfortable. there was tea, coffee, milk & sugar available. There was not a wine bottle opener though. We were woken each night of our stay by screams and shouts from the people in the street below at very early hours in the morning. Our room was on the 2nd floor so I would highly recommend requesting a room higher up if you do stay here. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, and very accessible to subway and bus station for going to airport.

The hotel was in a fantastic location right outside of Buchanan Street for all your shopping needs, and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable, though the photos online were a bit different than what we received. The “studio” room online depicts a sofa in front of the bed, but our room had no sofa and a large half-wall in between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The building was also very hot, which was fixed by opening the windows but with the close proximity to busy streets we had to close them to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work either, so it was a bit hot for sleeping. Otherwise a great place! Super friendly staff, very clean, and great location.

I run a self-catering property and this room gave me a kick up the €*#$ to improve my decor - and I have v high ratings. I was getting complacent!
The location is great, for the theatre, shops, bars, restaurants and offices (do you really have to do that boring work stuff? Well, spoil yourself with a lovely hotel room!).
The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean. The reception staff are polite, efficient and actually present - so many places expect the room cleaners to run reception and everything else, not very fair.
