A minor problem at check in, as staff member clearly wanted to go home and so had no interest to assist our additional questions. Remainder of stay very good. In a suite which was large, clean but looking tired. great view of the pool and sea. All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks. Many staff around pool to assist with drinks. Evening dining we used the specialty meals. Meals lovely on the 3 days we stayed. Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance.
Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning.

Initial room we stayed in was nit up to standard, part of the balcony door broke off when my wife opened it and it hit her, they gave us 2 singles beds, when we specifically asked for and paid for a king bed, the 2nd day they changed our room to what we paid for, much better overall, lovely sight from balcony, beach and pool were lovely with loads of activities, only 1 other isshe was they forgot to clean our room one of the days even though we had the tag on the handle asking them to clean it, food from the buffet was on the blander side, but the a la carte restaurant meals in the hotel were nice

This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! .

The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day .

The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities .

The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON
alcoholic beverages .

The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome .
A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk.

Most things in are not working TV was not working, fridge was not working,phone was not working,intercom was not working,shower was not working had only hot water because the tap was broken,very cheap bed frame, some of the hotel staff were very rude to my wife. Food was good
But it was really bad experience for my family.

The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and even a taxi driver his name Imed that took us around shopping was helpful didn’t mug us off , white sandy beaches and clear sea water, breathtaking.

A week to remember

We spent a magical week at El Mouradi Palm Marina on our *friend honeymoon*, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hotel may be a little older, but that only adds to its charm and character. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, hospitality, and those little personal touches that made our stay truly special.

The roses on the bed when we checked in were such a lovely surprise, and the birthday cake made one of our nights extra sweet—literally! Every part of our stay was filled with joy, relaxation, and unforgettable moments.

Special shout-outs to the incredible team who made us feel like royalty:
**Valid** at the pool bar for keeping the drinks cold and the energy high,
**Riadh** the waiter whose service was always spot-on and full of heart,
**Mohammed** from beach security who was kind and attentive,
**Soulef** from housekeeping who kept everything spotless and cozy,
and the amazing **reception team** who welcomed us like old friends.
And we can’t forget the fantastic **animation team**—you brought so much fun and laughter into our days!

We came for sun and celebration, and we left with full hearts and memories that will last a lifetime. Tunisia has found a place in our hearts, and we’re already planning our next adventure back!

The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly.
The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much!
I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there
Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough.

Going bankrupt!

First room was not what I had reserved and the a/c didn't work. They didn't move us until the next afternoon. Then this room was full of ants and extremely noisy. Bed was like laying on a board. We heard noise from the elevator, ping pong table until 2am, disco until 2am, maid service room elevator from 8am-8pm, elevator outside the room all hours of the day and night! The hotel was not air conditioned properly. It was hot everywhere! The bar tender said they are going bankrupt and closing on the 20th of September. They ran out of alcohol too.

Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful pool with lots of activities to enjoy such as beach volley ball ,ping pong ,darts . They also have a in hotel disco , it was ok honestly . They have a dj but they dont change the music . Each night it was the same line up of music which made it incredibly boreing .

Very bad hotel. The security guard was very rude. Going in and out of the hotel was a pain. The security guard never showed any respect to anyone. He even argued with the taxi just to enter and pick me up. Very uncivilized security guard.
Hotel staff at the reception made me beg if I wanted something and they never bothered to help.
I have been to many hotels and this is one of the worst experiences I've had.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We are mature independent travellers and we never booked an all inclusive before. This hotel offered all you could possibly need. The room en suite was spacious with a powerful shower. The service by the wonderful staff in the hotel and on the beach was excellent. The food and drink was top quality and in abundance. Overall this hotel offers great value for money.

We always stay overnight on way too and fro from Tunis to Kerkennah.Food is good,staff excellent.Have tried at least 5 other hotels and this is best.Swimming pool is beautiful and the beach is really nice at back of Hotel.Would recommend to most people.A little far from town centre but taxis are really cheap.

