I have being there many times. This time i was suprice over the good food.
It’s a very nice hotel for children. Our child 2 years love the pool and the disco for children🙂. I hope we can come back again next year.

When arriving too the room as from seeing from the photos it looked like the room hadn’t even been cleaned broken tables and chairs.

My partner is there for 56 days in a room and the man on reception refused to sort out me attending and only paying for the food and took
In with partner she refused this but when I arrived the man on revelation said this could be done.

Location close to Sousse city centre was nice and we enjoyed the walk out to the beautiful pool and beach. Staff at reception were all extremely unfriendly barely looked at us for the several interactions we had with them

Mauvaise gestion de la direction de l’hôtel

Un gros problème au niveau des différents bars et restaurants avec le service car il n’y a AUCUN verre à notre disposition sauf gobelet à café en carton pour boire une bière ou apéritif !! Le comble était la réponse des serveurs qui nous disaient d’aller acheter un verre au magasin pour être servi !!!!
Au restaurant le même problème pas de tasse pour le petit déjeuner des assiettes au compte goutte
Le directeur de l’hôtel devait investir dans la vaisselle au lieu de se mettre plein les poches
Du coup les clients ralent et le personnel est mal agréable
Heureusement que le cadre est beau et la plage propre
En tout cas c’est une mauvaise expérience dans cette hôtel
Je déconseille d’y aller sans une remise en question de la direction

No tv remote in the room. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. On checking in was asked why we had a quad triple room as there was only 2 of us and they had to be shown there was only 2 of us not 4. The entrance is beautiful. The rooms lack attention.

Well equipped and affordable hotel but...

The hotel is well located and very affordable but the receptionist is the worse receptionist I have ever seen in my life. Slow and unprofessional. Many clients are standing or asked to wait for 30/45 minutes until he found the reservation. Despite confirmation from Expedia showed by many of them...he is not not busy but he asked customers to be patient for 45 minutes...other hotels in Sousse provide an email address and ask customers to forward confirmation received by emails to the email address... elsewhere in Sousse, the check In is fast. He gives a bad image of an hotel despite working for an hotel which is well located, very affordable and well equipped...customer service is the only star making an hotel shining!

Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor

Très très déçu de mon expérience dans l’hôtel Riadh palms. L’état de l’hôtel est très dégradé, les chambre sont sales et pas fonctionnels (la douche était cassé, l’eau ne s’écoulait pas)
La climatisation ne fonctionnait que à certains endroits de l’hôtel

Et l’hôtel était surchargé, nous devions faire la queue pour tout (repas, boissons, snacks …)
Nous avions réservé cet hôtel que pour deux nuit, et s’était déjà trop, nous voulions partir avant même la fin de notre séjour.
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel, meilleur temps de mettre un peu plus d’argent et d’avoir un hôtel convenable et profiter de la beauté de Sousse

Parking is terrible , if you don’t tip them they tell you there is no spots available! Every time you leave and come back no parking ! Pool is under construction, garden area is a disaster , under beds 1/2 inch of dust and filth , you have to pay 10 dt deposit to get a tv remote control that you never get back when you checkout because the receptionist will take it for him self , there is never any money available if you want to change some currency , not even $100 ! Breakfast has the worst coffe , cheap fruits and cheap pastries.
Peoples smoking everywhere and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care ! Smells like cigarettes everywhere, air conditioning is off ! Bar closes at 11.45 !

Pool is extreme unhygienic, got sick a couple hours after

Day beds look like they were through a hurricane and scattered everywhere

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional
They will say things are included with your package and then try to extort money for it after. Be specially careful when asking for water.
Meat is undercooked, other food is cold

You couldn’t pay me enough money to come back here. If this was anywhere else this hotel would be shut down. I truly feel sorry for the families coming here for vacation. Luckily we only had to spend one night in this hell hole.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great sea view and a private beach. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The decorations in the room was old and a bit dirty and the shower stand was broken. We enjoyed the buffet dinner (lots of vegetarian options) but we had to pay for water which was pretty annoying.

A very pleasant hotel

Excellent price for half board (we stayed in January), large indoor heated pool and sauna, good situation with pleasant walk along sea front into town, nice rooms (best to pay supplement for sea side), very good buffet breakfast and dinner, pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended ! Wished we could have extended our stay.

Booked this hotel 4 or 5 times as it's convenient.
Despite always booking a double room, I've never yet been given a double bed on arrival.
Always been given 2 single beds and had to change rooms and/or have the 2 single beds made up as 1.

