Although the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay I cant recommend it as the hotel also has two bars on site, one open on the bottom floor and another on the 8th floor. they are open until 1am on the weekend and i could hear the music in my room on the 6th floor. Wont be staying again

After using the self-check-in desk, I was assigned Room 948. Upon opening the door, I was horrified to find shoes on the floor and an individual already lying in the bed. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement; this was a massive violation of privacy for both myself and the current occupant.
The Response: Dismissive and Unprofessional
When I reported this to reception, I expected a sincere apology and an immediate investigation into how their system could allow such a dangerous error. Instead, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, stating: \"It could have been worse.\" This lack of accountability is shocking. A great hotel, but there were a few little niggles. Only one pillow and it was far too soft. I had to put towels under it in order to firm it up. Also the TV was not easy to use. There were only 2 settings, mute and very low. Other than mute, there was no other way to adjust the sound. Also the channel selection was poor. Other than those little niggles, it's a great hotel.

Our room 433 was nice however it was right next to the staff room and from 8am staff were in and out slamming the door, a clear disregard for anyone who were sleeping or trying to. I did go out Saturday morning to ask if the slamming of the door could stop as it was every 5 minutes. It didnt stop so both morning an early rise, we always stay here but unsure if we will return.
