The elevator was not working; I have a medical condition and had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs. No one was at the office and had to call a number and wait for someone to come check me in.

It was right next to the highway, Very noisy.. Facility is very old... No modern convenience at all... The facility was very dirty... I do not recommend staying there at all.

Floor and bathroom was dirty. Had to wear shoes the whole time. Lots of black pubic hair found. I was disgusted and embarrassed to stay there with my wife. Luckily I only needed to stay one night. And I ended up leaving really early so I could get the nightmare behind me. The bed was comfy even though I never even got under the covers.

Reservation allowed me to elect a crib, the hotel doesn't have them. Office is small and not the easiest to find. Broken window. Overpriced. If i paid 1/2 i would have given it an extra star to make 3. Its non smoking however every other room had piles of cigarette butts and or people immediately outside their door smoking. It was sketchy in the day and much worse after dark. When we arrived at our room, the door wasnt even shut. Very hard to shut the door had to slam it to get it to latch. At night lots of random people hanging out in the back. No one monitoring or regulating the grounds. Huge roach in room. \"Water bug\" ants around the kitchen sink. Only one small bar of soap in bathroom. No other tolietries or soaps. Bad mold in the back of the freezer. Very dirty floors. Looked clean but walking with barefeet inside the room, our feet were black with dirt. The only perk is it was near the Army base, Starbucks, Wal-Mart and Golden Corral. Would not stay here again. Waste of money.

I have traveled and stayed in many hotels before, and this is by far the worst ever. It's not the staffs fault it's the cards they are dealt with. If I was the owner of this property, I would be embarrassed. The local health inspector would be there all day and would need a wheelbarrow of citations.

The room was pretty messed up with a lot of damages. The shower had no certain so water went everywhere and had what looked like mold in the vent. Also there was poor staff, they said they don’t do house keeping every day and that if we need new towels to do bring them down to switch them out. There was also a lot of cigarettes everywhere outside the rooms and all over the elevator. Overall it wasn’t the best stay but it served its purpose.

The only thing done well was that the room was clean. No cookware or utensils were provided. When asked I was told they quit providing them during Covid and that I could get them from Walmart. The refrigerator leaked. The smell of marijuana was very strong throughout the property. The one elevator was very moody and usually did not work at all. I was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were crumbling but fortunately there were bits of caution tape around to warn me of the dangerous, run down areas I should avoid. Late at night people were playing music and singing loudly as if auditioning for American Idol. Same night a screaming and yelling match broke out at 0130 that lasted for hours. I do not know how this place is even listed as a legitimate place to stay. Do NOT stay there!

I couldn't rate it a \"terrible\" because we decided not to stay and find out. Hotel has an overall filthiness about it both inside and out. Splintered furniture. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Burnt cigarette markings around tub, sink, toilet. Dirty smoke filled hallways and elevator shaft. A young woman with children sharing a 5th of liquor with a friend in the parking lot outside the office window. Red flag was a dedicated Law Enforcement Officer Parking spot. An overall unsafe vibe. Was worried about our van being broken into at night so we decided to eat the cost of my blunder and go to a nicer hotel 2 mi down the road. I would not stay at this hotel chain ever nor would I book through a third party app. All that being said the nice front desk clerk congratulated us on our graduating soldier. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I feel duped. Hotel description and photos are not an accurate representation of the facility. Pay attention the the reviews.

The experience I have had at this location has been the worst ever. It started off at check- in being harassed by intoxicated men in front of the lobby while i was trying to check in late night. I paid 166 a night at this location. As soon as i stepped in the room it smelled like a kennel . The room was extremely dirty. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies just to set my things down. After cleaning the room. I ordered uber eats before i went to sleep before work. When i woke up ROACHES was eating my lunch. To much the whole landscape looks like an ashtray. I will never stay here again. I filled a formally complaint with the corporate office and the DM was supposed to reach out. I never heard anything. Trust me the DM would never stay at this location. Its not ok for them to do the customers the way they do. Taking your money and expecting you to stay in roach traps. I will be canceling my corporate national account with Extended Stay.