Room very small and very dark only lights from bed lamps ,the furniture and bed sheets were very old , bathroom has only one light bulb the second one didnt work i reported to reception twice nothing been done . Wardrob door broke and fell over my Mrs ,food was terrible and almost the same everyday .the maid Walked in the room in the morning without knocking the door while i was in the bathroom. Untill 4:30 pm the room wasnt clean we had to wait till 5:30pm to have it clean . The towels in the bathroom were the worst quality i ever seen i bet they never changed them since the hotel was opened in the 70's. Upon check out no one bothered to ask how was it our stay .this property is only 2stars I was realy dissapointed!

We were not allowed to check in room until we provided a paper hotel confirmation. The email said no need to confirm, print OR keep this email. The email wasn't enough. This proved difficult and therefore waited one hour before check in. Apart from this everything was wonderful. Great hotel, Good food, friendly staff. Will return.

Very large hotel - lacks the personal touch.

We booked bed and breakfast only, which was lucky for us as the breakfast was appalling so who knows what the rest of the meals were like. There was a lot of choice but none of it good except for the freshly cooked pancakes which were acceptable. It also meant we felt rather segregated as there were only certain bars that we could have a drink in! The rooms are very dated but nice enough, although my pillow comprised of a series of uncomfortable lumps so I did not sleep brilliantly. Also you have to pay extra for the air conditioning which is a total swizz! We enjoyed the balcony. The reception staff were not at all friendly when we arrived - no greeting or explanations (eg. what time breakfast is etc). We arrived early so had to wait for our room to be ready, but received no cohesive updates and eventually were offered another room that was ready after 2 hours of waiting and constant requests from us for an update. The room was kept clean and the hotel itself was too. The beach was very nice but very packed. Also there were not enough cushions for all the loungers so if you were not there early enough you had to make do with a rather uncomfortable lounger. On the whole the stay was pleasant and most of the staff were friendly and relatively helpful.

A huge place - just ONE receptionist when I arrived after a long day at work at 9pm. It took time to be checked in. The receptionist insisted on my forwarding the booking e-mail to her. The direction she pointed out for 2 free PCs for guests was very vague, which didn't create a good initial impression of this hotel... Overall, quite a good stay. I think staff do their best but with so many guests, sometimes small things went awry in the dining area.

They gave us grief for not printing the hotels.com voucher. The room was miles away and even though it had sea views it had 2 single beds. Twice room service open the door without knocking and the overall service was quite poor. However, the beach and beach side is really nice and location is really good.

The hotel is a bit dated,
and there were several things wrong with the room
such as one light out of three worked,
the hairdryer did not work and we had to spend D10 on using the one in the swimming pool.
The air con did not work
But the problems were all made up for by the fantastic food served in the restaurant, such a large choice of dishes left is all feeling very full.

Nice hotel, but the only 4 star thing is the pool

Positive things:
- good food and plenty dish to choose from;
- the pool is gorgeous: big, lots of palms and little bridges;
- the staff is ok but they look like they are always expecting a tip, in fact, some of them have a spectacular change of attitude afetr you tip them.

Not so positive things:
- the cleaning service didn't satisfied me at all: we have the sheets changed after 5 days of staying and the cleaning lady kept the balcony door open with one of my shoes.
- the bed in our room was making all kind of noises.

- : staff overwhelmed by the number of customers, mostly groups of retirees from western europe. hotel is simply too big to handle, especially for the guys at reception who were rude sometimes. would need some renovation also. noisy on last day (men at work one floor up).

But for the prices, this was expected. if you want a relaxing stay, I would recommend investing a few more euros/day and check in at a newer hotel. AVoid the big groups !

L'hotel ne m'a jamais répondu malgré plusieurs relance pour l'organisation d'une navette depuis l'aéroport.
Réussite de réservation d'une navette selon le personnel (un qui dit oui, un dit qui dit non), tarification à la tête du client.
Personnel au comptoir qui ne fait pas l'effort de parler français. Ne vous regarde même pas pour traiter vos demandes.
Présentation de l'hôtel et des services très sommaires, pas d'explications sur les différents restaurants, pas d'indications sur les horaires de la salle de sport ou de la piscine...
Je m'attendais à mieux comme \"accueil tunisien\"
L'hotel reste tout de même bien équipé sauf la salle de sport qui est désuète.
Les animateurs sont jeunes et dynamiques.
Le restaurant est très bien garni. Dommage que les plats changent en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.

