We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him!

The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience.

They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren da, und eins muss man sagen, die Begeisterung die wir damals von DIESEM Hotel hatten ist schnell verflogen. Das Hotel hat 5 Sterne, unserer Meinung nach, nicht verdient. Das Personal (die Mehrheit!) im Restaurant Principale ist der größte Reinfall. Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, jeden Tag schlecht gelaunt, Zwischen den Mitarbeitern herrscht Streit in voller Lautstärke. Leider hat Jaz sehr nachgelassen, schade.

Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. They care to make your stay comfortable I give 9.9 out of 10. And they deserve this.

So glad we chose this hotel. All staff are amazing and work extremely hard to help all the hotel guests. They go above and beyond and deserve full recognition. Entertainment is great for families with children. Lollipop entertainer is very good with children and what a very generous touch to give children presents!!
Most exceptional buffet I have seen outside of Dubai. Food is fresh, healthy, with a vast variety of options to cater for all. Food cooked fresh in front of you or on day.
Walking around hotel is safe and private access to beach is secure. Overall no security concerns, very well guarded since the appalling 2015 attack. Felt completely safe and can see the hotel industry bouncing back with effort Jaz Tour Khalef and surrounding hotels have achieved.
Highly recommend.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.

Great hotel and staff! Very well located with all facilities around. The rooms are big, clean and beds are very conformable. What we loved the most is the swimming pool and the beach side (bar & restaurant).

Pleasant in appearance but rooms are not kept in best condition.
We stayed in 2 different rooms
The first had a leaking tap which flooded the bathroom, Tap was already leaking prior to our arrival, also room had a child’s cot in it taking up a lot of space even though we clearly had no children with us
The second room we moved to had a broken toilet seat.
All of these a basic issues that should be checked. The hotel wishes to class itself as 5 star, but does not hold itself to a self high standard and as result the guest suffers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tour Khalef. The junior suite was very spacious and luxurious. The staff are very professional and friendly. The adults pool is amazing and the kids pool has water slides. So, Both Parents and kids could enjoy their time on the pool. However the slides and the pool are not well graded. The hotel is very big and the beach is amazing however the beach is small compared to the hotel capacity. As a result it’s almost impossible to find a spot on the beach if you don’t wake up very early. Besides, even though the hotel was full, people from outside the hotel were allowed a daily access to the pool and the beach, as a result the pool was crowded and noisy
The food was good especially the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in the future.

Not worthy of its 5-star rating

Even though it was not yet high season, the hotel environment was chaotic. Our room was not ready when it was supposed to be. There was shouting at the reception desk. We had to wait two hours for our room. Our bags were left out in plain site in the reception area even though we asked that they be placed in the baggage room. The buffets were not worthy of a five-star rating. Finally, we had not hot water.

Weekend Break From Tunis

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing and good option to unwind from busy life in Tunis. An upgrade to an apartment with sea view was very much appreciated. Security for this area was appreciated and reassuring. Buffet style food standard was very average (nothing special) and not consistent with international 5 stars that I am used to. Staff were helpful.

It was not that good experience, the welcoming was dull, the staff wasn’t that friendly and caring, other than that the room was clean and comfy, the bed was cozy. The food was OK but distance between food counters was annoyingly wide and the staff was dull again.
It’s an overrated and overpriced hotel.

Nice Hotel Close on the beach/ Terrible Service

Myself and my wife spent tow night at tour Khalef. I was an OK stay . It is a beautiful hotel but, the staff service is poor.

The hotel accommodates mass tourists from Russia, most of the staff speak Russian, the signs in the hotels are written in Russian, even the music played at the pool or at the beach is Russian.

The most annoying experience we had at this hotel is a knock on your room door early in the morning (8:00 am), by the room service lady for a control report!!! When I asked about the purpose of this report, she informed me that she is making sure there is no more than 2 people at the room!!! This is very ridiculous and unacceptable.

Would not reserve a room at this place.

Advertised a 1230 check in so we took a 2-hour cab from Tunis to get there for that...after waiting at the front desk from 1200-1230 was told check in was at 1400 and to wait. Finally 1400 came around and sat there while papers were shuffled for 2 hours until our room was supposed ready. Got our key, went to our room and maid service was still working so we left.
Total chaos at the front desk as it seemed there was no real system to checking people in or out.

Great Easter break away

Very nice place to stay. Rather quiet at this time of year which was quite good actually as it meant more space beside the pool/less noise etc. Went all inclusive which was a good idea as it made ordering drinks at the pool/bar much easier not having to pay even though they were not the greatest cocktails around. Staff were very friendly and could speak a lot of languages. Food was great with huge selection for meals. Not all of the restaurants were open but guess that's expected given quiet times.
Had a tour operator there regularly to book trips. Booked a trip to El de Jem which was much cheaper than buying online.

Only real complaint is there lack of information about facilities, where everything was, what was open. There was no booklet in the rooms or anywhere so always had to ask. Overall a nice place, though maybe an adults only resort would be better for couples next time.

Only stayed for two nights for business. Very nice lobby, socialising area for tourists, nice architecture. Good food (buffet). Rooms a little 'tired'. No double beds, just two singles put next to each other when asked for a double bed!

Déconcertant !!!

Arrivés un samedi soir, accompagnés jusqu’à la suite qui nous avait plu et qui correspondait à notre réservation préalable ! Tout se passait bien jusqu’au mardi où à 1h30 du matin nous fûmes réveillés par un groupe de touristes fortement alcoolisé dont les cris arrivaient jusqu’au 8ème étage ! L’accueil en a été informé par téléphone et on a de nouveau pu dormir qu’à 2h30 du matin ! Malheureusement
Le jeudi suivant de nouveau réveillés par des cris d’un groupe de touristes fêtant un anniversaire ! On a donc demandé de changer de suite plus au calme, ce qui nous a été accordé mais d’une catégorie inférieure à celle qu’on avait payée ! On a donc demandé une compensation financière qui nous a été refusée ! Et on a fini les trois derniers jours de notre séjour dans le bruit incessant du marteau piqueur en raison des travaux de rénovation carrelage autour de la piscine, Vous trouverez ci-joints les vidéos de ces nuisances sonores. À quelle indemnisation avons-nous droit suite à ces vacances ratées ?

