Hotel location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was situated at the back and was totally quiet in spite of some celebrations in the main block. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.

Room very clean. Would like to see bannister on opposite side of stairs in Townhouse. Bannister is on the side where stairs are narrow which is not brilliant for those with mobility problems.
Lovely meal and barman/waiter very pleasant. Reception staff also pleasant and helpful.

The room was quite small and the ceiling was low on one side of the bed. My husband hit his head getting out of bed. Also since the room was immediately next to the stair and there was no lift the noise made by people dragging their luggage up the stair was disturbing.

The window was floor to ceiling in the bathroom but didn’t lock and someone cold have eaisly opened it from the outside. My daughter needed to run to the bathroom and took the only key we had so i went to the desk and asked for a new key. she did not ask me for my name or anything just handed me the key. I felt so unsafe. Thank goodness my daughter in laws family let me stay with them.

We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions due to it being conveniently situated to Hampden stadium. Staff are friendly and helpful. On this occasion our room was upgraded which we were delighted about. All rooms we have stayed in are tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. What a beautiful room the executive suite we were given was. Such a spacious room.

100% the best find and place to stay in Glasgow

I stayed here after my book launch of The Way That Loved me Back and on what would have been my beloved gran's birthday. When i checked in there was a funeral reception. And later I met my friend who had been to Linn Cemetery to see off a friend as well. So it was an emotional stay. However, the front reception staff made checkin a breeze, and although I didnt reserve a table for dinner my friend and I were accommodated for in the bar. The barman was professional and friendly. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef. And then afterwards, the best was yet to come. My room was upgraded to the Club Rooms. My room was at the back overlooking the marquee. The room was super spacious, had sufficient furniture to enjoy a decaf coffee while watching some tv before taking a shower. The shiwer room was beautifully styled and the water pressure from the shower was simply amazing and forceful. After closing the curtains and turning off the room the room perfectly dark and I enjoyed the most amazing sleep on a great sized bed which was very very comfortable. And now i'm feeling super energised and ready to begin the long journey home. And the best thing of all was I never even knew this place had existed. It's as if it appeared out of nowhere just for me to spend a special overnight in Glasgow.

I work away from home for 11 months of the year so stay in a few hotels.
This hotel ranks as one of the best. The cleaners were exceptional, couldnt believe they cleaned the room everyday.
All the staff whom i spoke to were very polite. Area excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to take the family with me.
Works have a limit for my expenses so can only stay when there are offers.
Rated first class by me.

The staff at reception was wonderful! We showed up later in the day than we anticipated so the kitchen was closed but Caroline suggested ordering Just Eat to deliver food.
The beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot. We only stayed one night but would love to come back for another stay!

The hotel is located opposite Queen Park, and quite close to centre. Nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I was upgraded to Club Room, which is always nice. Friendly receptionists.

The only reason I did not score a five star for cleanliness was that I felt that the carpet in the room I stayed in was past it's best and although I am sure it is well cleaned it just felt and looked grubby.

Grimy carpet aside, the room was clean and the staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend a stay at No 10 Hotel

I stayed in the townhouse which is separate from the main hotel. This was a good thing as there were functions on both nights, so i didnt hear any noise. Room was fine and clean. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper but could still feel the springs through it. Bathroom was small with a shower, but totally fine. Room was unbearably hot which meant i didnt sleep a wink the first night. Managed to open a tiny window by standing on the window sill. Other window was broken and wouldnt open. Propped the door open to try and let some air out. Later discovered it was so hot due to the radiator knob being loose, so it was on full blast. Phone wouldnt connect to reception so had to go and speak to them in the middle of the wedding function. Girl on the desk was perfectly lovely and arranged for a fan and said the heating would go off at 9.30 which it did. Room was so warm i still needed the fan all night. I didnt eat there but restaurant and bar looked nice.
Handy for trains and right next to park on a quiet street. If booking i would check where your room is if they have functions on.

The room was compact but nicely arranged, with sweet treats and tea/coffee provided. It was clean, though for the price, I expected a bit more space.

Shower:
The shower was quite old but functioned well.

Ironing Facilities:
The mini ironing board was broken, but when I reported it, the staff promptly provided a full-size board, which was appreciated.