Nous revenons d'une semaine dans cet hôtel, du 4 au 11 avril 2025. Nous sommes ravis. Toutefois, il faut etre vigilant quant a la formule tout inclus choisie. Malheureusement l'hotel pratique trop de formules différentes, avec des suppléments \"a la tête du client\" : supplement boissons softs, boissons avec alcool, ou sans boissons.... Une fois que cela a été réglé, et que nous avons compris que nous ne beneficierions pas de toutes les prestations, car la saison commence en mai, nous avons pu profiter. L'hotel est a 5 min en taxi de la medina (15 ou 20 dinar le trajet) ou 30 min a pied. C'est très sympa a faire et refaire. La restauration a l'hotel est vraiment de qualité, avec beaucoup de choix, c'était tres bon. Et les animateurs sont dynamiques, jeunes et sympathiques.

Mes commentaires sont rarement négatif après un séjour à l'hôtel, et pourtant je voyage beaucoup avec mon travail, mais là je me dois de partager cette expérience horrible au vu du coût de la nuité.

Très mauvais séjour :
- personnel à l'accueil non formé ou bien lassé de leur travail, absence de considération client, ...le pire : on m'interdit de m'appuyer sur le comptoire viiide pour remplir leur formulaire !! Absence de politesse.
Qu'on t-il fait dans cet hôtel de l'accueil légendaire des tunisiens...
- hôtel très mal entretenu...à quand les rénovations ??
- chambre : des lampes sans ampoules, lit sans couette, fenêtre qui donne au balcon qui ne se ferme pas, pas de télécommande pour la télé, serviette de douche abimé par le nombre de lavage, pas de double vitrage (bruit)...
- petit déjeuner : industriel
- personnel non accueillant, et débordé ... manque de personnel ?
...

Bref, je ne vous recommande absolument pas cet hôtel...il y en a plein d'autre à côté de plus accueillant, plus propre, et plus respecteux.

Worst All-inclusive ever

They should reduce the starts to one. I can write a small book about the bad experiences we had but let me list some that comes to my mind. First their address is even written wrongly in Hotels.com after driving around and using the search in Google Map we found the hotel. when we informed the reception about the issue, he said Google is your friend ! We received only one card for the room even we were 3 persons and they dont give more. There is only one single soap in the bathroom and the washing liquid wich is 4 in one (shampoo, handwashm bodywash and balsam) is mixed with water! You need to pay deposit in Tunis Dinar (dont accept EU or USD) for beach towels and the room TV control! The \"All inclusive\" its not really All inclusive, you need to pay for all alcoholic beverages. The entertainment machines such as table ice hockey can eat your money and they just tell you it has a problem. The beach is full of plastic garbages and some spiky things goes to your foot. The food tastes very bad and I really suggest they need to change their head chef. such a large hotel doesnt have a single iron and they dont lend it to. There was one elevator and 8 floors (do the math with the waiting time) the entertainment at nights is given to super amatuer employees. There is a guy who is employee of the hotel and tries to sell you Pirate ship exusrion with dolphines and belly dance... We didnt see any dolphines and there were no belly dancer.

C’est le pire hôtel que nous avons fait en Tunisie le service était catastrophique, les animateurs et le personnel de service de la plage passaient leurs temps à draguer des femmes étrangères sans faire leur travail. Ils nous demandaient de laisser passer devant nous en restauration les « jolies filles ». Nous avons une chambre de deux personnes avec qu’une seule chaise dans la chambre une seule serviette … Lors du service des crêpes sur la plage à trois reprise le chef cuisinier nous a refusé le service en nous indiquant qu’il n’y avait plus de banbaloni et crêpes pourtant il a mis de côté une 10ene en échange d’argent pour les personnes derrière nous … Malgré des réclamations rien n’a été fait nous avons était contraint de quitter le séjour avant la fin.

Hôtel terrible! Personnel impoli et irresponsable, surtout ceux qui travaillent au restaurant, ils harcèlent les gens de façon impolie pour avoir le pourboire, et laissent les tables sales. Les chambres impropres et rénovations tout le temps. J’ai un forfait tout compris, il fallait supplier la personne pour avoir une bouteille d’eau. Connexion internet inexistante dans les chambres, cet hôtel est une honte pour le tourisme en Tunisie.
