Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was fabulous, and the bed comfy. I had a really good night's sleep. If I was to criticise anything at all it would be the lighting over the mirrors. A minor point, but being female I needed good lighting for putting on make up and the only place the lighting was bright enough was the bathroom, but after a shower, the mirror was too steamed up to see. Like I said, it's a tiny point, but probably something a lot of female guests would need.

Fantastic staff from the moment you walk into reception, very professional but with great Scottish banter which makes it so much more personal and starts your stay with a smile on your face. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath with a TV! Food in the restaurant was excellent. Was also access to EV charging on site, which any EV driver will know is a feature lacking in many other hotels. Will be back again whether for business or pleasure just for the banter.

Close to Glasgow city centre without having the business of the city straight outside your window. 20 Minute train journey and your right in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Overall 10/10

Really nice hotel with a comfortable bed and absolutely wonderful shower. Very attractive dining area with a good selection of hot and cold options for breakfast. Literally the only complaint I have that the staff were too eager to clear our table when we had literally only been seated 5 minutes previously and were choosing from the cooked breakfast area. Weirdly they cleared away our coffee pots and cups which hasn't even been touched and not the fruit plates we had finished with!!

Awful. Serious family illness meant we needed to cancel at short notice but hotel wouldn't even speak to us about rescheduling or cancelling, just told us to deal with \"the website you booked it through\", who couldn't even get the hotel to answer the phone...

The only two notes are that the shower head was not detachable, making it very difficult to use and the window in the room wasn't properly soundproofed. The hotel is close to a major traffic artery, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the road.

All in all, the location of this hotel is convenience for people who want to travel to Glasgow area as the train station is just 5 mits walking distance. If anyone who is sensitive to the noise or require a bathtub I would strongly suggest to confirm with the hotel before booking it might have no quiet room with a bathtub and it will take you a great effort to request a refund.

First impressions; Recent refurbishment is to a good standard.Bar/Restaurant area is attractive and contemporary with quirky features. Pleasant vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Service good.Bedroom was adequate. Bathroom very good, liked the heated mirror so after showering there was a clear view. Always wary when confronted with snacks for sale, rip off. A gratis bottle of mineral water would be a nice touch and within the scope afforded by the price of the package. Breakfast was average.

We travelled to Glasgow for a gig at Hampden Park and the hotel had created information leaflets with taxi and bus information, the relevant apps to download, even how many bus stops you’d travel before you arrived at the gig. Plus they arranged taxi sharing for guests. This is absolute next-level service and I was really impressed!

Lovely hotel, hidden gem in many ways. facilities are all excellent (even the lift has a quirky charm!).
Rooms spacious and comfortable, bar and restaurant convivial and inviting, range of food and drinks very good but the standout is the staff. Every single person is friendly and approachable. Regularly going beyond to ensure my room was ok, food/drink good and chatting to me during quieter periods.