Food:
Breakfast was not included in the room price. While the breakfast itself was lovely, the cost felt a bit high for a standard full breakfast. For the price of the room this cost should really have been included!!

Staff:
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Sleep Quality:
Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well during our two-night stay due to functions running until midnight on both nights.

It took 2 long spiral staircases to reach our room. My wife and I will probably return but ask for a room on either the ground or first floor.

Personal service excellent. Our flight was delayed and we were late checking in. The night porter was very welcoming, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Very friendly staff. Parking at door, very easy. Whilst we didn't use it, the train station is a few minutes walk away which takes you into town quickly. Lovely city park in front of hotel and at top of adjoining road. Breakfast very good also. Lovely relaxing bar onsite.
Just one thing to improve, shower was over bath and curtain was a little short and restrictive - would ve been better with a shower screen.

Lovely comfortable beds and quiet bedroom although it sits on a road which cars pass along, there is no public transport along this road. Easy access to the city by train and to the Southside. It is opposite a delightfully green park and has a delightful garden, where one can sit with a book and coffee. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Convenient hotel for Glasgow Southside. We have stayed here before but booked a club room this time which is in an annex of the hotel. Bigger room and very quiet. Only problem is there is no air conditioner and the window was a door that opened onto some stairs leading down to the beer garden so didn't feel safe to leave open at night. Otherwise, room was very comfortable.

Stayed one night on a business trip, Sept 2024.

This was a great hotel in a nice area. I had an economy double room which was perfect for one night by myself. It was well equipped - hair dryer & iron and generous with the tea & coffee - spotlessly clean and comfortable. I ate at the hotel and the food was obviously cooked from fresh and very good quality. Breakfast was again cooked from fresh and was delicious.
Parking is on the road in front of the hotel and can be temporarily suspended if there are events on locally, so it’s worth checking before you go.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m back in the area I will use it again be it for business or pleasure.

I would not recommend staying here:

- only enough hotel parking for 1 or 2 cars on a first come first serve basis
- room directly above wedding reception party with extremely loud music until midnight. No prior warning of this despite our booking being made several months in advance. No chance what so ever to sleep before this. No consideration to move us, completely dismissed our request to move (no common sense to put a member of the wedding party in this room).
- tiny bath/shower combo where you had to choose between leaning in the wall or being wrapped in the shower curtain
- fluctuations in water temperature meant I burnt myself in the shower when the water went red hot when set at medium and had to brush my teeth in warm water when the cold tap went hot.

Was clean and tidy however and in walking distance to restaurants.

Reasonable hotel but 3 star at best

Overall the stay was fine but there were one or two minor issues. The club room we booked was very spacious but was very warm through the night, with no air conditioning to allow us to cool things down. Would also have expected a fridge in the room but there was none. Bathroom was nice but it had a tiny cloakroom size sink which meant it was difficult to wash without soaking the floor.
Breakfast was very cheap and was value for the money, but items you would expect to have been presented on a cold table like yoghurt , milk & cheese etc were served on a normal table which meant they were warm rather than refrigerated when eaten, which was a bit off putting. Hotel has a lovely beer garden and is adjacent to plenty green spaces and train station for travel into Glasgow centre

First, but not last, visit.

First visit to this hotel and we would definitely stay again. Staff were great and food excellent. Only downside was the lack of power with the shower. Lovely large room and en-suite. Would have been nice there been a lift but we didn’t have large suitcase so it wasn’t that much of an issue.

This was my first visit , so unsure of the location and what it was going to be like. It’s in a nice location across from the park and the building is impressive. Room was huge and well appointed. Had a look around outside and though not in a position to take advantage , it looked really nice. Staff friendly and would have no issues staying there again .

We stayed for one night and were pelasantly surprised on check in that John had kindly upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite! The hotel is in a nice area of Glasgow, very close to Crosshill train station and plenty bars and restaurants within 15 mins walk.

The only issue we had was that the bath woukdnt fill due to a faulty drain, which we never noticed until late on.

Thanks for a nice stay.

The room was good. It didn't bother us, but the tv was hilariously small.
The only complaint, would be the shower. The curtain was too close to the wall. It was difficult to shower without having the curtain stick to your arm or body.
