Parking was fine , security was good . The road leading up to the motel had huge pot holes and I was concerned I was going to break an axle on my car . They was a lot of noise outside our room during the night . We were concerned. I don’t think we will be back at this location.

The driveway had horrific pot holes, not sire they have control but they are bad. Parking lot was fine. The train is very close and woke me every night. There is black mold on the window seals. The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

The parking lot was very nice. That’s last compliment. Coming to the parking lot, the potholes looked like the road had been bombed. I was afraid of breaking an axel. The hotel was filthy. There was a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor. I have picture of dirty floors by the closet. The toilet top was cracked and didn’t belong to this toilet as it was too big for the tank. The door had 2 large holes that had been filled with putty but not smoothed off and the door itself looked like it had been painted several times but still had chip marks all over. There was a gap between the shower and flooring. New corner covers were throughout the hotel still had stickers on them. The garbage outside the back door was overflowing. The front outside sitting/smoking area, the floor was disgusting, a half empty glass and cigarette laid there the entire 3 days of our stay. They don’t have enough towels. They came into rooms in the morning and took all the towels down to wash and bring back. You may or may not get back what was taken out. We would have left and tried to find something else but it was pre paid.
Don’t waste your money.

First I went to shut the blinds and the entire front cover of the air conditioner just fell off. I had to put it back on but it’s broken. I suppose it was a clean room but it’s hard to trust when the counter top for the bathroom is falling off, there was no sink stopper and all of the electrical devices like switches were missing screws, inset and crooked. Just weird. From the outside and on the app it looks nice, but on the inside it feels like somebody attempted to do a remodel or ever repair and maintenance, who has no idea what they are even doing.

The air conditioning was effectively. The room was clean, however the floors especially in the bathroom was a bit dirty. Parking was pretty good, however before entering the parking lot there are a bunch of potholes. The hotel is next to train tracks, so if you are a light sleeper then I would recommend ear plugs.

Chipped caulking everywhere and looks like it had been recaulked multiple times over the same problem as the colors were different. Under sink pipe obvious long term leakage with rot on counter under pipe. Shower down outside wall loose. Main room floorboards, while all seams were attached, all boards were warped and squeaked when walked on. Feral cats in parking lot. One entrance in and out of parking difficult so to find hotel.
Plusses to the stay the front desk person on check in was pleasant and helpful. When we told him the room did not have cups he got us some without attitude as many hotels have done.The most superb congratulations go to the housekeeper who made the bed in a five star fashion. Those two people are the only saving graces about this hotel stay.

Driving up, beware of the huge potholes. Checking in was easy, but I was disturbed to see the check-in protected by bullet proof glass, big red flag. The whole place had an 80's motel feel. It had nice furniture. Whoever renovated it was an amateur, bad paint job, poorly patched holes in the walls, tiles with grout either missing or filthy. The TV is at least 8 years old, could only play live TV, no netflix or youtube capability. Bed was comfortable. AC had trouble keeping up eventhough it was mild weather. Thin walls, could hear my room neighbor, bring a white-noise machine. Will definitely not stay here again.

I was trying to save money - and ended up paying twice as much at another hotel - after I had to leave this place. The one way dark-at-night road was full of huge potholes - the whole place was scary coming in after dark. But I was tired and just wanted to lay down + so I checked in. I should have known the room would be bad when I stepped into the elevator - which was a bright neon green wood look - with marks all over it. When I got to the room and opened the door, the room really smelled bad. They said the entire hotel was No Smoking - but the room was so stale smelling - it was like the smell of moving into an old apartment that had smokers in it. It was horrible. I ones I would lose my money but there was no way I could stay in that room. So I booked ANOTHER hotel 2 miles away - twice as much - but at least the room smell was okay.

The bed linen in 2 of the
Apt were soiled and unclean. We had to ask all three days for a wash cloth. One of the guest had to move to a completely different room because when she pulled the covers back, the sheets had sand all over them. It was horrible
On the 2nd day i asked to have my bed linen charged we had to sit on the lobby while they put the dirty linen in the washer and dryer. I always assumed hotels should always have extra ed linen

The hotel is old. The bathroom door in the room was hard to open. The restroom in the lobby was dirty. When we arrived no one was at the desk and it took a long time to get anyone to come. I will not stay there again.