Camera chiusa da molto tempo e odore di fogna dal bagno. Richiesta di cambio non accolta. La doccia perdeva e allagava il bagno. Il secondo giorno é mancata la luce in camera e così anche il terzo giorno. Nella lampada a terra mancava la lampadina. In generale hotel deludente per essere un 4 stelle, moquette vecchia e odore di cibo ovunque. Sconsigliato.

Sejour plus qu'agréable, que ce soit le personnel, le service, la beauté des extérieurs, la proposition des mets variés et juste délicieux. J'adore cet hôtel, cette suite, cette vue sur la mer, ces sourires, les spectacles juste WAOUH. Je vous conseille de passer par le Jaz El Khalef un 5 étoiles qui les méritent vraiment.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, embelli de verdure et très calme parce que vide. Propreté et confort qui laissent à désirer. Le personnel est très inactif et sourd aux clients. Le restaurant est lamentable et gagnerait à être un peu plus propre et les serveurs plus minutieux. Un bel exemple d’un hôtel très mal tenu. J’espère que mon feedback sera utilisé afin d’améliorer la qualité des services et des prestations et permettre à l’hôtel de progresser.

Hôtel à fuir et degueulasse

Nous avons pris la chambre et nous avons regretté. L’hôtel est vraiment très très sale. Dès que je suis rentré dans la chambre, l odeur m a fait vomir. Le matelas est de mauvaise qualité. La moquette et les rideaux avait plein de taches. Les boutons d ascenceur étaient arrachés. Les équipements sont bas de gamme. Nous avons retrouvé des bouteilles d’alcool et de la nourriture dans le couloir. Nous avons quitté l hôtel sans même y avoir dormi tellement que c’était deguelasse quitte à ne pas être remboursé. Le personnel de l hôtel n’a pas voulu nous rembourser la nuit cela aurait été la moindre des choses mais bon pas grave nous ne sommes pas à 100e près. Je préfère perdre l’argent que de tomber malade du Covid. D’ailleurs, ce jour ci, nous sommes plusieurs a avoir pris la même décision. J ai pris un autre hôtel 5 étoiles à sousse pourtant moins cher et beaucoup plus propre. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir quitté l hôtel et pris une autre chambre ailleurs. L’argent ça part et ça vient mais la santé ça n’a pas de prix. Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Un 2 étoiles tout au plus. Je vous le déconseille vraiment.

C’était la guerre des transats, au point que certains voyageurs déposaient leurs serviettes dès minuit la veille. Décevant.
Nous étions en demi pension et ce qui est abbérent, c’est que les boissons gazeuses et l’eau ne sont pas compris. C’est choquant que l’on nous demande de payer l’eau en espèce sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas consommable dans ce pays.
Si vous avez un problème dans votre chambre, n’appellez pas la réception, ils ne répondent jamais.
Sinon suite confortable et propre.

Très bon séjour en famille. Très bon accueil et professionnalisme d’imed a la réception!
Le buffet est correcte et varié mais mieux vaut manger en terrasse pour éviter le côté cantine bruyant
Les piscines enfants sont biens car ils ont pieds et avec 3 bassins il y’a pour tous les âges
Le côté adulte est plus luxueux avec une piscine à débordement mais tjs ce côté un peu beauf de gens qui réservent leurs emplacements à l’aube malgre L’interdiction De la direction ...
Hôtel bien fréquenté, petit bémol sur les animations trop présentes qui donnent un goût de club et qui dévaluent le coté 5 étoiles que veut se donner l’hôtel.
La plage est top avce son bar privatisé elle est propre et pas profonde
Une coiffeuse est dispo niveau SPA elle est dispo et efficace ça fait du bien en fin de séjour de pouvoir se faire un petit brush’! Inutile de sortir de l hôtel l y a tout ce qu il faut et la zone commerciale autour est sans grand intérêt
Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucun souci !

Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht im speisesaal riecht es so wiederlich das einem der Appetit vergeht der Pool ist dreckig und wärmer als die Sonne im Zimmer waren Haare dreckige Handtücher voller make up Ameisen und im Schrank die Etiketten von der Person die vor uns das Zimmer hatte die Getränke hatten kein Sprudel und Wasser zum trinken war ebenfalls warm.

Chambre et complexe agréable, un manque de signalisation pour se rendre aux coins réservés pour les soins et piscine couvertes, il est dommage que les clients du matin n'ont pas le droit aux fonctionnements des jets d'eau piscine et jacuzzi qui sont qu'à partir de 14h30.les pourboires sont donnés pour un\" oui et un non \" quitte à perdre le sourire du personnel. Difficile de faire la grâce mâtinée à cause du bruit causé par les femmes de ménage qui font les chambres trop tôt

Le petit déjeuner est variée. La piscine est belle.
Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles.

Chambre trop petite pour un couple avec une enfant de dix ans. Nous avons déjà dû forcer pour avoir une autre chambre.
Dès le premier jour la nourriture a rendu malade mon mari et ma fille pendant trois jours.
La nourriture est de mauvaise qualité vraiment dommage.
Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel.

Rigtig fint hotel, et af de bedre i Sousse. Suiten var helt nyt med moderne toilet. Ude faciliteterne var super fine. Voksenpoolen var med vand fra havet. Morgenmaden manglede ingenting.