Everything about this place was a complete disaster. 99.99% of the \"guests\" smoked. The room smelled utterly disgusting and I didn't want to touch anything. The conditions of this place are unacceptable and hazardous for anyone to be in. the lack of maintenance and cleanliness is not only unappealing, but also poses potential health risk. The presence of bugs and cigarette buds is concerning and goes against the no smoking policy that is supposedly in place. its clear that this establishment is in dire need of demolition in order to ensure the safety and well-being of its visitors.
I left after two hours booked at a different location it's sad that military families are being deceived into thinking that this is a safe and clean place.

We reserved a studio with kitchen, it was totally empty , no coffee maker, plastic cup , spoon etc. the carpet was disgusting. We had flown for almost 24hrs and were tired so we laid down for 2 hours and woke up to flies in our face then saw fleas on the beds. We got out of there as fast as we could. The out side was not kept up and didn’t feel safe. They did fully refund us our week and said they did have a flea problem!! Seriously!! We were there for graduation at Fort Jackson. Obviously I would not recommend this place

Marva (I think that's her name) and the staff go above and beyond . I had a few issues with the reservation (cold water issue, and smoking) and instead of making excuses, Marva and staff were extremely apologetic and accommodating. Whenever I'm in Columbia, ill stay there.

This might be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hotels in third world countries. I was coming off of a 17.5 hour day and just really wanted somewhere to sleep. At check-in no one was at the counter. I had to yell \"hello\" multiple time to get anybody to come to the front. There was no bell to ring or number to call. Just an empty counter.
Things got worse in the room. The room had a musty and faint marijuana odor. The carpet was thread bare. There was no chair for the dining table, which seemed like it was about to fall apart. The \"kitchenette\" was in disrepair. There were no dishes at all in the room. Which is odd for an extended stay. (I noticed there was a sign in the lobby for people to rent dishes for an extra fee.) The reclining chair was broken. 2/3 of the TV channels wouldn't work, and the remote didn't work correctly. The fridge made a banging sound that sounded like somebody knocking on the door all night long. In the bathroom, the sink was stained and the toilet and shower were dirty.
If I had not been exhausted, I would have asked for my money back and just slept in my car. I just could not imagine taking the time to try to find a safe place to park. So, I stayed the night. The bed was actually decent. It was the only thing in the room worth paying for.

The reclining chair was broken. 2/3 of the TV channels wouldn't work, and the remote didn't work correctly. The fridge made a banging sound that sounded like somebody knocking on the door all night long. In the bathroom, the sink was stained and the toilet and shower were dirty.
If I had not been exhausted, I would have asked for my money back and just slept in my car. I just could not imagine taking the time to try to find a safe place to park. So, I stayed the night. The bed was actually decent. It was the only thing in the room worth paying for.
This morning cigarette smoke from the room next door was coming through the bathroom vent. And I didn't get a shower because there was nothing but luke warm water.

Terrible experience super grossed out! Checked out after first night and moved to a much nicer hotel!! Would have complained but was there for graduation and had better things to do with my time. The accommodations were far from satisfactory. I had booked a room for three people expecting two double beds, as per the description, which implied that each bed could accommodate two individuals. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that the beds could only fit one person each, which contradicted the standard in the industry. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in. The trash literally everywhere on premises. The room … oh lord. It smelled like musk, dirty booty and mildew. Can’t take a shower w/o it backing up. The bath tub was a wreck, cracked tub/chipped paint/mildew stains. Cops were there twice, for whatever reason. The linen was looked dirty and smelled like it didn’t dry all the way. We reserved the handicap accessible room two weeks prior and upon arrival they had given it out. The window screen was bent all to hell and the one window lock was busted. Super creepy area, don’t stay here if you’re a female alone! Not safe.