Have stayed in many of Tunisia's hotels as my husband and I are resident there.This one had mixed reviews but was really excellent as Tunisian hotels go.Food was very good,staff unfailingly pleasant.Will use in future as our stopover hotel.(show not very good but funny)

la chambre etait propre, attribuée rapidement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. hotel plutôt bien situé. Buffet du restaurant plutôt correct et proposant un large choix, personnel tres accueillant et respectueux.
seuls bémol :
les draps pour le 3eme couchage, nous avons dû nous rendre 4 fois à l'accueil afin d'en obtenir. Nous les avons enfin eu à 22h passé. Mon fils été très fatigué.
Et le restaurant où il faut faire la queue pour chaque plat que ce soit le matin pour le petit déjeuner ou pour les autres repas. Je précise que le buffet est composé d'autres plats ou nous pouvons nous servir directement pour ne pas être de mauvaise fois mais faire la queue pendant 20min pour des brochettes, 15min pour une omelettes...quand on est une famille, c'est trop contraignant. peut-être embaucher davantage...
En tout cas dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé.

3jours de repos qui se sont très bien passés.
Un bel établissement, piscine superbe, et la plage à qlq pas, le top ! Le personnel est sympa.
Un buffet varié et copieux cependant les plats manquent de saveur et tout est tiède : plats chauds (pas chaud) et froids (pas froid) :-(
Aucun vrai cocktail avec les bons alcools ou jus de fruits.. à revoir !
Pour le négatif : chambres non isolées, on entend tous les bruits des chambres voisines, SDB avec baignoire et rideau de douche sale, poussière dans la chambre.

Un bellissimo hotel... nel 1990

La struttura è vecchia e, ad eccezione della hall, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante. Pulizia scarsa, moquette fatiscente, lenzuola macchiate e cooerte polverose. Molto bella invece la zona piscina e la spiaggia privata. Il prezzo per una suite per 4 adulti in soft all inclusive è molto buono... Ok la posizione.

Hotel bien situé, propre avec un service de restauration au top.
Personnel gentil.
J’ai simplement souffert du dos car le matelas était très dur mais propre et neuf.
Quelques chambres accessibles uniquement par l’escalier sinon tout était parfait.

Utrolig dårlige senger.Vi reiste tre personer og alle tre fikk vondt i ryggen.Vi var der for tre mnd.siden og maten var blitt merkbar dårligere.Et pluss var veldig bra service fra bartendere og servitører.Lunchbaren ved bassenget/stranden var best på mat/drikke/service.

Ça ne vaut pas un 5 etoiles

Hotel vieux, très peu entretenu au niveau des infrastructures. Les chambres sont vieilles, les lits durs comme du béton, des variations de températures pour l’eau chaude qd on prend sa douche. Mini golf pas entretenu.
La salle de fitness n’est pas all inclusive. Il y a un créneau autorisé de 12h a 16h sauf si la salle est privatisée dans ce cas et bien vous ne faîtes pas. En dehors de ça, elle est payante.
Vacances de pâques, pas de planning d’animations proposées.
Par contre le personnel est très sympas en salle pour manger. Coté nourriture, pas mal de choix et plutôt correct en qualité.
Enfin, côté navette aéroport de Monastir a l’hôtel. Ne passez pas par l’hotel qui vous propose un taxi privé pour 150 dinars...alors qu’en taxi c’est 52 dinars. Je me suis fais avoir a l’aller mais pas au retour apres avoir utilisé le taxi pendant la semaine pour visiter.
L’hotel donne sur la plage. Ca c’est bien.

Hotel muito bom com excelentes condições, excelente comida atendimento fantástico. A única parte menos boa é sem dúvida os pisos com alcatifa que se vê suja e degradada. Em tudo o resto nada a apontar. Excelente praia a 3 piscinas, muito vigilância, muito bom.