This property needs a lot of help. First thing I notice upon walkig in was, it dis not look like the pictures and the coffee machine had an out of order sign. Once in the room whatever they clean with left white residue all over everything, So I had to disinfect and wipe everything down. They do not provide in room coffee machines, so for the only source to get coffee being out of order was terrible I went out to eat and came back to elevator out of service so for my sray i had to walk up and down steps..The toilet in my room did not work properly the 2days I was there, someone came and plunged it and that it wouldn't even flush after that, on my check out morning, we couldn't even use the bathroom be cause the toilet flooded over night, had to use a gas station bath on the was home..as I checked out and expressed this ,all I got qas I'll let someone know, no apologies or maybe a inconvenience credit not a thing. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotels.com over charged me by 50$. Compared to what the bill said. The room was nasty. The elevator was broke. There was long hair and “private” hair all over the bathroom floor. The blanket looked nasty, the floors were def not mopped or swept. There was something spilled all over the floor. The pics look nothing online that they do in person, which is horrible cuz I’ve stayed in a lot of Wingate hotels. I won’t be again after this. It spelled so bad of weed and cigs on our floor

I could not stay here at all it was way to dirty and smelled bad I asked for handicap room they told me they had one then when I got there i was told they could not accommodate my husband is a double amputee a he needed a handicap shower not to mention they was going to put us on the third floor. Once we got in the room I went back down and told her we could not stay.

Bedside light didn't work One of the elevators didn't work, which didn't matter to me since i was on the first floor, which was pretty noisy. The area seemed unsafe and the entire hotel seemed in disrepair.
Wish i would've spent a little more to stay in a nicer hotel.

Hotel is great for one overnight stay, however if you are looking for a family hotel, this is not the place. Staff was not present at check in, only one elevator
Hotel seemed clean but the smell of weed was invasind the hallways. The room was clean and had all the necessary toiletries but the early crowd arriving late from clubbing were too noisy next door.
Breakfast area is limited with no enough sitting.

It was really close to where we needed to be. The price was reasonable and we figured out why as soon as we pulled in. The parking lot coming in was riddled with potholes. Theres a train track directly behind and you heard the train all hours of the day and night. People walking the tracks . Witnessed a few checking the doors on vehicles in the parking lot. The room was dirty there was debri on the floors the body waah was empty they never replinished it ,water damage to the wall the tv was on , hardly any channel would come in on the tv . We had 4 guests they gave us 3 towels and 2 wash rags. Everytime you would ask for another towel they would say ask in the morning or they were drying. Put a do not disturb sign up they came into the room anyway and took only 2 of the 3 used towels and emptied 2 of the 3 trash cans and didn't put a bag back in one of them. We stayed 4days 3nights our check in was 4pm and check out at 11am but online it said check out was 1130. It also said 100 deposit and they only charged 50. The discription didnt mention a pool however the photos showed one, when we got settled in we found the pool was filled and covered by a smokers canopy.

Room was dirty. Complained to staff, they went in to ‘clean,’ but really did little to nothing to clean it properly (dirty was behind the doors and under desk). Staff gave me attitude as well. Room had broken curtain hooks, mold under the sink, baby centipedes crawling and the hotel had an overall smell similar to that of a turtle tank.

It's just too many bad things. Start with getting into the elevator. Elevator walls are bad. The room floors was dirty with paint. How do you make up the bed and dont see the dust and floors haven't been swept and months. The tiles dust is still on the floor in the bathroom from when the tiles was installed. I didn't want my feet to touch the floors. I made the complaint to the front desk. The young ladies didn't have a response why the room was not clean properly.

So sad—and I had high hopes.

I arrived late and it took a minute to get checked in. The smell in the room was very bad. Mildew covered many areas of the bathroom and the room. I have pictures. On top of that, there were dead roaches on the floor. Because I got in late and I had to leave so early I did not bother going to the desk. Since it took so long to get checked in I did t want to risk not getting any sleep. The place LOOKED ok, but was not very well maintained.

I stayed in room 224 where when I woke up I found a family of ants on the inside of my sheets. I called front desk and the clerk wasn’t concerned or helpful at first until I started using foul words to express how unprofessional she was being and that I needed another room. She said I would have to wait for housekeeping and she didn’t know how long it would be. Shortly she came knocking on the door with another room key to room 222 where the ceiling looked molded and no other accommodations were offered. I stay here on the regular but this trip was awful and unacceptable

The hotel was painted with that brown paint they used on the floor years ago. Water stains in the bathroom ceiling. The ice machine on the second floor had cobwebs in it. The TV did had good channels. The good thing was they allowed us to check in early.

The hotel is under renovations. The rooms wasn’t bad, but they wasn’t clean either. It was hair all over the bathroom floor from the previous guest. It was paint splatters on the floor. The air condition was poor. It was hot in the room. I wouldn’t stay again. It was OK for a last-minute booking, but I personally wouldn’t stay again.
