My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room.

I also received a \"wake up call\" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me.

The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic.

In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.

It's right in the centre of the city so very easy to walk everyone especially to the station. I had flagged that the table strip was coming apart slightly so hopefully they will have fixed that in the room. Otherwise the hotel was very nice with the amenities and how modern it was. I would recommend others to stay there. Breakfast was lovely with choice of hot and cold food overlooking the street below, and the staff were great.

The noise from the bar operations lasted from 9pm
To 0230 with nearly constant emptying of bottles into large bins which are directly outside the hotel. The noise was unbearable. The walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything. The bar appears to run a 24hr operation with the The gas cylinder delivery started at 0530 and cleaning crews operating during the night. Avoid the hotel if you plan on sleeping. Staff unhelpful.

Room was pleasant for being a basic twin. Beds were very comfortable

Only thing I would have liked is a coffee machine .

The shower towels need to be kept in the wardrobe or bedroom area for hygiene purposes, that’s the only fault I could find

All in all very good value for money

The hotel rooms are not accessible as there is no direct access to lift and the hotel rooms without using the many steps. Please do not use this hotel if unable to use the stairs or carry heavy bags.
The shower door wasn't long enough so the shower leaked all over the floor of the bathroom.
The bedroom faced Renfield Street and was very noisy until 2am. It was Saturday night and people were partying on the street and there were cars racing around with noisy exhaust pipes. I understand it is outside the control of the hotel but I think triple glazing might help.

The reception and bar area are barren. The lift to get to the guest rooms is up stairs and along a cold corridor. The heating in the room was unresponsive and the room was noisy.

The room itself was poorly lit but roomy. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was okay.

The staff were very pleasant however the comfort levels in the room did not live up to expectations.

Our upgrade to a club room was a disappointment I'm afraid. No fridge in room, very narrow console table, tiny bedside shelves, so very little space to put a book, charge a phone and have a glass of water by your bed.

Street noise was present throughout the night on both nights, from groups in the street and emergency vehicles
The breakfast was basic with no raw or cooked vegetables to accompany the other offerings.

The hotel is in a great location easy walking distance from both main train stations. Loads of good places to eat. Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. Staff were really helpful. Only small downside was breakfast. Buffet breakfast was limited and plates were stone cold so food got cold quickly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible from the machine. Best to have the instant coffee.

Easily accessible location, seem used more to business travellers. All staff were friendly, only downside was in the wellness spa they came in 5 minutes before the end of our slot to squeegee the floor, we were the last slot ending at 6.45pm before the spa closed at 7pm. Bed was very comfortable. Room was lovely and spacious. We only had one bath towel and hand towel out for 2 guests but we found an extra in the wardrobe. Bar clean and fairly well stocked, also reasonably priced. Overall positive experience but bit disappointed in the wellness experience

We booked a wellness room but wouldn’t next time as they allow 5 in the room but there is only seating for 3 unless you all agree to keep swapping out of the sauna. We left after 10 minutes as there were 5 of us in there.
When we first checked in the room smelt of sewage but the staff were fantastic and sorted it by the time we got back from being out.
Hotel is a great central location and service was very good.

Nice room, great people. Shinta on the day staff was very accommodating and very kind. The night staff loves John Waters. The breakfast folks were the right kind of curmudgeons. Perfect location for shopping, local and international eats and for museums and siteseeing. A short walk away from the airport bus stop at Queen Station. Trains to Edinburgh run every half hour from the same station. Perfect home base.

We stayed in room 510 and couldn’t get any sleep until after 12.30 due to the noise from the bars in the street outside. I even tried my noise cancelling headphones could block it out. The hotel must have guests complaining about this room every Friday and Saturday and so we were very disappointed that they did not tell us. We managed to get 6 hours sleep in the end but we will never stay here again.

What an excellent find in the centre of Glasgow, everything we wanted and more. Staff were friendly and breakfast selection was good, however the room lacked a few basic amenities which made it a bit difficult. Such as no milk with the tea/coffee in the room, had to ring to request it they brought up sachets. No face cloth or shower cap in the bathroom, only shower gel and shampoo.
Wardrobe quite narrow for 2 people to hang clothes.
Paid for 2 club twin rooms but one was a lot smaller than the other.
Quite a basic room not overly comfortable but it was clean and staff pleasant

Nice hotel, bar/restaurant could be better

Hotel itself was great, beds were comfy and the room was nice, can't fault that. The only issue we had was at the restaurant. The food was fairly average considering the price but the main thing was it just took forever to get our food so maybe don't eat there if you need to be somewhere later.

Great location in Glasgow walkable to both Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central train stations. I never used a cab while there. Great breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient. Great location close to restaurants and pubs

After coming in off the busy streets we were grateful to be welcomed with stylish decor and a wonderfully floral scent. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we could need. We even had the plesure to experience the wellness centre for a relaxing end to our busy day. We will be booking here again.

Trying to be more than it is!

Hotel was quite comfortable. Don’t book an upgrade as they don’t give you what they advertise and it is not worth it compare to what you book as standard. Breakfast wasn’t worth £15 pp for a very limited buffet, plenty of better places to eat nearby.

Beautiful but cold

The front desk staff were very friendly during check in and check out.
The room was pretty and immaculate.
The chocolates were a lovely touch.

Negatives were that the room was so so so cold. Like the Aircon was up full when we arrived. I turned it off and it was still freezing and then I put it onto warm and it took ages to heat up. Considering we live in Glasgow it was really noticeable how cold the room was.
The breakfast was a average.
Had a lovely night and the room was gorgeous. Just so cold, immediately had to try and heat up in the bed.

Writing this at 0641 while a building alarm wails outside my window. Fortunately, it’s almost a respite from the crashing sounds of bottles being dumped in bins which goes on all night. When I mentioned the noise my first night here I was told it’s simply the cost of being in a city. As someone who has probably stayed in 30-40 urban hotels in the past two years, I can assure you this noise is not normal and I don’t consider myself a light sleeper. The Address markets itself as a cozy “haven” & boutique experience but everything here is cheap, lacking in amenities and overall extremely disappointing. There are no robes, no hair conditioner, fussy hot water (I was told to try running the faucet at the same time?) and limited tv channels that freeze constantly, presumably due to slow internet. However the most shocking part is the low standard of housekeeping. Currently the “lotion” bottle in my washroom is filled with soap. The complimentary water was only replaced the second day after I made a request and never again. Yesterday my room wasn’t made up at all. I was inside most of the day but I’ve never had cleaners not knock and check if I needed anything so on top of not being able to sleep (Update: 0648 and the alarm continues. In a fun twist, a loud pounding has also started up!) I have no toilet paper. Do not bother with this hotel. You would be better off at the CitizenM, at least their windows have soundproofing.

Writing this review @0641 as a security alarm blares outside my window. On the upside it’s an almost welcome reprieve from the constant crashing sounds of bottles being dumped in bins which goes all night. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told this is simply the price of being downtown. As someone who frequently travels between cities, I assure you the issue is the cheap, thin windows. Cut corners, lack of attention to detail & low standards are the overall impression I’m left with after my 4 night stay here. Photos create the expectation of a cozy, boutique experience but everything is cheap and bare bones, no robes, no hair conditioner, limited tv channels that freeze often presumably due to slow internet and fussy hot water (it was suggested I run the faucet to help?)
Update: It’s now 648 and the alarm is still going. In a fun twist, a loud pounding has joined in. The most shocking part of my stay has been the lax housekeeping. The bottle labelled “lotion” in the washroom is filled with soap. Upon check in there was a complimentary bottle of water in my room. The second day it wasn’t replaced. I asked the front desk if it’s supposed to get replenished daily and they said yes. They were kind enough to send another bottle up but that’s the last one I received. Yesterday my room wasn’t serviced at all. I was inside most of the day but I’ve never had housekeeping not check in to see if anything was needed. Better off at CitizenM. At least the windows are soundproof.
